While the staff is as helpful as they can be, and very polite, there is ABSOLUTELY NEVER enough inventory on color and other very important items. I have shopped there for years (when it was called Armstrong McCall) and had occasional complaints about lack of inventory but since Cosmo prof has taken over it has gotten 1000 times worse. If my business relied on being supplied with necessary items from Cosmo prof I would not have a business. Either Get your color and other supplies from other places like State beauty supply or call and order directly from one of the reps, I suggest Mike, his honest and helpful.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Just out of town browse shopping i am a professional licensed barber and was told couldnt be in the store with no licence on hand. I feel like was been judged and wasnt allowed to enter store or just browse. Lost a good customer that pays 300 every visit for supplies. There loss i wouldnt recommend shopping here for cosmo or barber supplies.
