I recently just went here and they were so nice to me. The owner even explained all the chocolates to me and the caramel melt was so delicious..Also the ginger chocolate is a special surprise. Iwould highly recommend anyone visiting to come here, you wont regret it. Now this place is special to me..

Mackenzies Chocolates was absolutely fantastic. You walk in and you are just serenaded with the smell of chocolate. You can see the chocolate being made in the back, and the staff are just so kind. 10/10 would reccomend.

Called about a custom order. The man who answered the phone was rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I requested a call from an owner or manager and he refused and continued to be exceptionally rude. It was clear he didnt want to be bothered with basic human decency and customer service.I used to love this place,and as a child loved the unique molds they used as well as their product. HOWEVER this recent interaction was disgusting and neither my family, friends, co workers or I will be returning.

Delicious chocolate can be found for everyone. White,milk and dark chocolate. My husbands favorite is Rocky road. I picked up these beautiful chocolate apples filled with carmel. They can make just about anything out of chocolate.

Friendly, patient customer service and assistance with choosing a gift box of asssorted chocolates. The selection in the store was remarkable, with novelty items ranging from chocolate hammers to chocolate motorcycles, and the sample I did try was EXCELLENT. Highly recommended, and I will be returning for more gifts in the future.
