If you value punctuality and efficiency, look no where else. I have used various other companies for water bottle delivery (Nestle etc) and Im pleased to switch to Crystal springs Santa Cruz. They are always on time on the promised date no matter what. There have been times when we were deep asleep and did not open the door but the delivery person was smart enough to leave 4 bottles as usual without worrying about collecting the empty bottles. At times when we ran out of water before the scheduled delivery, they were kind enough to send me bottled water early. This is in contrast to my experience with Nestle where they would miss their delivery date by 4 to 5 days forcing me to run to 711 to buy small water bottles.I love their service. No complaints whatsoever. Please keep doing your best. Thank you!

I have been having problems since January. They couldn’t deliver my water due to snow, I do understand that, called to see when it was rescheduled, they said the following week. That week came and still nothing, called again, they escalated it by emailing the manager and they promised by the end of that week. Nothing was delivered at the end of that week. I have NO water now, called this orning spoke to another pleasant ow customer service, she escalated another regional manager now, still no water. This has happened twice to me. Shame on me now. They suck!!!!

Missed deliveries along with incorrect deliveries lead to cancelled service, lack of driver accountability, poor customer service and communications, billing practices designed to deceive OR confuse consumer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Unfortunately the service received was not as the offer we sign up for since day one. After several calls they move things around and end up even worst than before!!!. People on the phone was always very nice and polite, but they could not deliver the promised service at the value I signed up for.

This company is the worse my delivery service was rescheduled 3 times with out notice. Never received a phone call nor email letting me know i wasnt going to be receiving my cooler. Each rep i spoke with told me something different.

Cystal Springs is the most unprofessional inconsiderate water company ever I do not advise anyone to use this company. They have been charging me for my cooler for over a year. I am still paying for it and getting deliveries. I checked my credit score and they said I am in collections. Mind you my account is in the positive.Furthermore, some of their drivers are extremely unprofessional. Crystal Springs had emailed me a few weeks ago to upgrade my water machine ( aka swap it out ) for cleaning purposes. I swapped Out my machine when I did so they gave me a broken machine. Ok, no worries things happen so I notified them and they sent me a second machine. The second machine the cold water did not work. Come to find out they gave me a refurbished machine. For all that I couldve kept my old machine which was brand new and working. They are unprofessional and a waste of money as I said I do not advise this company

I love this place because it has the best tasting spring water. You know, Santa Cruz tap water is not very good, and bottled drinking water is not much better than that. This is spring water from a local ( Santa Cruz ) source that is extremely favorably priced. You can get a stand with delivery or go into the store on Delaware avenue and buy it there.

I have had Crystal Springs delivering water to my shop for the last nine years. The customer service has always been great. Our driver is always friendly. If I run out of water before the scheduled delivery date or if I miss the delivery, they will go out of their way to take care of us. The taste is great. Much better than most bottled water you can buy.

This Water Is the very bestWe live 20 miles south of San Francisco with plenty of choices of spring water in our area.The choices do not hold a candle to the taste of Santa Cruz Crystal Springs water. I have been drinking the water as long as I can remember.Jackie and I drive 65 miles down to the plant every month and pick up 36 gallons. Terry says; we can deliver to your home and save you the trip. Jackie told me she would rather pick up the water and have lunch on the wharf while we are in Santa Cruz.The trip is a scenic drive along the coast, and a nice outing for two old timers.I will celebrate my 87th birthday in July 2017. Maybe I will make 100; if I keep drinking Santa Cruz Crystal Springs water.b

Have been working with Sergio from Crystal Springs for over 3 years now and he has always been consistent, friendly, and very professional. He always delivers to my office on time and does everything he can to help us out. He is a very good reflection of the company. Kudos and keep it up!

Ive read a few negative reviews, but I think they must be from a different companies, possibly in different states? This Crystal Springs is in Santa Cruz, CA and my girlfriend and I live just a few cities to the South. We get water delivered weekly, they are always prompt with their deliveries, and the drivers have always been very nice! Also, the water tastes great! I cant drink tap water, or even bottled water from the store anymore!

I have been a customer in home delivery for five years. In NY and NC receiving five gallon Distilled Water every two weeks. As soon as this P?andemic started I was not informed called or notified prior that they will no longer send me distilled bottles but only Spring or RO. I called CS and the rep was not sympathetic nor did she even acknowledge the fact that I have been a customer for several years. I will be canceling my services as soon as my water distiller arrives

Excellent service. I like that the empties magically disappear and are replaced with full bottles. We have three delivery locations and it isnt always easy to manage but Crystal Springs has done a great job!

Terrible service. After I canceled my service, they told me that someone was coming to pick things up 5 different times. We stayed home all day waiting and nobody showed up.

Cant believe they want to charge you $4 for a mail receipt to send your bill in instead of going on the computer especially after being a 10 + year customer! go elsewhere!!
