Marco was so cool he helped me he did ask me about my old phone but once i told him i dont have it he didnt question it he didnt argue with me he didnt gave me a hard time & he helped me with connecting my phone thanks for not giving me hard time cool awesome place

Best service for me ... An new phone plus case too ..

So my phone had an issue where it couldnt get internet. Ming and Kevin worked on it to get to solve the problem. Kevin eventually found that it was an access point issue. Not many techs would have that depth of knowledge. Most would say do hard reset or buy new phone. Honest & smart team. Quality company. Surely recommend.

Scam artists from the get go...Stay far away....Went there to upgrade one of my phones business phone LG Aristo to a new LG K51..Overall.... They will lie and scam you... Customer service are basics only...almost non existent since employees too busy playing on their phones or just chatting to each other...They will NOT help setup your new phone transferring contacts..photos..apps etc... Told me I had to do that my self manually....Hours of my time wasted trying to do myself.... Thankfully I finally found an LG app on the phone itself called LG Switch.... It auto transfers most all apps on my old PG phone to the new one!Something they could have easily done in just a few minutes or at least inform me it existed so that I would use!My first question after arriving was if they were a corporate store or an authorized dealer...Lie#1Lying to me claiming to be a Corporate store and the scamming began.... Found out today they are MOT a corporate store... They are a privately owned authorized dealer!Lie#2Told me I couldnt buy the phone and activate it later when I got home which is what I needed to do..... told me I had to activate the phone there before I left and charged me $20...Activation online is FREE...Lie#3Told me there was no auto way to transfer most of my many apps and many ccounts to the new phone.... That they couldnt do it and I had to manually do it my self.They didnt even transfer basics like photos and contacts....I will never in my life go there again and recommend to the world BEWARE!

Dale was very helpful, first with trying to see if my old phone could be cleared to free up more memory, then in explaining the details of new models for an upgrade. The stores demo models are working so that I could try even downloading apps onto them. Far superior experience at this corporate store than at franchise locations elsewhere.

Asian guy came out to the front door even before we went in. We asked to switch from sprint along with the free iphone offer. Said we cant and it’s not possible bla bla. We tried to switch anyway but he didn’t. We went to bascom ave store and they gave us the offer and switched us in no time. AVOID THIS STORE.

Terrible service. Went to buy a new phone and they did not have it in stock, so i decided to buy a different one but they didn’t want to sell it to me because they were closing in 30 minutes. When i worked retail and there were 30 minutes left, id make as many sales as i could before closing. I dont think selling a phone takes that long. They did however mention another metro had the phone i wanted in stock and to go in the next day. I went but they did not have it. I decided to go with my second option and they said they did have it, so i waited. Turns out they didn’t have it either, why not check before getting my hopes up? Ive been with metro for about 10 years and looks like im ready to switch to something better.

I went into the store on 10/8/18. The three associates working were friendly and helpful. I was assisted by Maricela. She was wonderful. She asked me what I wanted in a phone and my price point. She knew all about the phones. She was so friendly, helpful, and patient. Oh, I called before I went to the store and a friendly gentleman answered. Wonderful customer service!

Their service is the best. They are very helpful! Go there and tell them what you need and they will give you options to choose. They can explain the pros and cons of these options as well.

Upgraded to a newer phone that was reasonable in price. They transferred all my files and programs and walked out the door with all apps and files working. Sales agent asked about what I used phone for and made some good suggestions regarding synchronizing apps and files. Have been with Metro for 8 years.

The people here are very well organized and really know their customer service! Kieran was the one who helped me and he was just very patient and fantastic! Jason took my name and number for the manager to call me so I could have them reach out to the district manager to report a store that I had a very unfavorable experience with. Im so glad I came here and I will be back to this one not the other. It got super busy and now I know why!

Very helpful guys, nice store. Ive had some things done and bills paid up and ported-in from this store. The staff is very helpful and patient and professional. Parking is a problem so you have to wait and look for a while to park your car. This is my most preferred MetroPCS store and they always have phones ready for new customers.

I tip my hat to Dale, Metro PSC Customer Service agent at the Steven Creek location. We first met Dale approximately two years ago when my family and I had a total of four phone lines installed.More recently, I went to this particular store again and purchase a Samsung A20 and had two Samsung A50s that was purchased from BestBuy, but placed on Metros PSCs network. Dale, the customer service associate, provided me and my with family excellent customer service. Additionally, his overall depth of knowledge and technological skill is unmatched. Dont try and call the number listed because you will get a busy signal for hours on end. Im disabled and need to plan ahead for the store times so I wanted to call and check. The only good thing about this place if it still is around is the people who work there. They just need better phone number service. If they did that I would give them 4 stars. Now Im stuck going to another I dont like to fix my phone. How sad.

Diego gave poor customer service very rude . Kept pushing an up sale and trying to get me to use insurance to pay for a lost phone when I was willing to pay cash and needed the phone asap could not wait for one to be mailed. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. If you go to this store go to anyone but Diego if you want great customer service .

This is awesome store that with exelent customer service they really go the extra mile ... The owner has on several occasions taken time to help me with phone issues and did not even ask for even a small fee ... He even gave me a discount on my last phone and new service purchase on top of the incredible promotion just because he knew I was homeless ... I highly recommend using this dealer even if you have to travel a little further to do so

Less crowded and cleaner than the corporate store on the east side. Pay your bill on a machine or with an employee. Order phones, ask questions, etc.This is the place to come for answers to problems that are more complicated than your average contract shop can help you with. One of very few corporate stores for this company.

Horrible service. worst employees ever!!! didnt help at all. were too worried about getting the next person to deal with me. there was three people in the whole store and like 7 workers. they were rude and i still havent even gotten the help i need over all i give them a horrible score to match the horrible service!
