Ive had very good experiences here ordering online and picking up. Its always quick and easy. Returns are easy, too. I just brought it to the customer service counter and got my money back no problem.

Target has always been one of my favorite stores, but genuinely, the staff are all so kind, and really understanding of disabilities. I had fainted in the store while with my friend and the staff were quick to help make sure I was safe and I was ok. I do really appreciate the environment that target fosters, and I greatly appreciate everyone working there who is so understanding and lovely

Needed to change cell phone carrier from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. There was some kind of glitch in the transfer and I could not use my phone to make phone calls, text, or voice message. I came into the Santa Clara Target and Zack Gilson was there to help me with my problem. Zach carefully listened to my laments, trying to figure out what could cause my phone not to work properly. After checking some settings, he called Verizon and Consumer Cellular. Zach was so polite and friendly on the phone with the carrier customer service reps. After going back and forth, the problem was found and resolved. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before sending me off. Thank you so much, Zach!!!! I felt lost without the use of my phone. You put a big smile on my face. Target is very lucky to have such as a wonderful employee!

The employees here are super lazy and unwilling to help. Went to electronics the lady there was rude and no help so I went to guest services to help me locate an item in the store or any other target. She didn’t want to use her brain to do anything so just told me if electronics doesn’t have it then too bad. So lazy

The website states the cashiers will clean after each customer. They dont. The last few times I came in I had to ask the cashier to clean the surfaces. They gladly did so, but had to hunt for the disinfectant spray at other check outs. I thought each check out would have disinfectant on hand and that I should not have to ask someone to clean.Even though more people are getting vaccinated for covid, surfaces still need to be disinfected. Otherwise shopping is a pleasure at Target.

Quick and easy, no minimum order. The Santa Clara store is better than the San Jose Coleman Ave store as far as pulling orders quickly and having everything in stock.

I love that Target has drive-up service, and has since well before the current pandemic. They are experienced service is always super fast.But at Target in Santa Clara—and ONLY Santa Clara (I have used this service at five different Targets since the start of the pandemic)—the team members ask me to reset the timer in the app. They come to my window and ask me to say I’m actually not at Target. Then I have to go in to the orders again, say I’m on my way again, confirm my car color and type again, and ONLY THEN will they scan my phone so I can I have the stuff I paid for.The kicker is, they do it whether I’ve been waiting for five minutes or 90 seconds! It takes nearly 90 seconds to reset the timer! And five minutes is FINE! Significantly better than getting in the 6-foot spacing line for limited in-store occupancy (also a GREAT feature, good on Target!).If Santa Clara Target think there’s no way corporate is going to call them out on this, their management needs to stop huffing the sharpies or be replaced. What an obvious con. The app has shoppers’ GPS!Please stop this practice, and I will update to a good review. I’ve been coming to this Target since it opened. It’s clean and well-stocked, but you’re wasting my time asking me to lie for your messed-up metrics incentives.

In store pickup doesnt like to see my ID. I always get harassed for bringing in my drivers license instead of printing out my order number. And I never get my full order at time of pickup, I always have to send them back for the rest. I dont understand why multiple employees have such attitude over this. Just because I dont have a smart phone doesnt mean you shouldnt help me when Im there to pick up my order! I cant bring in my work desktop for you to scan the monitor.

Store pick-up is simple. Target has a vast selection in every category, and at great prices. When ever I need to find something and not sure where to start, I always check target, and often find the item I want. Shipping and store pickup are always simple and convenient, and recommend this method to all my friends. Great place!

Not clean like the stores in Florida. Nor do they have a good assortment of items. Went in looking for sandals. They had 2 styles in my size (9) womens. Not even an assortment of flip flops.

Rude staff and customers now wear literal bandit masks. I had no choice but to either get my product here right away or wait for delivery so I had to go in. Just waiting for drone delivery or something to eliminate my need to interact with these people. I don’t know why every time I go in here the staff is so snooty to me.

I go almost every day, is really nice, the staff is super friendly, you can ask for a single thing, they will take the radio and ask until they found you an answer, organized and also super clean, they take the COVID really serious, every-time a customer use a self checkout machine, they cleaned it, make you feel really safe, loving this place, they can improve on tech department, but is really good.

Customers service! I never had such a great order online and pick up in store experience. Great lady got me my bags and attached handles to the giant paper product packages for easy carrying. Also scanning the barcode from my phone made things infinitely easier than spelling out my name, etc.

Everything was easy but pick up department isnt ready to help with large items. it took half an hour before i could get help loading a tv. waited and waited for a furniture dolly, then no one knew who was going to help. other than that it went well

Ordering online with product on mind is easier and picking it up at the store! it consumes less time and picking up like youre the boss lol. The staff are awesome and best time to pick up is usually after 2pm and on weekdays!

The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. And Target was open to 10 pm on xmas Eve! Awesome!

I love all things Target, so Im surprisingly rating this store 4 stars. I stopped in at the Starbucks inside and had to wait an insanely long amount of time as there were 5 people in line and only one person working the register and attempting to make drinks. The inside of the actual Target was a typical set up, however, this store is definitely off the beaten path. I had to use GPS to find it and to get back to the freeway, which is not the case for most of the Target stores that I have been to.

It is like a one stop shop place, Target has so much to offer, it makes it very convenient to shop there

This is one of the good Targets, the kind you drive a little further to get to. Plenty of parking, very clean, well stocked, and good selection. The lines can be a little long sometimes, but they are usually pretty quick to get more registers open.

I have NEVER felt so disrespected. I went in for toilet paper and ended up spending $55. I would have spent more, but felt uncomfortable because the employees were watching me like I was going to steal something. My husband is wheelchair bound and it is much easier for him to use the store scooters than to have him roll himself around the store with his 1 working arm and leg. When we were leaving the guy gathering the carts stopped what he was doing and followed us to our car (the first handicap spot). He didn’t say a word. As soon as my husband got up from the chair he jumped on it and took it away. I’m not sure if he thought I was going to take the cart, but I thought it was very RUDE! Every other Target allows us to use their carts in the same manner with no issues. That was the last time my family will EVER step foot in that location.

The store has very friendly employees, particularly one of the seniors at the billing counter is extremely kind and helpful. There are quite a few cashiers and self checkouts. Returns are quick and easy. This store always has a lot to offer in terms of product options with the best of selection for bars and snacks.

This is a great Target! With its large, spacious layout, it never feels too crowded and the aisles are easy to move through. Id give it 5 stars if they could make the queue process more seamless and save customers time wasted in lines.

Had a nasty experience in the end of last year. I got a 20% off coupon from other Target store during Black Friday, which was written on a receipt, and was told it can be used in any Target store. I came to this store, showed the cashier the receipt, and explained to her, she seems understood, and saved the receipt in her counter. Then afterwards, I found she didnt give me any discount, and she didnt tell me! I had to go to the customer service department, and was told the coupon cannot be used there, so I had to return all the items and buy them again in the original store. Wasted half a day, really bad!

Busy yet efficient all purpose store. You can find basic items in almost every category except gardening. I purchased food staples and body shampoo along with some AA batteries, but my wife found that the gardening supplies were all cleared out to make space for other goods. Check out cashier was friendly but the exit door is limiting creating a customer back up.

I would recommend Target in Santa Clara because it is clean, well stock, reasonable prices.

This Target is very spaced out and there is a lot of room to move in. They basically have everything you need and want. Though the bathrooms can be a bit dirty. The service, cashiers are great, they are very patient and respectful. On the other hand though, I think they should have more choices of clothing. One time when I was in a rush, there wasn’t the clothes I exactly needed, but I bought some clothes close enough to what I was looking for. I have a iPhone SE when I decided I need a new case to treat myself, I went to this Target, and there are absolutely no iPhone SE cases! No fashion cases, but only Speck cases which there was only one design to pick. So, I had to order some on Amazon, at least Amazon has what I’m looking for!Signed,Lyric G. Mendonça

Love that you price match your online ads and that you have coupons on cartwheel. People say Target is expensive and without these two it would be and I wouldnt shop here. But with these two yall are awesome!

Every time i come here they dont have what i want and the aisles are a mess. Unless you are here for clothes or cosmetics just go to walmart. Clean up and stock your sports and car aisles

The store is well organized and the strip mall is worth seeing at night. I like the placement of the customer service booth and the restrooms. The cashier booths are swift enough to not make you regret the visit.

The GOOD Target

Typical target. Reasonable price on home goods. I like to shop here and the sprouts next door for my goods. Lots of room in the parking lot makes for easy stops.

Rude Staff at return counter. refused to refund me for the charges they put on a broken bike. they sell extra warranty but harass customers at time of return.The Manager told me rudely that its my responsibility to LOOK ONLINE AT RETURN POLICIES BEFORE BUYING. every item can differ.

I remember when this Target opened, I lived down the street and went there all the time. Big store that has just about anything. I used to even get most of my groceries there too since everything looked to fresh and so clean.

The location is convenient... as far as geography. its a relatively standard.sized target n not onef the small ones.

I loved the free shipping on my order although it was only a promotion for the holidays. They should do this more often.

Pretty standard fairly clean and organized Target. In a big plaza with lots of restaurants around. Next door to a place called UBREAKIFIX, pretty genius.

They have what I need at great prices and the order online and pickup is always seamless (unlike another big retailer I wont mention).

WORST Tareget EVER! I’m so sad this is the Target that is right down the street from my home. I’ve been meaning to write this since they opened, but was hoping it would get better, nope! It hasn’t!!! They are out of at least 3things I need EVERY time I go there and for LONG periods of time since I make frequent visits I notice. There are shelves that are completely empty at times and the employees (majority) are rude, do they even teach what good customer service is anymore? I worked in customer service for years and have never been treated so rudely than I have at this Target. No one greets you with a smile, or a hello, I usually say “Hi how are you?” first to get them to even look at me. This place sucks!

I called this target over and over again only to get the guest services line hung up on after ringing and ringing off the hook. Very frustrating that no one answers the phone and customer service said they didnt know why when I was in the store but corporate changed the phone system. It seemed like a exuse for poor customer service to me. Poor customer service leads to fewer customers. Messy clothes sections unable to fnd things was also a frustration. Hope the GM can do something about this.
