I bought a new car yesterday and it had a bad window regulator. Im moving out of town in a couple weeks and wanted to have it repaired before the trip. I found the parts at a local auto parts store and these guys were able to get me and fix the problem within just a couple hours of calling. Window came out great and Im ready to drive across the country. I would highly recommend K&S Auto Repair.

He treats you like you’re family! Lifesaver! Got a screw in my tire on my way to work at 8:30 ish. When I got out at 6:30pm, my tire was almost flat. Called this shop because it was down the street. Even though they close at 7 on Fridays, Kasim’s response: “oh come right now. We wouldn’t want you to have a flat in the morning!” Even though he was still busy with another car and his day was done, he stopped what he was doing to repair my tire (which probably wouldn’t have survived the night). Only charged me $20.And he has really a nice cat. If anything, go for the cat lol

Ive been here twice and spent $240. They cant seem to figure out how to fix my AC. After the first time, I even told them to just tell me if this is not something they can handle. They insisted, I agreed and they fixed the AC. But within 2 weeks, it is throwing hot air again. Maybe they have been successful at helping others but they have now charged me $240 and nothing has come of it. This time around when I asked them what was wrong, they wouldnt even tell me. It is unfortunate because I gave them a second chance on their insistence. Communicate better and dont take on business you cant serve.

Hands down this is the best place Ive gone to in San Jose. Kassim and his team are AMAZING! I cant say enough how generous Kassim is with his time and his prices. They also work really fast to get any repair work done. What I love about him most is that he doesnt cheat you and is a super fair guy. I am so impressed with the service I got today ! I called up at around 3:30 and told them I would be there at 4:00 to get a nail puncture in my tire fixed. I have a 2010 Mercedes R350 and have damage (heavy dent and scratch) on rear panel and bumper from the accident. I decided to trust the review on this page and contact him. He is turned out to be super responsive and man of word including honesty. Honesty is a virtue. He made my Mercedes brand new again from the fix in promised time. I do not know how he did it but incredible job he did it for me. I really recommend him to take care of any vehicle damage and he will do his magic. If you search bodyshop, search no more. He will take good care of any vehicle.

Ray was great to work with. Not only did he complete the repairs in time but explained the whole process. He had pictures before/after and showed me what exactly he is fixing. This was the first time I was given a tour of what is under the hood.

Had a leaking rear right tire. Got it fixed in no time; there was a screw in the tire.. Theyre economic and efficient.

We made an appointment for a quick inspection at 2PM; they said it would take less than an hour. When we arrived, they said it would be 2-3 hours before they even started looking at it. Thats not how appointments work.

This shop was wonderful: I got a flat tire on my way out of work, and all nearby tire & mechanic shops were closed. I saw K&S was still open and rushed there: the owner was able to patch my tire and check all my other tires within 10 minutes. I couldnt be happier with the service and attention to detail when the alternator in my car needed to be replaced. They not only rushed to finish repairing it since I was stranded more than 100 miles from home, Kasim stayed late to personally pick up the parts needed. Amazing guys who genuinely care.

Car stalled out on the highway by going into limp mode. Had the tow truck deliver it here. They had a diagnosis within an hour, and a fix (2 sensor replacements) by the next day. Friendly, fast, great quality, and at a good price. I would highly recommend this place to others.

5.0 star rating 12/31/2017This is a Great place to get your vehicle serviced as well as for auto body work! I looked at the yelp reviews and approached him for an estimate. Kasim is a very straight forward and reliable person. There were quite a few issues in my car that had to fixed like rear bumper make up, front brakes, slow acceleration and rear passenger window controller etc. For evident issues he gave the estimate on the spot and for uncertain issues he gave me a fair idea and also told me upfront that they will know the exact issue only when they inspect the car. While they worked on the rear bumper, simultaneously they did a free full inspection of the car and gave me all the details. Really appreciate his clear and quick communication!! Infact he also sent me the old front brake rotor and air filter pics for records. He was also generous to include other minor paint touch ups as part of the bumper paint service. After 2 days, all issues in my car were fixed and its looking and working great right in time before the New Year! Overall a very satisfying experience and I highly recommend this place!!!

Im almost sad to be upgrading to a newer car since I know I wont be in there as often without my old clunker! 😬 Having said that, I want to clarify- I have never had to go back in again to have any work corrected as they always get it right the first time! Kasim always explains to me/shows me exactly what needs to be fixed, and what my options are. As a woman I greatly, greatly appreciate this! Kasim repaired the broken rear view mirror of my Honda Civic 2013 (even replacing the top painted panel from the old mirror on top of new one), removed the dent and scratched paint - all in all for 200$ on a busy Saturday in just over 3 hours.Will definitely recommend this guy - most of all because he has has honest pricing and tries to salvage and improvise on the situation as much as possible.

10 STARS: AMAZING! Excellent, helpful, and honest! My cars check engine light appeared when it was due for a smog check. Kasim said that I had already spent enough $ on diagnostics ($169 paid to ANOTHER shop) and so he kindly reduced his diagnostics charge. The other shop asked for well over $400 more just to continue their diagnostics and remove the engine where they reportedly isolated an emissions problem. Fast forward to Kasim at K & S, and LESS than $300 later, when my cars issue was successfully diagnosed, fixed, and passed the emissions test. I will return and highly recommend K & S Complete Auto Repair to anyone who wants a pleasant interaction with a more than fair and skilled mechanic. Thank you so much, Kasim!!!

I have been visiting k & s for 3 years now... I know Kasim very well ( the owner / manager ). I was driving old Audi before and he helped me fix the issues with my old car at a reasonable price every time. Now I m driving a new vw, and I came back to k & s for my car regular maintenance service. He quoted me 250 dollars for the maintenance and labor for what a vw service dealer quoted me 600 dollars.....I like the k & s for 3 main reasons....1. I never made any appointment, but Kasim somehow worked out to fix my car and return on same day.2. He has a great ambience, he drops me off at a local coffee shop on his car or help me pick up lunch while my car is under maintenance. his staff seemed very experienced and knowledgeable.3. Never overcharged or over quoted. He is very customer focused, very welcoming and carries a great responsibility in every action he does, whether taking to a customer or fixing his car.Im definitely coming back to k & s and highly recommend.
