Quality professional tools this is the one. I seen comments where people don’t feel bubbly about there shopping experience if you need help picking out tools this might not be the place for you if the package is old or tools are dusty exactly how do plan you on using them (if this bothers you). I’m dustier and tinted more then any tool in there .. my thought is if your in the trades you know what your after it’s that quality hard to find item you can’t get at the DIY centers where you can get a nice house plant to go along with your shiny new cordless tool purchase this place ain’t changed in all the years I’ve gone there no frills no extravaganza just real tools for pros who know what tool is needed and how to use it.

Great service. I just needed one socket to tightly grip a tough to get out screw. The person a the store worked with me to find the perfect fit. This is the kind of service you cant get at a big box store.

Awesome selection of professional tools. Many people compare prices with Home Depot or others but if you look closely, the brands and especially the specific products are different. If you want low end tools and junk go to Home Depot. Nu Way provides the best and prices are always fair.

One guy working there. Very dis-interested in helping customers. Borderline rude. Everything in store has dust and yellow tinge on the packaging like its been sitting on the shelf for years.

Nu-Way was the only store that had what I needed in stock. Pricing is ok, but this store is more about having a large selection of the high quality, professional brands on the shelf. Service was very good, and they were open Saturday! I like this place.

They have a great selection of tools for tradesmen and are conveniently located on el camino real in santa clara.

Small store but they know their stuff and can help you very well.

The guy charges and arm and a leg for everything, you can find the same tools for way cheaper. I dont know how the guy stays I buisness, no ones ever there.
