This is a Super Target. They’re not kidding. It’s massive. You literally can get almost anything here. They seem to have a better selection than most other Targets that I have been to. Several of the staff asked me if I needed any help finding anything, which was kind. Additionally there are both a CVS Pharmacy here as well as a Starbucks Coffee shop. They seem to be pretty on the ball. I would stop here again.

I rarely shop at Target, My usual go to store for groceries is Walmart. But on this particular day, I decided to switch it up a bit and give Target a try. In My Honest Opinion, the layout and store appearance set me at ease. The aisle were wide and clutter free, shelves were fully stoked and neat. And to my surprise I finally found a product that Walmart had been out of stock of for a very long time. Last but not least, the employees at Target were very attentive and friendly.

Go The extra mile!!I had an issue with my receipt being lostFor an apple purchase at this store, paid in cash. *note- don’t purchase apple projects in cash* It was my fault(and the receipt was eventually found), but the gentlemen in the electronics dept went aboveAnd beyond to try and come up with a solution. Idk why, but Target out of all the other places to shop is an experience. You will always get out with more than you planned when you went in with how many nice things they have. Not to mention a good grocery store. Staff is polite and most of the time youll get through checkout fast.

Great prices on amazing vegan/ plant-based meats. They carry awesome brands like Gardein (try the vegan chicken nuggets or vegan meatballs!)

I like this target location. I am here often and there is a woman who is usually at checkout in the mornings whose name is Divya, she is awesome! She is so helpful and so kind. I really like this Target because they carry some very good Vegan and Gluten free items that no one else does. My favorite is the shredded cheese by SO Delicious which is made from coconut milk! The staff are really great and extremely helpful if you cant find something. I highly recommend shopping at this target!

Chinstraps??! Several staff wearing chinstraps (supposed to be masks) and too many customers wearing chinstraps or no mask at all. AND stood in checkout line for about 15 min (store empty/not busy).

This is my favorite of all Target stores. Much better stocked than other Targets around. I heard its a training store... so maybe they have more help? The curbside is amazing, they are basically standing in the space when I arrive.

Target is generally a pleasant shopping experience (safe to say a clean, efficient, attractive environment).

Huge shoutout to Tara or Zara (long blonde hair that works in girls), Chris (tall) who I think works all over the store, he has helped me in almost every dept, and Kim (her badge says new team member.) I have been in this store 7 days straight and they always help me. They go up above and beyond when I need to find or figure something out. They remind me of me when I used to work at target out of NJ. They are the total guest experience.

I wasnt even parked a minute and my order was at my car! The speedy service was excellent to say the least. I was expecting to wait a few minutes since it was the day before Christmas.

App said a product was in stock. Drove to this location to buy it. Shelf was empty. Spoke with an employee that said they just got a new shipment of it in. He went to look in the back but couldn’t find it. Suggested I order through the app for pick up and someone else can find it and it should take less than an hour. I’ve been waiting for an hour now and it still says processing. Tried calling and asking why it’s taking so long for just one item. All she said was “it’s not ready for pick up yet” duh I can see that on the app stupid. Horrible customer service.

Anyone who has ventured into the retail world lately has been dismally disappointed. Most have changed their hours to accommodate them and most have little to no inventory. THIS STORE IS DIFFERENT !!! They have kept regular hours. It is packed full of merchandise. Its bright and cheery when you walk in. Its also very clean, wide open areas, and a very youthful, helpful staff. Its a 30 minute drive for us, but its worth the trip. Thumbs up for the manager here.....great job!

Like the target store itself And most of the people there are very nice . However recently I was having issue using coupon at the self check out and employee name Neha from the SANFORD store When I asked for help she was very rude and instead of helping me literally was forcing me to pay before I was able to finish using all my coupons . But the manager was very helpful when I went to her to assist me .

To be honest, I love Target. But this Target is very people friendly. Their employees are very willing to help you and the store is super clean and organize. You find a little bit of everything there.

Want to take a minute and recognize your two managers, Chris and Donnie. Its people like this that will keep me coming back to your store. We had a situation with a broken product that was well beyond its exchange period because the school where it was kept being closed until recently, due to covid. They went above and beyond to replace it for me. Thank you guys for being polite and giving the customer attention in a time of need.

I am tired of going to the store in Sanford, Florida to find no clearly marked signs you can SEE from the parking lot on which doors are open. So you have to walk up to find out you now have to go move your car to the other end of the SUPER Target. Then you find out it is a day thet are doing senior shopping first, after walking up to the door with once again, no sign you can see while parking. I am just trying to return something before I have to be at work. Good thing it is a return because being this complicated there wont be any purchases here. Jamie Hagerman, mother, wife, full time job trying to get some things done efficiently! You dont cater to that.

Shopping atmosphere

Ordered online to deliver to store and got multiple notifications saying the order would be delayed. It’s now 3 weeks later and I have an email saying my order was cancelled. The only explanation provided was ‘the order didn’t process as expected’. I tried getting more information but the chat representative had nothing better to add. The cancelled items are still posted on their website as available to order. Extremely disappointed; delays I can handle. Cancelling my order with no valid explanation and still having the items on the website? Ridiculous.

The store was clean. I was able to find everything I needed. The only thing is that the mens and boys sections are almost non existent. The mens section only goes to xl so I have to go to Kohls for mens clothing and some times for boys items.

This store has historically be great, but the last two trips in a row had issues related to prices. Many items would price differently at the register than what was advertised below the items on the shelf. Most of these items would actually be priced lower than the labeled price on the aisle, but some of them would also be more.I dont understand why it is so difficult for pricing to match what is on the shelves. If a shelf says a pizza is $4 and at the register it comes up as $5, thats a problem. Its also not good for it to come up less either, because then some people might pass up an item that would otherwise sell more. I feel like expecting honest pricing is not asking for a lot.Outside of that, the experience has still been good. Items are well stocked, pricing is competitive, store is clean, short waits to check out. If it wasnt for the pricing issues, I would give it five stars, but to me, thats a pretty big problem and for it to span at least half a month, the store needs to evaluate itself.If you shop here, be sure to check your receipts. It might not make much of a difference, after all its mostly change, but still, prices should match whats on the aisles.

In the early AM, you have to use self checkout. The store is always uncomfortably freezing cold. Has the best Starbucks inside- awesome team members. Everyone in the store is very nice and willing to help if needed. They usually have everything in stock and fresh. Sometimes organic produce is hot or miss. Overall good store.

I shopped yesterday at Target in Sanford with my daughter. We had three inactions with staff while in their store. All were extremely positive. I am wondering if they are improving their customer service training and if so what a fabulous job they’re doing. Lauren helped us in the Baby/infant section. Not once but appeared twice to answer our questions. Very knowledgeable! Also had wonderful experience while trying on clothing. Dillard’s and Macy’s need to take notes. Very helpful gal! At the register chatted with older gentleman who was friendly, personal and helpful. Took time to notice that I had difficulty opening a beverage that was just purchased and offered to assist. Usually don’t think to take time to write reviews but This Target got its act together!

Friendly employees, clean store

I have ordered from you previously. Each time it has been a smooth and pleasant transaction. The front leg of the cabinet is not level. However, I think that the cabinet is worth finding an adjustment because I like everything else about it.

The prompt service, polite and friendly reception are the reason for the score that I selected.

Had to return a few items that were impulse buys. No waiting at return desk and clerk was friendly yet profession. The store is always clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything I need ....and sometimes, don’t need! Highly recommend.

This holiday season is the first time that I’ve done Christmas shopping at Target, thanks to my son’s recommendation. The prices were amazingly competitive with Walmart, and even lower on some of my staple items. The store was clean and well-stocked, even during the holiday madness! The fresh produce and deli rival even Publix and I’ve made this my go-to store!

Been going here for six or seven years. Doctor Beaver is super nice, attentive, professional and quick. The girls in the store are helpful, pleasant and kind. From exam to picking out glasses and getting fitted for the frames, I was in and out in about an hour. Thanks ladies!

This is the largest and best target in the area, we drive 20 minutes to this one even though we have one only 4 minutes down the street. Their process for check out and returns are very efficient. We shop here several times a week because of the quality of service.

This is a Super Target. There are not many of them in the U.S. and I love shopping there, with the Deli and Starbucks and Target Cafe! Also has an Eye Glass service, Pharmacy, and excellent customer service in the Electronics Dept. Wide isles and most importantly, the employees are usually cheery and seem to enjoy working there. My husband and I drive out of our way, past another Target and other grocery stores to shop there. We use the Cartwheel coupon App. to get even better discounted prices. We don t do all our shopping at the Target Superstore, as prices are not always the lowest, but we go there first when we have the time and its usually a good experience!!

The optical experience was very disappointing 85 dollars for a 5 min exam a you can even read the prescription.

Most Target I have shopped in are OK, but they have a lower level, basement type presentation and attitude. The Target located in Sanford, Fl, in the Shopping Center off Rhinehart Road, on the other hand, is OUTSTANDING. It is extremely large, very nicely displayed, Floor Staff are (1) available, (2) knowledgeable, (3) pleasant, & (4) more than willing to see that a persons needs are met. Most Targets present themselves as Dime store type stores. This Target presents itself as a Sacks [Spelling?] 5th Avenue Showroom. Bravo for one....very impressive.

I dont regularly shop at Target since is a bit out of my way, but I make a special trip there to buy Coffeemates Bliss in a 32 oz size. No other stores near me carry it. Its a good buy at a great price. Right now dark cherries are $2.99 lb. Thats a better price than I have seen anywhere.

Employees with multi-colored hair and tattoos and piercings. It looks like a freak show in the place! Cashier didnt even know how to make change when I paid my RedCard bill and refused to give it to me. I have had enough of your kind of business!

Love this target! It’s organized, clean and always has something new. It may not carry as many brands as other super stores, but it has healthier selections, and more vegetarian meal options. The Cartwheel app is awesome and worth getting for all the coupons! There is also a Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express, Optical center, and Pharmacy inside this location. No garden center anymore at this location, even though they used to have it, hopefully one day they will reopen that section. Great store for all in one place shopping.

My son wears huggies slip on diapers they are literally the only diaper that fit him right. And target was only place I could ever find them, sadly they were put on clearance. So I checked the website and Sanford said they had some in stock, as I live more than 2 hours away I asked the customer service lady if she could physically check to see if they had before I made the trip. They had two in stock! So I asked her if she could pull them for me, that I was on the way! She told me she had to ask her manager as they were clearance and they don’t normally pull clearance and hold for customers. The manager said yes! But gave me no more 3 hours before they had to be put back! Either way I’m so appreciative of the the employee checking for me! Seems more places need employees like this!

I have not been to this Target for a very long time came just before 5pm. Had a cart full of stuff. only two regular cashier lines were open and they were extremely backed up. The self checkout lines were extremely backed up. Ask one of the cashiers if they had any other cashiers available. I was told no. He apologized. I told him it was not his fault that the managers did not schedule properly. I dumped my cart full of dairy and cold items at the customer service desk. I am totally displeased with this place. I have never had service like this ever before here.
