They were fast and very efficient. Came out and assisted me in a timely manner with towing my car and also was able to put my new tire on. They even washed my car, and the price was reasonable.

Not at all good. Towed my car just for parking in front of my house with expired tag. Which I had renewed and waiting to receive in mail. They charged $155 even though I showed them proof of renewal. This is not correct. I feel like they just tow cars to loot people.

They towed my bike for expired tags but my tags were never expired. They stole the previous tag off bike months previously and then came back to tow it but cops came before they showed up. Thieves

My company used Off The Chain towing today to move a big piece of equipment across town. Everyone that I talked to in the office was helpful. The driver Tamori was great. He was on time, professional, knew exactly what he was doing. This is the only company we will be using from now on.

Unprofessional job my feder look like a child ppainted my fender i will never take my vehicle there for repairs on body work ir 3 months since they told to bring it back every day i call there is an excuse that has no one to fix it i aam going to report them to the better business bureau i am so upset

Got my motor replace here and it was never done right my car is still running bad two months later my transmission starts leaking i never had these problems i feel very much cheated out of my 1400 1500 dollars i would not recommend especially for mechanic work

I would just like to say that everyone I encountered with this company was rude. I was completely and balantly ignored by one of the drivers who could have easily said my request was above their pay grade and everything would have been fine. Not to mention they had us waiting an hour or more before anyone showed up to the office. Will definitely not be using OTC for any towing needs. And all future customers be warned their attitude is out of this world.

They responded fast was very professional gave us a quote to repair the car.They did the repair they were courteous it was raining they pulled the car in the bay so my 84 year old neighbor wouldnt get wet I would highly recommend their tow service & auto repair

Great towing company! They went out of their way to find the car on the side of the road (we didnt know the nearest cross street), and then when we gave them the wrong house number for the drop off, they made sure to communicate with us and find the right house.

OTC is the only towing company I will use for now on. I had an incident with my vehicle after 2 a.m on a Sunday morning and I called at least three Tow Truck Companies that claim that they are 24 hours and they never answered luckily when I called OTC they answered almost immediately and they came in a very reasonable time and charged a very reasonable price especially for the situation that I was in. I didn’t get the Gentleman’s name but he was very nice and quick. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you OTC.

The middle of the night, 12am. We wrapped production and our 3 ton truck full of lights, stands, and a whole bunch of stuff carefully drifts off the road in into a ditch. It bottoms out. We called every tow truck service near by. No one would save us. Maybe because we were in the middle of nowhere shooting a horror movie... I don’t know... We found OTC, 20 minutes, they were there. 3 minutes later, we were out (trust me, he made us time him!). We said our goodbyes and our truck and equipment made it back to their respective rental places. It was 🔥

Mario is a true godsend. After being contacted by a mutual friend of ours about my situation, he didnt hesitate to jump in and help get my vehicle towed. This car was donated to me so that Id be able to continue the work of my nonprofit which helps children with incarcerated parents and their imprisoned parent, and it ended up breaking down. I was so stressed about being able to move it to a safe location until I can afford to get it fixed, BUT Mario was able to offer his services and take some of my stress away. If only I could put negative stars.. what a horrid company with even worse service. Tow someone and when they ask why you raise the price to get the vehicle back and demand cash when you said youd accept card just 5 minutes earlier and threaten to call the cops when asked again why it was towed.Had to call cops myself to even have a civil conversation with this useless staff of degenerates.#crooks

I brought my daughters car to them because they were close. 388.00 later I was told it was fixed. Never got out of the parking lot and check engine light came on. They told me it needed a new computer. I took it to Honda doctor and it was the battery. I would not let these people put air in my tire.

I stopped at a convenience store on my way home and when I tried to start my car it wouldnt turn over. I have a AAA membership and was trying to get through to arrange for a tow truck to come and rescue me when I saw a tow truck pull into the restaurant right next door! It must have been divine intervention - knowing that I could have a long wait ahead of me and then not knowing where to take my car once he arrived, I hung up the phone and walked next door and asked the person in the tow truck if they could help me jump my car. His mother was riding with him and has the sweetest soul. She went and got her son and they stopped to tell me they had to run up the road and would be right back...I thought, ok, if he doesnt come back then I can still call AAA. Thankfully, he was true to his word and came right back! He connected his charger and unfortunately it still wouldnt start. He said it could possibly be the starter but would have to check it out further to know for sure. He quoted me his labor and said it should only take an hour to fix it. I agreed so he hitched up my car and we were at his shop in 2 minutes. He had his mechanic look it over and discovered it was the starter. The mechanic wanted to go home but thankfully he stayed to get me back on the road again. The staff was awesome, friendly and inviting. From start to finish, I was very happy with everything. The cost was not outrageous and the service and hospitality was top notch. I will definitely use them next time I need a repair shop and I am spreading the word to everyone I know. Good people, reliable, affordable. Thank you for a great experience during a stressful situation.

Says 24/7. When we called the company the worker said he was busy at church and would be available in an hr. Waited 3 hrs to get my car. My friend had left his bag in my car last night. He just came in on a red eye for a bachelor party and was headed back home today. He totally missed his flight. When the worker finally showed up he yelled at us about the registration. Was it pleasant at all for just coming out of church. Not good business.

I reside at The Twin retreat Lakes.. My car was towed because I had one tire on the grass. I believe they just came into the property and was looking for a reason to tow any car. It was a Saturday morning I called the company 4 times left voicemails and no one got back to me. I decided to go there and the woman that was there was a Unprofessional nasty woman. I walked in there With Grace and integrity.. She rushed me and told me I needed to bring back cash when in fact there were credit card stickers on the door that excepted credit cards. When I went back there was no one there the business was closed and I called several times. It was very disturbing to have such unprofessionalism from a company.. I finally text a number and they responded with that someone was ontheir way.. When the driver came he was also nasty and very unprofessional . I was told I needed a power of attorney from my father in law who resides in Puerto Rico. I am one to abide by the laws and the rules and I totally get it so I left again with Grace and integrity to proceed to contact my father-in-law and have an Attorney put together a letter so it could be sent to me .After several hours I Finally got my car. I work with customers on a daily basic and I will tell you this that this place was very unprofessional and treated me like a criminal . I own my townhome I always park in my driveway and because I had my son over from college I decide to park on the street and as per the towing company my tire was on the grass. 155 dollar later. Shame on them .. If I ever get into a situation that I need a tow trucking company they will never be called.

The most skilled tow truck driver Ive seen! I needed an old hot-rod moved from my back yard where it had almost become part of the vines that were overgrowing it. It was in a precarious position and likely to be further damaged in the move, and I had accepted this as a likely outcome. The gentleman that arrived with a flatbed using several winching positions, and some inventive use of the flatbed to retrieve the vehicle, and place it right where I needed it in my car port. The charge was only $75 and Im using OTC towing for ALL my needs for now on! Another Sanford Jewel!

My car battery was dead upon attempting to reclaim it even though it ran perfect the previous day. Worst customer experience Ive ever seen. Called an African American woman that colored woman. Hung up on me 5 times when trying to get information as to.How.to.get my car back. Driver accused me of be malicious against his job. They all showed no evidence of humanity in taking care of the situation. Argued with me and called me a liar and talked over me.

I called several tows, I had an impossible situation in which my car was stuck in sugar sand, a half mile out. No other tow service wanted to come save me, so I left the car over night. After calling around, Off The Chains was the only service willing to come out and pull me out of what seemed like an impossible ditch. I wish I could attach pictures, but imagine a car nose down in 4 feet of sand and dirt.Listen, regardless of how stuck you are, theyre gonna pull you out. I have AAA and they couldnt even provide a tow that would take care of these sands. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
