I came to sprouts specifically because Im underwhelmed by their competitors selection of deli meats.Start with they were out of presliced deli meats, not just some, all of them. No problem, right? Wrong. Apparently with six people behind the deli counter, not one if them could serve customers. When I did finally get someone to help me, I had to repeat my order three times for her to get it right. What did I order? Sliced turkey. Not the worlds most complicated deli order.Keep in mind that what they werent out of in the rest of the store, which seems to be just about everything, is laid out in such a disorganized fashion it took me way longer to find than it should have.I should have just gone to whole foods...

I meet her at the Herbs 🌿section of the market she went out of her way for me and I was looking for Jackfruit she went and found it for me and hand it to me so I didnt have to get it myself that was so sweet she even brought over two different kinds so I could choose and she assisted me with other things as well great customer service Alicia! 😀 the store was great experience overall a guy I think he was a manger he was so kind he also asked if I needed help! But Alicia was so outstanding!

I shop at Sprouts often but this is my first time writing a review. Today when I was checking out it suddenly started pouring rain. I stood by the exit with my groceries waiting for the rain to slow down. A young female employee came up to me and offered to walk me out under an umbrella. We both got soaked but she certainly did her best to help escort me to my car. After getting in my car, I saw her walk to her car and realized her shift had ended and she truly helped me out of kindness (not her job). What a thoughtful young lady!

The woman in childrens vitamins was FANTASTIC! She was very knowledgeable and answered comparison questions with ease. I found what I was looking for and exited in less than 15 minutes.

The staff was very helpful with regards to vitamins, etc. If you need help with vitamin type products this is the place...not pushy but very knowledgeable.

Best grocery in the area. Lots of easy free parking. Not crowded

Poor customer service from cashiers. This has happened so many times and today was just horrible. The cashier proceeded to fix her drink while there was a line, didnt say anything to me, not a hello, how are you or anything. But instead talks to the other cashier and bagger across from us and tells them corporate is coming in tomorrow due to Brandon leaving and to make sure they do their jobs correctly. No regard for the line of customers that can hear your conversation. Once she finished bagging my items she spoke to me for the first time to give me my total. This happens often with the same lady.

So clean... but had a hard time finding someone to help me reach a top shelve. When I did, the employee put everything he was doing aside and helped me with a great attitude and did it promptly. Thank you!

I love Sprouts!!They have a great selection of vitamins, fruit, nuts (my primary reason for shopping there) and shrimp when they are on sale. Tonight I went to pick up cherries. They are my new obsession. Loaded with tons of fiber and ooh soo sweet. Oh and Tate’s cookies. They remind of my hometown.

I would pick Sprouts over Whole Foods anytime. The products are reasonably priced even for organics. The produce area is so colorful and always on sale. The bakery items are amazing in addition to the prepackaged comfort foods.A must shop spot!

Best grocery store around, try their fresh produce, meat, and baked goods. My favorites are their blueberry pie, blueberry muffins, double chocolate chip muffins, and you can’t go wrong with any of their cookies. You won’t be disappointed!

One of my best buddies Timon Wilson works in meat/seafood was transferred to Sandy Springs last year in October of 2019 and then transferred to another location in Las Vegas, Nevada in early November of 2020 which is this year. I was going to visit him in August or earlier but I waited too late because I didnt know he transferred, I was thinking he still works at that location. Hes a great friend and a hard working person you can always get along without any problems and plus, he keeps customers and his team members safe too just like me. Its my first time going to the location and bought myself some strawberry kombucha and its really good.

Got here wayyy before closing, yet all the seafood was packed up for the night, and customers frustrated only one register opened. Avoid this Sprouts at all costs.

Ive been coming to this Sprouts since they opened and Ive always gotten great customer service, never have had to bring anything back, and they have the best prices on fresh produce, which is the bulk of my shopping.

Experienced very poor customer service at this location. I went to the store this afternoon (3/4/20) and accidentally burnt my hand when picking up a rotisserie chicken from the hot station. There was an employee right next to me who did not seem to care at all. When I asked for help she directed me to another employee at a deli station and kept arranging some produce. This was apparently more important than a customer’s injury that just happened in front of her.An employee at the deli station was the only helpful person. He gave me some first aid items that he could find.Once I proceeded to the check out line I informed the cashier that I need assistance unloading items from my cart and loading back in it as I was in pain and trying to apply some burn relief gel. The whole situation then got really awkward as the cashier instead of paging someone for help tried reaching to my cart and of course he could not get to all the items. I had to help with one hand and another customer behind me as well as the line was getting longer. At the end of it all some of my purchased items were not even bagged, including the rotisserie chicken that could spill in my car. When I pointed that out and asked to finish assisting me the cashier already moved on to another customer and didn’t know what to do. I had to then tell him to page for someone else to help as the line was getting longer and longer.Overall a very painful and humiliating experience. Management needs to provide an appropriate training to employees at this location, including prioritizing a customer who got injured on premises and calling for a manager to better assess the situation. Situations like this could become a serious liability to the company.

Sprouts is the best! Smaller scale Whole Foods. Easy in, easy out with most things youll need including nitrate free meats and organic options.

I love the selection of health conscious products at this store. Wide variety of organic fruits and veggies are are always fresh. Hard to find products such as broccoli sprouts are in stock and available at a fair price. Store brand products are also good a choice. Great place to find fresh, antibiotic free meat and seafood. Extensive vegetarian and vegan options. Store offers delicious, freshly baked muffins and bread rolls daily for only $0.99 each.Staff is not the friendliest or most professional. Service could be much better. Cashier tellers often process my purchase without saying a single word. Once I got hit in the face with a roll of paper towels as the cashier intended to throw the roll to a fellow coworker. Neither of them said anything or apologized. Store is kept clean and organized.

Fantastic produce deals. The sale items are always fresh and inexpensive. They also have specialty items, which are more expensive, like gluten free and dairy free choices, Sprouts also carries a good selection of herbal supplements, cruelty free makeup and lotions, and homeopathic remedies.

I have gotten into the habit of visiting sprouts weekly. I like their selection of fruits and vegetables as well as the prepared meals you can buy and microwave later. I used to spend about $8 a day to buy a salad in my companys cafeteria. Then I realized I could spend a dollar less at sprouts and get meat and fresh veggies in a filling portion meal. Everything from all veggies to pasta, and dishes with huge meat portions can be had. They are much better quality than fast food or cafeteria selections. They also have a large variety of fresh vegetables and fruits for those with the time to prepare their own meals. I always look at their sales and find some of the best quality fruits with organic selections for many of them.There are very few places that bake sugar free pies for diabetics. Sprouts has the best no sugar added pies I have tasted. My favorite is apple, but they also commonly have blueberry, cherry, and pumpkin or sweet potato. My only complaint with them is they dont seem to be able to keep the apple pies on the shelf. I cant always find them when I go. A proper apple pie uses copious amounts of cinnamon. Thats the way they make them.I highly recommend checking them out.

I have only shopped at Sprouts in Smyrna. I happened to be in Sandy Springs & stopped at Sprouts there. I was pleastly surprised at the GREAT customer service. I was approached and asked if I needed help. While looking around, I was approached again by a different employee and was informed of a sale. When I did have a question, I found an employee with ease and he was actually excited that I had a question. COMPLETE opposite of the Smyrna location. I had a great experience.

Sprouds to me is the cheeper version of Whole foods.

A great cashier checked me out. But the manager had a bad attitude talking about the cashier to a customer before she came up, then he didn’t even want to take me in line, he told me to go to her line and I was the second person. He has a bad tone talking to employees and shouldn’t be discussing them with customers,

The customer service here has consistently been going down hill. I keep wondering how hard is it, for a cashier to say hi, how are you? and Goodbye, have a good day. It really makes all the difference. Several times Ive been in here, and clumps of cashiers have been so involved with one another that I was completely overlooked. And most of the time, the male cashiers are so distracted by their phones and who knows what else, that they just couldnt be bothered with me. This is a terrible shame, and it looks like Ill be forced to take my business to Whole Foods. Get it together Sprouts!!! Train your folks to simply say, hi, how are you? and Goodbye, have a good day.

I love Sprouts! As far as health food stores go, its very affordable. They have a great selection, the store is always well-stocked, and the produce is fresh. The prepared foods are great when you need a quick, healthy meal.

I spent 28 mins in line checking out today. Joyce the cashier appeared unable to bag at all. Upon completion the customer says it’s the wrong amount. Called over someone to help. Had to rekey the entire order. And it was still not working. Manager was called 4 times and never showed. Horrible customer service!! It is bad enough you can’t seem to keep veggies in stock but the service level today took your already bad service to about the worst I have ever seen in a store.

Sprouts overall is great food market after learning what products they sell and dont sell (if shopping for famous name brand goods, dont go there). However, when getting cold-cuts, they are very very slow and are absolutely oblivious that the pepperoni has two wrapping. The first is the outside clear plastic wrap and the second is the white paper. Every time i get pepperoni there they leave the white paper wrap as if its edible. Please bring this up and correct your employees. Thank you.

I love this Sprouts! Its a nice manageable size. Sprouts has great prices on their produce and meat. I enjoy all of the sections and they have good variety of brands. The wine selection is pretty bad though. They also have a decent selection of homeopathic and all natural products. Its like Whole Foods without all the pretence and inflated prices.

I could spend hours in this store. The selection of beauty products, supplements, and food is fabulous.

I love their 72 hour sales and fresh produceBut, Last couple times I went there the banana selection was not good. Bananas already had black spots and were wrinkly.

Set your expectations very low. My first visit to this store was my last. They were out of three of the five items I came to purchase. When I went to check out with the others, there was only one checkout line open and about five people in it. I left my items and walked out. I may pay more for produce at Publix, but they have the merchandise and excellent customer service.

My experience with this Company has been horrible. I started working with this company with full-time hours which is how they get you to take the job then after that youre scrambling for hours and cant take care of your Children. Because of their inconsistent scheduling practices and lack of humanity when it comes to their workers they cant keep employes.I got fired because I reported sexual Harrassment. Proof was not enough for them. But yet a couple of months later, the store manager which was the perpetrator got fired. What a coincidence. The companys bullying and protect the company at all cost ways, is filled with mostly men as top executives is this companys Moto it seems...PS..How can you pay black managers with 20 yrs experience ...$13. but yet hire crackheads and drunks as department heads and receive more pay.Wanna know how I know? Ask any employee you meet.

We were very disappointed in our visit to this new store.Nice people but thats about it.We bought two slices of cake that were NOT fresh, a Apple Cinnamon Danish that was not fresh, AND a cantaloupe and TWO pineapples that turned bad before ever getting ripe!!! We very reluctantly just threw ALL these items away, having not kept the receipt.We liked the Dunwoody store but had a bad experience with quality of freshness there once too. So, people can try and try to reinvent the wheel, but there is ABSOLUTELY no substitute for freshness and quality, especially when it comes to FOOD!!! So its back to Publix we go...

Ive been trying to find this stores home office information. I was there on Friday with my four month old son. I am very strict with his safety because he was a premmie and i have withheld him from childcare for the simple fact his health is a major concern at all times. Im okay with people looking at him but, Ive never had a complete stranger touch my child. I was putting in my payment information and the cashier came from behind the counter to look at my son, or so I thought. About ten seconds of me finished my payment information I turn and see this complete stranger touching my sons face and hands. I keep him in his carseat for reason. Now my son has pinkeye in the bacterical form. This woman handles money all day long! Why woyld yoy touch a complete starngers baby. I saw the same cashier come out and lean over another baby, I assumed she knew them. I understand that babies are cute but, an employee and complete stranger should never put their dirty hands on a stranger and on a baby at that. A four month old baby whos mother puts hand sanitizer on every time she touches him shoyld not have to deal with a grocery store employee causing an infection just because she likes babies. I shop at four stores and took a chance on Sprouts because I missed the products but, I will tale my business to the only neighborhood stores that I know i can trust. Im sorry but, if you have a baby you want to keep from the chance of infection stay away from the younger lady with long curly hair, metal glasses and long nails. She has not learned about store safety and hazards with customers.

I went to sprouts because the boneless skinless chicken thighs were on sale. I take them home and open them up to pack them and freeze them and all of the chicken was slimy and smelled like sulfur/ammonia. I had to throw away about 28$ of chicken thighs, dont ever purchase meat from this place.
