Has of today this is the last big store in the mall. They got the clothes you need here plus a hair salon in the front of the store. I love this place I got my tux for my wedding here

I havent been in a JCPenney in years! I found my shopping experience to be wonderful. They have a wide variety of things and they have so many sales going on I felt like it was Christmas time. The staff was very friendly and the store very clean.

This is a nice store. I went here while I was at the Sandusky Mall and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this store and looked around at all of the products for sale. There were lots of pants and shirts, but I didn’t buy anything. After I looked around, I left the store, satisfied with my experience. I gave this store five stars because it has nice products and it wasn’t very busy. However, the floor did have some cracks in it, which I didn’t like.

In and out real fast.Found exactly what i was looking for at a great price.Puma fleece hoody for 35,easy a 60 dollar hoody.Employees were helpful and friendly.Plenty of cashiers.

It wasnt bad, but it wasnt anything special. Looked around, nothing really caught my eye or stood out from any other department store.

This is a great store. The employees at this location are excellent. It is a shame to watch this store dwindle down. I have found great bargains on their clearance racks for some years. You can order online for sizes not found in store right at the cashier counter. Even though the store seemed wiped out, we were able to order my husbands favorite jeans as we were checking out the rest of our items. And just as we were told, they were delivered to our home in just a few days! Great job for a store that seems to be losing ground these days. What a shame.

Good selection found what we wanted at a great price good service and a very clean store.

I love my new curtains! Had to order them and got a lot of help from Phil. After that things went downhill. It ended up taking nearly a month to get the curtains! I think they lost them. But finally they arrived and they are perfect for my dining room/kitchen. If they had gotten here in a timely fashion, I would have given a 5.

So glad we have a nice store to buy clothing for all our families needs. Sarah made an effort to help me find the perfect pants for an elderly friends birthday today. Sarah went above and beyond and found exactly what I needed. Great customer service!

Love giving business to this department store especially since the demise of so many great stores recently. They offer a great selection with decent promotional savings. I cherish the opportunity to see, feel, & try on the quality before I purchase! That is MUCH needed & desired in this catalog/online quagmire we have these days! The Sephora section is also pretty special for beauty luxuries. The fine jewelry is priced much better than the jewelry stores. The quality & dependability of the JCPenney products are definitely worth your pennies!

Part of the mall plenty of merchandise stores shopping Penneys is great clean very friendly. Lot of great sales. Plenty of parking wheelchair parking and accessibility. Lots of restaurants in the nearby area easy to see from Road.

Over priced and not much to pick from

Fast friendly service. They didnt rush my mother when she was choosing curtains and new rods, very informative, very polite and helpful.

The quality and styles of their clothing lines have improved from previous years.Theyre also handling a full line of appliances for the home with competitive prices.I mostly shop here for their big & tall department. I always find something to purchase, and they usually have great sales and good clearance racks of clothing. 🙄☺

Great sales on summer clothes, and the selection was very good in all sizes! The temp in the store is always too warm to try clothes on, and the store is under-staffed, so 2 out of 3 dressing rooms are usually closed and the 1 thats open is full, do those are negatives, as well as having to make a 2nd trip for returns.

Heather is the best employee ever and who ever is in charge of this JCPenney should give her an amazing raise.She helped us out and was the nicest person Ive ever met.Store is a a little pricey, but the staff is are amazing.

As far as department stores go JCPenney is one of the oldest ones they still have good merchandise and close and with Sephora they have a great makeup area. Although theyre one of the oldest they stay relevant with her clothing and merchandise you will love shopping here except when you see the price tag a lot of people choose to shop with a credit card at JCPenney I recommend going only when there are great sells. Other than that its a great place to shop and just wander around we often go just to Window Shop.

I do not like having to walk all over the store to,find a cashier station. There should be one bear each entrance and exit and there is not one near the entrance leading into the mall.

JC Penneys is not a store I would visit again, They are NOT handicap accessible. My husband and I visited today and there is no way to get into the store with out struggling with the outside doors. Try to open the doors while pushing a wheel chair, irs extremely difficult!!! Last trip there for me.

Everything is neat and clean. During the sale items were short on selection bit that was expected I personally would like more checkout areas but for a usual day they are more than adequate.

Their prices are great and nice customer service.

Went to pick up an order which had a missing item so could not obtain order. Found 2nd item in store. Had to purchase @ price from online order, but no refund on original item purchased. Overall Marjorie was trying to resolve. Nearly 1 hour to get the items ordered!
