My faritrt place gets the best coffee2

I really normally like going to this place because they keep my paint colors on file. So I always know what I have gotten. On this Saturday afternoon that I went I really was not very happy. The clerk I dont think he ever looked up from the computer to ask if I was all right or help me understand colors or anything else. That is very unusual for the customer service.

Aaron and his staff at Sherwin Williams is the only reason I come to this store strictly.! Very knowledgeable and A1 service!

Customer service is nearly non existent at this location. Have pirvhased paint here many times but yesterday will be our last trip to this store. Took nearly 2 1/2 hours to get four gallons of paint. Waited for nearly an hour to get two gallons and they forgot the other two. No excuses except we are sorry. I dont have time to wait 2 hours for paint

Aaron and staff are fantastic! As a business, I dont spend a lot of money since I just need only a few items here, however Aarons customer service makes me feel like Im spending thousands. He definitely goes the extra mile.

I came in today during somewhat of a crisis in our new home. Our builders painted our cabinets a VERY dark color and when we discussed it with them, they told us they were not only going to make us pay for the replacement paint, but they were going to charge us $1300 to re-paint it. Ariel empathized with me and helped us find the perfect solution. She gave me her full attention for over half an hour and helped discuss possible options. She even gave me multiple paint samples, free of charge, to take to our new home to test out. I came back later that afternoon and she helped me choose the perfect stains and matching paint for the front door. Honestly, I cant remember ever having such a wonderful customer service experience than I received today. Thank you so much Ariel not only for your help with the paint selections, but also for giving me confidence to stand my ground against those stubborn builders. Youre truly wonderful at what you do and your attention and care is SO appreciated.

I will never buy paint at another store if I can help it. This Sherwin Williams store has the most helpful staff and top quality paint. They always try to give me the best deal they have and have helped me with numerous painting questions. They never make you feel rushed.

I went looking for texture paint, tsp, watco oil, none of which you carried. But I was greeted and asked if I could be helped.
