Didnt have to wait in line forever this time. I dont think they care or understand that having more registers open would be much better on people. Especially afternoon and evenings and on weekends.

The Sand Springs Walmart store is much better to deal with then some of the Walmart stores and North Tulsa area

Well Walmart is Walmart. They usually have everything I need when I go in there. Its always better to go in the morning but you have to deal with the older Shoppers that like to congregate in the aisles and visit LOL

Didnt have what I need. And when I returned an item no one checked my receipt. Also I had someone watch an item I got at the store. So I could shop again. We I came to retrieve it they just said okay. And let me grab it. I easily couldve stolen it. because you rely on the honesty of others, I will be blunt and honest, GET EMPLOYEES WHO CARE ABOUT THEYRE JOBS!!!!! they are lucky to still have theyre jobs if you ask me.

This location is always busy. I go when Im in the area. Large selection but store so busy have trouble keeping shelves stock. I went late evening and they only had one attended cashier. They had many self check out which I refuse to use. Im in my 70s trying to force me to unload my basket, scan it, bag my own groceries, roll them out to my car, unload them and then find a place to return their cart!!! Im making more and more trips to places that still believe in customer service not FREE labor.

We visited early and it was clean,spacious, and PEACEFUL. A peaceful Walmart,...go figure Thanks all you that work there. For older patrons,the toilets are low but they have A disabled stall to remedy some of that.

Pretty good. I found everything I needed without help. Everything had a price on it. And I was able to check out with a real cashier. It took an hour but I needed a cart full of stuff. I still forgot five things but that is not their fault.

Sand springs Walmart is one of my favorites. Always clean organized sand helpful. Worth the drive

This place never has cashiers available. They do have plenty of people standing around to check your receipt after you check yourself out. It is always warm in the summer. No wonder no one wants to work there. I would hate it if I was always hot but the Waltons are making billions!

My lord if they cant hire enough people to work the pickup they need to stop accepting so many orders every hour pay people more money and they will come work for you but do something how can it be quicker to go inside and spend 45 min shopping than wait for them to bring out your pre picked timed order get it together I never have this problem with reasors I think Ill just do my shopping there from now on

I was passing through and got some groceries. I didnt want to use self check out because I was buying beer and didnt want to wait for the attendant to come verify my age. But only one regular one was open. I ended up forgetting my beer and when I got home I called them to get it refunded. After a lengthy wait on the phone I explained what happened and the guy wanted to catch an attitude with me for even suggesting doing it over the phone and claimed I need to bring my receipt to the store. This experience makes me miss texas where we have hebs with twice the selection and 15× the cashiers and great customer service.

Plenty of parking, even for big trucks. shelves are always stocked. only 4 stars because they try and make you use self check out by not having enough cashiers.

I think Walmart is riping the public off. I cant believe the prices. I thought Walmart was suppose to be family friendly. I do go there to get one thing. But thats all. I have found other stores are cheeper. And these days you have to watch your $$. I think Sam Walton would be highly disappointed..

People were super friendly. They allowed my service dog to come in whos name is Journie. Although it was just a quick trip in to get a few things and end up taking three times as long because of all the nice people wanting to stop and put the dog. Would totally recommend it again.

The employees are always friendly and ready to help. Everything is clearly marked with signs down the aisle. And hey, its Walmart, so they have a very wide variety of products

Still Walmart but some Walmart better than others but this one not good enough.

Not everyone is there to steal. Never stole from there in my life. Yet we had their secret security following us around the store at every turn almost. So .. stalker secret security, youre not so secret after all.

Got home and had a product with a defect. Took it back with the receipt. Lady at the front deck was. Extremely rude. And not helpful at all. Went and got a different item. Went back to service deck and a different lady helped me and see was Very helpful. I know retail sucks, however if your not happy at your job, dont ruin my day.

I know people work here.. but.. you have to walk around the entire store to try to find someone to get help, to open a case. No one ever seems to have the keys to open anything.. trying to check out its like they go as slowly as they possibly can on purpose.. if you have to go here avoid needing something out of the case, and do yourself a favor and just do self checkout.

This lady who obviously had some managerial role refused to honor a posted price. Someone has got to train these people!!! Who, in 2021, doesnt know that you have to honor your posted price (especially when its a matter of less than a dollar)? She dont!!!

My pick up orders are always ready to go. I usually do not have to wait very long. Good service.

This is the same as any other Walmart but the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Complete with Auto Care dept. But my fav is the constant clearance sales OMG❣️ I just purchased 3 pair of shoes all at $1 each & a 3-in-1 Bissell Lightweight Vacuum great for pets for $10 yes thats right a Bissell 3-in-1 vacuum for $10. All were found on the same isle in the clearance section.

Always enjoy the bright smiling faces. Emoloyess here give you the feeling of neighborhood shopping, as over time acquaintances are made. Comfortable shopping experience

Ive tried getting help in electronics 4 different times and cant!! Sure someone works that department but he obviously collects a paycheck for doing nothing!! So fed up with this Walmart

Not bad for Walmart during this visit. They had everything I was looking for, it was easy to locate, the staff was courteous, the prices fair, and they actually opened another check out isle to help with the quantity of customers at the time, which is basically unheard of in most Walmarts

Convenient place to buy groceries, snacks, wine and many other home and electronics.

Products never in same place. Long lines even for self service..They have got rid of alot of brands of products and your choice is yuck or yucker. Have only have a forth of a shelve for the Gatorade but a whole aisle and all shelves top to bottom of wines.

Not so good. No customer waiting area. But on the plus side they were fast.

Love the Goya assortment products and produce dept.

Day two of having to pick up orders because I forgot stuff yesterday. The order delivery to my car was slightly faster today. Still here an hour later though waiting to speak to someone about item missing from yesterdays order pickup and unable to request a refund because their newly updated site doesnt show an order history. Told them what I was missing and it took an hour for it to be brought to me. But hey....finally got it...so that is something.

Any company that has been at the top of their market like this without having to compete with anyone really starts showing their true colors and Walmart is no exception. They do not value their employees, they would replace them all with robots if they thought they could get away with it. It goes to show how much people start getting full of themselves when they get ahead of others in life and no one ever thought it would be a good idea to pull Walmart back down cause they were too busy taking advantage of the slight price advantage they offer. Thats all they gotta do is a little better than the guys below them and they get a huge chunk of the market they truly do not deserve.

Since they want us to use the self check out they need to make it where we can use our tax exempt there.

Had another terrible experience at this Walmart. Elissa I do believe her name is extremely rude..Ive had to deal with her in the past and she was rude then aswell. She has gone as far as to lie to her manager right infront of me. Im not sure what her problem is..I hope management takes care of this issue. Not only has she treated me this way but I have seen her talk to other customers this way. Again I hope management fixes this issue before it goes higher up.

I have always shop at Wally, but this could change if they do away with the cashiers. I have thought about where else I would shop. The Mexican grocery store have better looking produce and good meat, but not near the same selection as Wally.

I love Walmart but the shhhhhhh (*secret shoppers*) are so smooth.I swear i seen these 2 scanning there things while i came in and then when i was leaving about 20 minutes later out same down i round the corner and see that they see me and they start checking same items out again acting all embarrassed.This is very annoying i will say. Aint nobody wanna get caught up and get in trouble with authority because of being an immature person.So WALMART ease up on us please 90% of us our wanting to get home to our families and never be taken away from that.

Horrible selection of womens clothing. No shorts that were small enough for me and I am average sized. Everything I came across was plus sized.

Shopped here and have worked here for a reasonable amount of time, so I will write my review from the customer perspective as hard as it is not to rate from the inside.Walmart has shown that they clearly have little regard for associates well being as well as customer shopping experience. This is most evident when going to check out; there is never more than 2, maybe 3 cashiering lines open, and while this is due to being understaffed somewhat, they can be doing more to hire more associates.I will also mention in the evening hours, often when there is a lot of traffic, you will almost never see more than register 9 being open.Covid precautions such as requiring masks and giving them away have disappeared as well. The only honest to god thing I can say that is good about Walmart, at this point in time, is that they have decent deli and bakery items and are cheaper than many other stores. Other than that; do better! Not everyone can use the self checkout, and under hiring in the front when people have issues leads to everyone not having a good time. This doesn’t even take into account people that may not be physically able, or impaired in some way, to check themselves out with a full cart of groceries, and they should not have to wait nearly half an hour to checkout. I hope eventually Walmart can create a better shopping experience for the customers and a more fulfilling experience for associates, but as it seems to me right now, nobody in there is happy.

Everything was easy to find and the cashier was very sweet.

The Auto Service center has a fairly decent price on oil changes. But the employees are fake as hell.

Walmart thinks its so big that they can force you to do self ck out. I dont and wont use it!

The selections in the fishing and camping departments are better at this location than any in the Tulsa area.

Its a good Wal-Mart to go to but sometimes their selections are limited.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. During the busiest time of the day, they have 2 people checking out. 2 very new people that are in over their head. The rest of the employees just stand around and watch you check out yourself. Which those have a mile long line because everyone is having to use them. You shouldn’t have to wait in line for 45 mins just to get to a check out stand. Absolute garbage.

They try hard to keep up with the demand, but sometimes just cant do it. Its hard to shop here knowing you cant get things like fresh strawberries and tabouli mix anymore

Order pickup associate was extremely rude and argued with me that the order placed on line was to pick up in store only. I had 2 three year olds and a two month old in the car with me by myself and explained this and that this hasnt been a problem, and most importantly my online receipt said curbside. Asked to speak to a manager and she just said they were all gone for the night. Then she said she could send an associate to get my things and bring them to me then she just hung up. No thank you or anything else. Got her name to report the occurrence to management. Just spent an hour on hold while associates searched the depths of the store for a salaried member of management. So I guess no one runs the store at night, associates make their own rules. Really sick of this. I guess I have to take time off working at my own job to be able to speak to management in the morning. Ready to do business elsewhere. RIDICULOUS.

It is unbelievable that there are 18 registers and ONE single register, ONE register was open. I wouldnt even give one star but it is making me to be able to post.

It was Walmart. Aisles were crowded with pallets of stock that needed to be stocked into the shelves.

I enjoy going to this one its always clean and its not as rough as the rest of them

People were nice. Wish they would start carrying guns and ammo again.

The worst Walmart I have ever been in, shelves were almost empty, 100 people trying to check out and only 2 checkers. There was actually 13 workers in yellow vest standing around watching customers do their jobs and they get paid for it. Prices havent been lowered any at all we just do their jobs. What a joke!!!!

This time around I found the perfect appliance and bam here It comes so..... Not 5 stars because I had to insist that they take my money... I did not even know if the order actually took.... Walmart should update, *pickup in store today ! when idem is not available, I talked to a manager an this Walmart is behind 2 days for online orders because of the online grocery pickup staff on hand is busy pulling orders ! Love walmart its great place to shop for everything you need dont have to run all over the place. For something you need very convenient.

As I shared with last time I enjoy shopping there when I get over there cause if I remember or forgot an item most likely I can get it there instead of visit another retail store or grocery cuts down on mileage and time. All in one place store on most available products just different brands prices. Thats competitive selling.

Switched over to the Walmart in Sand Springs a couple weeks ago because apparently its closer to me than the one off of Memorial. Not only is it closer but its a lot nicer, always stalked and never overcrowded and I can get my things and get out.
