Gave my sister a hard time, telling her that they wouldnt be able to repair her vehicle for almost two weeks. When she found a place that would do it the next day and cleared it with her insurance, they told her they had already ordered parts and she would be liable for their costs. It took her husband calling up there for them to change their tune, but then they said theyd be able to repair it in almost half the time of their original estimate. Also found out from her insurance that Batmans would be able to charge them for every day they had the vehicle. Really seems as though they were attempting to maximize the money they received from insurance at my sisters expense. The really frustrating thing is the owner is a family friend. If Batmans is willing to do this to a friend, what would they do to a regular customer? Ill never use Batmans again and Ill encourage everyone I know to avoid them as well.

I am so impressed with Mark and the folks at Battman Collision Repair in Sand Springs, OK. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Battman fixed my rear trunk, rear bumper, front fender and front bumper. The Battman team is very knowledgeable and their workmanship is the best in Sandsprings. I have used other collision repairs shops in the Sandsprings and Tulsa area. Battmans work is far superior. I have no problem paying the cost of repairs. It costs what it costs. However, Battmans prices are competitive, the work is top notch, and for me the most important thing is.... I am supporting my local business and community. Trust me this is they kind of company you want to do business with. Great work Battman!!! I love my car again.
