Living in the area before, I bought some weights. I wanted to complete my in home gym with the same brand, but moved hours away. I called in advance and a front desk guy went to go check 2x and confirmed they have the free weights I wanted with the same brand. Once I arrived, they didnt have them. The manager didnt make much of an effort to help or make it right. I went hours out of my way! The manager told me to check with their competitor down the street. Whhhaaa.. okay. Poor service guided by inexperienced store manager. Better off finding products online.

I called to inquire about a piece of equipment because they had no specifics about it on their web site. When they described it, I determined it would not work for me but I saw an alternative that might. I asked about specs, things such as height, width, general size options. The guy rather rudely told me that if I wanted to browse, I’d need to make an appointment. Okay, I can do that. But, they don’t have what I’m looking for on the floor. Okay, so how do I figure out if it will work for me? “I don’t know” .seriously? I bought some things from them a week ago and had a decent experience so I think it just depends who you happen to get but my experience on the phone was so similar to many other recent reviews I thought I should add to it in hopes their owner(s) will read this and benefit from recent feedback. They make you feel like you have to figure out how to buy something from them.

I read the online reviews that had a bunch of complaints and almost didn’t reach out to these guys. I’m glad I decided to try them.I called ahead and talked with Travis who was great helping me put together an order for a bunch of gym equipment. I went out and picked up most of the equipment. We have a big piece is on order for delivery.Travis was great...and the whole experience was terrific. It was pricey but the market is short gym equipment so I still thought the pricing was fair. I highly recommend that you deal with them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Firstly, like many others here, we had an unpleasant interaction over the phone with a rude associate. This person didn’t tell us over the phone that this place is pick-up or appointment only right now due to the state restrictions which we understand. Still giving this place a chance, we go to the store and are told to wait for an available associate to speak to. While waiting, another associate rudely asked if we were there for pick-up and was going to turn us away but we told her another person told us we could wait. So no consistently here. Then we were told there’s “no browsing” which we get but how can you expect to sell $3000+ equipment without letting customers even look at what they’re buying. We were grateful they took my significant other in the store and he was ready to buy an item listed on their website for $2,999. The owner told him he could not sell it to him for the price that’s listed on the site. He slapped on his own price of $3,199. Needless, to say, they did not get our business. Not sure why there is ZERO consistency here but this is the worst customer service experience we’ve had in a very long time.

I recently got the need for a warranty call for my True bike and True treadmill. I took the subject with Travis. He pursued the claim with Trueand I got the spares to change what was not working well. I appreciatethe right resolution of the claim. Thank you Travis.

If there was 0 stars I would rate 0. I understand it was during COVID-19 however the associates couldn’t have more unhelpful. I asked for 35-45 kettlebell and it was if I was asking them to order it or something out of the scope of their job.

One of my worst business experience of my life. I am a business owner so I understand the day to day difficulties and stresses of running a business but my interaction with 360 Fitness was totally unacceptable. I was quoted a specific price and told over the phone that I could come to pick up the item. I arrived and was told 2 new totally different prices and spoken to in a very rude and condescending manner by two staff. I remained polite but it is very obvious that they do not give a S%{# about customer service. They remained rude through out my interaction and made no effort to give any explanation or reasons for the mixup. I own a large gym on the peninsula and have referred many clients to this business but don’t want to have anything further to do with these low life’s. Totally unnecessary business failure on the most basic level. It is easy to remain polite especially when people are offering their business, unfortunately they don’t get it and probably don’t care... I’ll be taking my business else where and encouraging my clients to do the same.

My son and I drove to Marin to buy some weights. They wont sell weights unless you buy lots of stuff its a waste of our time to sell people weights. Can we look at weights? no, its a waste of our time because you might not buy things. Can we talk about weights and benches? No, its a waste of our time unless you buy something.

Was interested in buying a weight bench, barbell, weight plates and possibly some other equipment to create a home gym for my son and family. The man who answered the phone was so rude, unhelpful and condescending. He told me I should take a look at their website first (which I had already done) to see if I could afford their benches..otherwise it was a waste of his time to talk with me :(. I explained that we would like to see the benches they have available so we can see the quality. He was so exasperated he could barely carry on a conversation with me and then basically said I have to go I have other calls to take. haha. Good luck running a business with employees like this. I will buy my home gym equipment anywhere but here. Worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time.

There is a young man who works in this store he is extremely rude, he didn’t want to answer me because I had an accent from another country, I already talked about treadmills with hundreds of people, on the phone too, he was the only one who pretended he didn’t understand, aside from the way he attended me personally, it seemed that he hated having to talk to me, I do not recommend this store to anyone!

I have an old Life Fitness treadmill and decided I needed a new one. I went in store to test some newer treadmills out. After watching the staff demo and tell me all the features of the treadmills, I decided to purchase the California Fitness Malibu 8. Ive had the treadmill for about 2 weeks so far and Im really enjoying it. Salesmen werent aggressive, delivery was on time. Ill definitely be coming back!

Im starting up a new gym in San Jose and needed to order a large quantity of weights and racks. The sales team sent me a quote promptly and we set up a date the upcoming week to deliver and install the weights and racks. The delivery team arrived on time and diligently worked throughout the day and managed to set everything up within a work day. No complaints here, only praise. Definitely will be buying from here again!

Great choices, and Marvin patiently spent time with us answering lots of questions. We found the right choice, got a fair deal, and the guys who came to set it up were nice too. Just 2 weeks on our treadmill and we are already looking a feeling a lot better. I forgot how great it feels to be in shape!

Ive bought from this place a few times. Good inventory, and theyll cut you a deal if you haggle a little bit with them. The staff is helpful, and the owner/manager cares. Although Craigslist can be less expensive, and sometimes you can find a better price online, give these guys a chance to match and theyll tell you if they cant. That, plus the local service and advice, is awesome.

I am not going to speak to our overall experience with 360 Fitness because that will not benefit anyone, other than it was not a positive one. That said, we did end up buying our flooring from them based on their recommendation...and I will say that the floor now two months later is one of the biggest headaches in our new training center. I understand a level of molting or break down, but this floor is awful. We invested almost $6,000 in this floor and I am pretty sure that I will have to replace it before the end of 2018 which really bothers us. If you do end up working with them you would be best suited working with Travis because he is a good guy.

Recently got into fitness and this place is pretty much just a big toy store for fitness funkies. I’ve come in almost every week and it never fails that I find a new gadget to buy. The salesmen are always happy to help and are never annoyed even though I come in so frequently and bombard them with questions. Whether you’re just getting started or a fitness veteran, I definitely recommend this place.

Very rude interaction, I was belittled and had to repeat myself multiple times. It was very hectic and unorganized.

I live in a rural area and was looking to purchase a machine and have it shipped. I dont have a fitness equipment store in my area. There is a population of less than 200 people. While looking to have a treadmill shipped and what options were available I spoke with a rude sales person at 360 Fitness Superstore located in San Rafael CA who ONLY* talked to me about the details of one machine in a very* rushed* way. Then he informed me that his in store customers were more important. He told me he didnt have time to answer questions about any other treadmills, and he only* talked to me about only one in a hurried fashion. Every remote purchase Ive ever made costing thousands of dollars I have always had wonderful sales experiences. I dont know what the shop has beyond the one treadmill because the sales rep. was too* rude* and didnt have time to deal with a customer. WORST SALES EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.

This was one of the greatest service experiences of my life! Bought a Keiser M3 spin bike based on reviews, but it had a vibration in it. 360 sent a repair team out to replace rear spindle, but part of vibration remained. Alex called to say that he would replace the entire bike with a brand new one, but I should come in first and ride the replacement Keiser, which I did yesterday. New Keiser M3 bike still had small vibration. Alex recommended I try the LifeCycle competitive model, and pointed out the features superior to the Keiser. Absolutely smooth riding with better features and ergonomics. Then he had it delivered today at no additional cost to replace the Keiser M3. These are great people who know exercise equipment and provide amazing customer service.
