The guys who worked on my car at Chilton did a fantastic job!! The owner, Gustavo, is very friendly to me always. This last visit was my second there to have some minor body work done and the first visit I was there to repair a rear window that someone smashed. I’m totally satisfied with the quality of service here and I will definitely be returning if and when I have further body repairs on my beloved Prius. 5/5 recommend to utilize their professional car repair services.

The shop did an excellent job from the start to finish. Sean was very courteous and communicated well regarding the damage and articulated the procedures to fix it. I would recommend this shop for any of the auto work for their service and punctuality.

Was a tiny bit on the pricey side but they did a great job and in only 2 days. Both bumpers scraped and painted, front totally replaces. Cant tell the difference now.

So I was initially a little put off by the location (not San Rafaels fanciest block), but I have to say the team did a great job. You get daily updates as work is completed, and I only waited 4 days for the trunk, and bumper dent to disappear on my Tesla. One improvement I would like is if the work estimate was broken into tasks. I cant fault the team or Sean who I dealt with though, they went to the nth degree to ensure my job got done right.

Sean took good care of my car, they did a great job on fixing my Lexus, they keep me posted by sending emails to update me, also it’s painless, they fixed the car very efficiently as well, the whole process took less than 4 days. I highly recommend.

CARSTAR Chilton did a great job repairing and painting my black Tesla Model 3 after a collision on the rear passenger side. Communication by Gustavo was excellent throughout the job and they matched the paint perfectly.
