My wife and I went in to look at Sleep Number beds as traditional mattresses just do not seem to be working out any longer. Our sales associate, Tom, was patient, considerate, thoughtful, insightful, and knowledgeable about the products in the store. We ended up purchasing a bed and two pillows. I would highly recommend this store and ask for Tom, he will be helpful.

We love our bed but we did have issues with the delivery. We contacted the customer service dept who promptly compensated us for the problems we had. They were extremely nice and understood the problem we had with our delivery. The salesman was not pushy and was knowledgeable about the beds and frames. Although there were delivery issues it was not the fault of the employees who did their best to get.our bed set up and even came back on a Saturday to finish up. All in all we would recommend this store and definitely the bed itself.

Exceptional assistance by salesperson Tom in helping me understand the differences between various bed/mattress combinations and which worked best for my situation. The demonstration on how the different levels of mattress firmness impact my lower back sold me! Also, great advice on sale prices and specials. Overall, a superior experience. Thanks very much!

We came in to learn my sleep number. For me 6. My girl liked 9. It was ok I guess.

I know I will love the bed, just wish our sales person had been completely transparent with us. After getting home, I notice a delivery fee on the paperwork and so I call the store to ask about it, its then I also found out that the 100 day money back guarantee, doesnt include that delivery fee. That part was conveniently left out at the store. 3 stars for the bed and how amazing I know it will be and 2 off for not telling us the whole truth.

Wow. What an experience at the San Marcos Sleep Number Store!!! From the moment that we walked in the door until we left then came back a week later i felt like a valued customer even though i did not buy a bed right away. We came in on a Friday Night, then i called back on Saturday to get a quote over the phone and finally back to buy the bed a week later. Cyndi was absolutely amazing and very personable. I felt like family after we left there. Not pushy but informative. We would do business with this store over and over again if needed. Our bed delivery is on Monday so another review to come on the actual bed and accessories.

Great in store experience with Alecia. She explained everything so well and never tried to upsell. We got the bed we needed with the accessories we needed within 30 minutes. Looking forward to our bed!
