Good selection of materials and good prices

Ive gotten various mulches, rocks for a gabion wall, landscape rock, and flagstones there so far this year. Very busy converting old lawn areas to dryscapes. They have a big selection, very helpful. The delivery service works well and is well done, they can bring two different products on the same truck.

Stupid Policy, Very Poor Customer Service. After many purchases of walk on bark, base rock, planters soil, and concrete sand I was finally ready for the pallet of Catalina Slate Pavers which was on hold for me. The manager Tanner quoted a price of $2.54 per sg. foot. I was ready to purchase the full pallet, however at 3300 lbs the load was to heavy for my trailer. So instead I loaded 6 of the 10 layers into the trailer thinking I could pay for the entire pallet and pick up the additional 4 layers the next day. Unfortunately Tanner refused selling me the entire pallet and I had to pay for the 6 layers on Thursday and then the 4 layers on Friday. This added $40 more to the cost. When I asked why the up charge and not the price as quoted, Tanner said that is company policy, and I dont want to argue with you. So buyer beware.
