I wish I lived closer, the people here really helped me out with finding the exact car I wanted. The whole process was quite fast. Over the span of less than a week I had a car from them. Ever since this place got a whole new owner, their service has sucked.. Ive been calling for 2 days just to try & make a service appt for a simple oil change & nobody answers either line- service appt or service car status. Only line that picks up is sales, which they dont seem to TRY & help..no Manager to speak with ... nothing!I guess I should stick to Hayward Nissan. Way better & quicker service ..✌

Brought my car for scheduled maintenance 2 weeks ago but wasnt able to get it serviced because didnt have a booked appointment. So I booked my appointment for today at 11:45 am. Arrived on time to my appointment but was not counseled on the inspections/maintenance required. Within 20 minutes received a call from a maintenance counselor informing me that the car was being scheduled for the premium routine scheduled maintenance based on the mileage of my car. I was quoted over the phone a whopping $1,600 estimated cost which was absolutely outrageous. Clarified that luxury maintenance was not required since my car is in perfect working conditions. We ultimately agreed to $1,000 charge to replace all the filters and fluids.At 3:30 pm I requested an update of the inspection and maintenance time frame just to find out that the car has not been touched yet! What is the point of booking an appointment with a time stamp if I could have used my car for the past 4 hours.Furthermore, when voicing my concerns to the service counselor, I was pretty much dismissed with a simple if you dont service your car today, you will have to wait more than 2 months to be able to schedule another appointment.If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I dont think its possible to provide worse customer service!Oh yeah...my next car, definitely will not be a Nissan...thats for sure!UPDATE: At 4:00 pm, my car was still not being worked on so I called another Nissan dealership service and scheduled my maintenance for tomorrow without any problem.At that point I went to the servicing office and requested my keys back so that I can leave and put behind me this frustrating day. However, this time another individual approached me and introduced himself as the general manager (his name is Shivneel). The GM started by apologizing profusely about the situation and begged me to reconsider my decision of leaving; furthermore he offered me a free rental overnight so that I could leisurely come back in the morning and pick up my serviced car. Unfortunately, my level of frustration had reached a point non-return so, despite his generous offer, I insisted to retrieve my vehicle and leave. The GM insisted on letting him make it up to me (several times) to the point that he gave me his direct phone number and promised me that, if I were to give them another shot in the future, he would personally ensure that Id be provided with a red carpet experience and a considerable discount on the future service.Because of this, I give the GM a 5 stars; however, as a manager, he needs to address his employees better because they are the face representing the business and employees with poor customer service skills equate to a business with poor customer service.My final rating is 2 stars.

I went in a few weeks ago after getting my check from my insurance to get a new car. After being reached out to by the internet team, I went in to make a deal. The whole process from entrance, car viewing, negotiation, to paperwork took three hours. Yader was very helpful through the quick and easy negotiation process and we were both happy with the numbers exchanged. Upon completion of the paperwork I left and told them I would be back in a few days to pick up the car. A day or two before I was set to pick up the car, I get a call from Seth, another salesman who helped Yader through the process of getting me in the car, the maintenance team found an issue during the thorough service check of my car before delivery. Seth was very straight forward about the issue and gave me options to get me into my car: one 250 miles away that they would drive up, or service the car I agreed to purchase and get me in a loaner in the meantime with some added incentives. I chose the latter, which was estimated to be done in a month. I got a call a little less than two weeks later that the car is ready. The team’s transparency and ability to work with my situation is really refreshing in the current car dealership experience. Thanks, guys.

Do NOT do any business with Haroon Sultan, who’s official title is “General Sales Manager.” He presents himself as General Manager of Nissan San Leandro which is a lie. After doing our homework and finalizing our decision of purchasing a Nissan Rogue, we decided to do it in SL since it’s close to home. But, after making a verbal deal he refused to deliver the vehicle over a course of 4 days because it needed a “software update.” It’s apparent his greed to make a dollar out of a sale is the most important thing to him. He turned a simple transaction into an overly complicated one. He gets VERY uncomfortable when you do your due diligence in front of him (I.e. call another dealership to confirm what he has told you). I have NEVER trusted a car salesman and this is the reason. If that makes him uncomfortable then he has chosen a wrong line of business. When I questioned him on his official title, he took the sales quote from my hand and told me HE was not selling me the car. With low inventory, he didn’t care for MY sale since getting more money from the next guy on limited inventory is best for his pockets. There is absolutely no other reason why he chose to play games with me and not finalize the deal. There was numerous other red flags which I am actively sharing with Nissan consumer affairs. People like this are why buying a car is so frustrating. I purchased a brand new 2015 Tacoma and a brand new 2016 Corolla at One Toyota in Oakland with out ANY issues and we have been completely satisfied. We put that loyalty aside to find our new car. Big mistake! We plan to go back to One Toyota and buy a Rav4. Heed my call…STAY AWAY from this place!!!

Last night, I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriella at Nissan of San Leandro. Her and the rep, DJ, assisted me with getting rid of my old car and into a new one! After having a very unhappy experience with Nissan of Antioch for the past year, I am so relieved to have found a exponentially remarkable experience at this location! It was fast, easy, stress free, clear, no haggling experience. They had me and my family in mind through it all and made sure each of my needs were met. Ive had such a bad experience in less than 1 year with the previous dealership and I was thinking that Nissan was not for me but after this experience, I am happy to say I will be happily sticking with Nissan from now on. Contacted them regarding a trade in and new purchase. They forgot the emails, called me to inform me I missed an appointment which I told them I wanted to do everything remotely. They emailed me to find out when was the best time to call and they never did. They said they would call me back they never did. Pretty shotty customer service especially for sales. Especially since I already currently have a Nissan and the process was so much smoother the first time around with a different Nissan dealership.

They clearly aren’t making money on lease returns so feel they can send you packing. Finance manager didnt want to take my return lease end Pathfinder as supposedly their lot was full! Bunch of bull, just was lazy and didnt want to deal with it. Arent ya supposed to represent Nissan?? They must not be selling if the lot is full with that customer service. Thankfully, Hayward Nissan was more than happy to take my car back and their lot is a lot smaller. Good thing I looked them up as the manager was telling me to go to Fremont!?!

I have a very good experience with the service staff this morning including the lady manager. I went really early in the morning 5 minutes before opening time to avoid the wait. I was the first one there & the attendant came out who cheerfully greeted me and helped me out. Told him about my flat tire issues and told him that Im here again after my change oil service in their shop 3 weeks ago. I came for a second opinion after Good Year Tire shop (San Leandro across from the Mall on East 14th) visit the day before and I was told by Good year that I have another nail on my rear tire, which is beyond repaired so I would need a new tire + 3 new tires since all of them were bald & dangerous to drive. After 15 minutes wait, the lady manager walked me to the back where my car is & there are 2 guys/tire experts waiting for us and showed me that there is no nail on either of the tires in the back. They also assure me that tires are good and therefore do not need to be replaced. Since I am a woman over 50 years old & my hair is gray, I can be easily a target of scam. I happily recommend this shop for they have a very good customer service & experts staff that work here. They saved me $415 if I went along with the Good Year Tires, who told me lies & tried to scam money from me.

What made it excellent was the type of knowledgeable information Bob was able to provide me in explaining what can be possibly wrong with my car when I initially turned it in for a check up. I automatically was impressed of the knowledge and experience he had. He explained it in a way that was very easy to digest. He did not pressure me to buy or lease a vehicle, rather was there to help me figure out what would work best for my situation. He gave me the information I need by phone to be able to make a decision on leasing a new electric vehicle. Charles made my return of my existing leased vehicle seamless and easy. If I give this place 1 star is simply because we do not have the option to give a -20 stars. The most dishonest garage I have ever seen in my entire life. They told me that my car needed an expensive repair: The motor was not working well and need to be replaced as well as the gas deposit. The average price for this reparation was above $4,000 and they told me that it was urgent to preserve my car.I ended up going to another garage where they fixed my car by cleaning the gas deposit. The only thing that was needed was to empty the deposit and add clean, good quality oil. They charged me $80,00 for everything. That was approximately 10 months ago. Since then, my car has been running perfectly without problems. Long history short: Run away as long as you can !!!!

Rolled in with my Leaf at 9% battery and they wouldnt help me to charge. Charger was shut off.They were quick to say charging isnt free anymore. I am more then willing to pay for my charge. Wouldnt buy/service anything from these guys after that experience and I own several Nissans. Never had a dealership do this. Last laugh is on you! Enjoy the bad review

Ive been to Autocom Nissan East Bay twice now for the regular service scheduled for my vehicle as well as for one recall item. On both occasions I scheduled at appointment first thing in the morning. They have been friendly and fast and seem to have an excellent system in place. I never got to interact with any of the mechanics, so I dont have a sense of who they are and I didnt get their feedback directly. My maintenance was pretty routine so that wasnt needed anyway. I just dont know if I would take my vehicle here for an issue requiring a more complex or creative solution. I do really appreciate their efficiency so far.

I had serviced my Nissan Rogue. With Chrck engine light on, they want to charge me $200 to get me the reading and provide the estimate.I have a mail in coupon stating it would be free but it was not honor. Also, I was told tire rotation was completed but they didn’t realized that the car had after market wheel lock on each of them. I also noticed the rotation wasn’t completed. My tires had chalk marks and they were still on the same spot.Just my two cents.

Where do I start I got a call at 10:36 AM stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up, I arrived at 12:30pm to pick up my vehicle when I got there my car was parked way on the other side of parking lot it was not in the front ready for me to pick up. It still had plastic on the seat in the vehicle I had a car blocking me in to where I couldn’t get out so overall it was a horrible experience and I will never be going back. I will let all my friends that have a Nissan know about my situation. This location in is San Leandro California I will not be going back my experience was horrible and I’m really upset about that because I liked this location before when they were AutoCom but all these new employees don’t know what they’re doing. Real sad

I am very happy with the experience.As a single woman shopping for a purchase such as a new car, my first impressions of the sales and staff and even the car lot always determine if I continue or move on to another car lot, or car company (which I did before visiting your lot). I felt like I was actually listened to and my car needs and questions were answered honestly. Samuel gave terrible customer service and this was probably the worst experience I have had at this location. I always come here to get work done on my car and Rick is usually the one who always helps me and everything is always wonderful except this last visit. I came to get an oil change Samuel went over what they would be doing and said it would be tire rotation and a 4 point inspection on my car which is what is usually done when I come here. The prices did raise about $20 but thats not my issue it is going to be expected at some point. However when I went to pick up my car I went to see him and he gave me no details about what was done all he said was you need tires and past me off to pay and then told me no tire rotation was done even though he TOLD me before getting anything done it would be and if I wanted that it would be an additional $20. Then after I paid I asked him which brakes I needed replaced soon because the last time I came here they said I would need either the front or back replaced but I could not remember which. All he had to say was I dont know we dont check that when I KNOW you guys do because for the past 4 years Ive been coming here you guys have. And so I asked which ones were replaced a few months ago and told me I dont know again so I asked if he can check and told me no brakes were replaced they were just yellow. But of course when I came home I had all the paper work from before and found out I did get new brakes on my car. Then he didnt even give me the key to my car and gave me the run around that someone had them when he had them the whole time! I am very disappointed in the very poor customer service given by Samuel and made me not want to come back!

Always friendly and polite, these guys explain the work to be done and quote an estimated price up front, so there are no big surprises. They provide a rather large wait area with work space, if needed. The wait area could use a good deep cleaning, the last time I was there, but it was comfortable and convenient, and the coffee was good.

This is my first time here, and my bad experience says it all. I’m not coming back in here. Terrible communication with the customers, and workers seems busier but all they do is let you wait for longer. I am not satisfied with their work after all, so why come here?

I used to go to the Autocomm in Oakland, but they closed. I followed them to San Leandro because half of the service advisors migrated there also. Although it’s so much farther now 25 miles away from home), I’d still rather keep going to them because they are dependable and have always work with me and have never steered me wrong or try to get more money out of me. Ive been going to this Nissan for over 9 years. Today was the worst experience ever. I made appointment requested a shuttle only to get there and be told the shuttle was out and would be an additional 45 minute wait. He was not dropping off anyone as I was first on the clip board of riders. When I complained about this, the woman behind the desk acted as if I was the problem. The service has sucked ever since they merged Hyundai Kai with Nissan. I WILL NEVER recommend this service department to anyone.

This is regarding the service/parts departmentI, Mr. Kochak part of the City Of Oakland Board, am writing behalf the service attendee named Maria. It’s been multiple times I’ve encountered her since she is the only one that is up front and “seems” to welcomed everyone . Let’s start off by saying she has terrible customer service . The times that I have walked in she’s always talking to the rest of the service team, laughing and making jokes instead of providing service and making customers feel welcomed. I asked her questions regarding my auto part and regarding time frames that my car would need to remain in the shop. I asked for assistance and various things and let me tell you she lacks on so much knowledge . She shouldn’t be working anywhere near a dealer auto service department. She seems to have no experience at all neither with customers or with auto parts/service. I have so much more feedback and comments regarding Maria but I will leave this as is . I won’t be returning to this service department at this location . I know for you people it’s one less customer but I hope others are able to see the bigger picture .

Never had manager at a car service center yell at me to tell me that hes doing me a favor to reinstate my service contract that was incorrectly processed. I paid for it, I have paperwork for it showing it should be active, and its very unfortunate that someone messed up on the Nissan side. To hear from your manager that you are doing me a favor to get it corrected or I can just get my money back from Autocomm, which you informed me is out of business did a great job of telling me that this is how San Leandro Nissan, and Nissan in general works. Thats Autocomms mistake, were not Autocomm so you are not my responsibility, get out of here. So I will honor your request and never come back, and never buy Nissan again, and let all my network know what a Great place San Leandro Nissan is. Thank you!

Ad a great experience here at Autocom Nissan East Bay .I want to thank Joshua Sanderson because he was extremely knowledgeable about everything! He let me know what the car needed and didnt need.He gave me the estimate time on how long the oil change would take and it was done very quickly wasnt too much of a wait .They have a nice size waiting room with Plugs for your phone/computer chargers and WiFi if you need to get some business done .Highly recommended

Terrible experience. Borderline shady. My lease was up on my car so I called in 3 weeks ago to make an appointment to return the car. The woman on the phone said that they don’t make appointments and to just come in when the finance person was available. So when I make the trip to the dealership, everyone acted like this was crazy and they wouldn’t take the car back claiming they didn’t have a place to park it. But they would take it if I bought a car from them. Awful.

Bought used car from this dealer and experience was not as smooth as i wish.1) Main complain is that my first main was misspelled during doc preparation process. I pointed on that and seems like issue was fixed everywhere except.... dmv paperwork. So i got my temporary registration with misspelled name. They had my DL copy and other documents where my name was spelled correctly. Was it that hard to spend two extra seconds and read my name as is?2) I got two email from sale person and somebody else asking me HOW WAS my experience?. I replied to both of them that i found a mistake in registration card, and did not get any reply since.3) 5 min after i left the dealership i got the low air pressure in tire warning. Next day tire was almost completely flat. Car has no spare wheel, so i used towing help to get my wheel off and deliver it to tire shop, where folks traced the leakage that was caused by previous cheap tire repair. Tire was fixed by applying patch on internal surface. All costs on me, of cause...4) It takes 2 days to get rid of food smell in car, since car was used for food delivery purposes employees. Probably because of that, car had almost +400 miles from the advertised mileage.5) Car is white, and many small scratches were fixed with white pen eraser...yeah...Daniel was the only helpful person across the whole dealership.Overall cars technical condition is good, thanks to previous owner.

I pulled up for my appt this morning and was immediately greeted with a smile n a good morning. Then the lady that came to take my info as to why i was there was very nice and helpful. She explained the entire process to me then asked me if i needed a ride to work which i did. Immediately there was a driver waiting for me and drove me to work. That’s what i call service. I was a little apprehensive because of my past experience with other dealer in san leandro. Im glad I brought my car to this dealer instead of dodge dealer.

I went to few dealers to see if they would meet the price that I was looking for Nissan Rogue. None of them were willing to negotiate. I called Autocom Nissan East Bay and I got the quote within my price limit as some dealer discounts were added without me asking anything. The other dealer agreed to add that after I talked to them but I decided to continue with Autocom and got the deal done, it was smooth.Now, the post sale service department was even better. I had couple of issues with car (to check Antenna, some odor) that I wanted dealer to check it out. They arranged for pick & drop from my home and provided a loaner based on time that worked for me.This was simply awesome, I had to do nothing but call them and tell the issue and Alana from post sales department arranged everything for me.I am glad that I purchased the car from Autocom Nissan East bay, highly recommended.
