Professional & great customer service. My Sonata was towed to Moeller Bros after someone barreled into it while it was parked. Even though it ended up a total loss, & didnt get any body work done, when it came to the process there was no fuss or fight. Moeller Bros & my insurance company communicated effectively & efficiently so the process went smooth & quick. I would/will definitely recommend this location to family/friends.

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable on cars and how they need to be repaired. The repairs come out like there was no damage every done. I honestly referral all my friends and family and they took care of them too. I even tell family friends that out not local to use them because they dont disappoint with their work, and great quality work now a days is hard to find.

Very good repair, not totally perfect as there was a damage that was not fixed. However, it is what is outside that counts as well as the parts inside that held up the damaged bumper of my car. Despite of a worker abruptly quitting, the service was fine and I appreciate the work they put in.

This is the 3rd time I used Moeller Bros. Everyone is very professional. I had a dent in my trunk and they did an excellent job. I also had a small dent and scratch on my bumper and they repaired that at no extra charge. Looks like new. Plus they washed my car and cleaned the tires and made the rims sparkle. We’ve used Moeller Bro’s. several times over the years. Their work is top quality, every time. We’ve never been disappointed, especially with our black cars where you see every imperfection. Our cars will not go any other body shop.

They would not estimate a partial repair unless I everything that needs to be repaired??! They might be doing well since they dont care about smaller jobs. Why would the dealer recommend them?response: actually, if your staff told you I was calling to replace an airbag, she doesnt listen then. I called for an estimate to repair all the safety components suchs, 2 airbags, 2 input sensors, computer part and 2 seatbelts. what I said was, I dont care about the cosmetic issues and I only cared about the safety issues! She even checked with someone and came back with an answer. Your loss, not mine.

From the time my car came in on the tow that morning randomly, I was assisted by Wendy and she instantly began riding parts after completing my estimate in the same day ! Great business and communication. Every-time I called there was an update going towards my car being finished. Took about 4 weeks to get my car back but worth it, specifically during this pandemic!

This is by far that best body shop around the bay area. They get stuff done and let you know how book they are, it take a little bit of time for them to get around to you car bc of how busy they are. But thats a good sign. Highly recommended

My 2018 Toyota Prius was recently stolen and subsequently wrecked. My insurance approved me to bring the car to the body shop of my choice. Since I am new to the Bay Area I wasn’t familiar with the area. So, I spent a couple hours researching body shops within a 15-mile radius. I finally decided that, based on reviews, Moeller Bros was the best place for my car.My experience was positive from the beginning. Stacy answered my initial phone call and was professional and helpful. She offered to pick my car up at the Palace Garage tow yard for FREE. However my experience only got better when my case was assigned to Carlos. He inspected the car and found substantial damage BEYOND the preliminary Insurance estimate. Although the damage appeared to be minor to me, they determined that the vehicle was totaled. This is significant because they did what was in MY best interest. They easily could have written it up as a “high-cost repair”, just below the totaled threshold, and made a killing in labor, parts, and storage. But they didn’t! This place has a rare integrity and let me say it was refreshing. Now I am in the process of buying another car, and couldn’t be happier. I will always be grateful to the staff at Moeller Bros for their professionalism and doing the right thing.

After a small fender bender, this shop did the repairs. Overall a great experience. This shop repaired my minor damage perfectly...maybe better than factory. My only slight dislike (and the reason I didnt give them five stars) is their parking situation.

I took my car in to have the hood and spoiler painted. No body work just paint. After 8 days I picked it up and was very happy with the results. They did a great job on matching the old paint and the gloss finish. It looks like new again. Very pleased.

I recently brought my car here because someone had keyed my rear drivers side door on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. When I arrived here I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The staff stated that they could try and buff it out free of charge, I brought in the next day and they got most of it out. They also washed my car and cleaned the interior, all of the above free of charge. Another body shop had gave me an estimate of $1,800, I saved that money by coming here. If I ever need to car body work done again, this is where I will come. I will also tell my friends and family about this place. This is now my go to place for body shop work for life. Dont look anywhere else! Thanks again, I sincerely appreciate it!

There staff at this location are rude and not understanding they try to get you by saying they need to do more work then needed to up the cost I was denied service because when explaining what I needed they didn’t like the fact that I was right and didn’t want to have to except that they wanted to get as much money out of me then the work recommended I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one

MOELLER BROTHERS is a BODY SHOP my husband found. We stayed with them for a long time when we had the 1999 CAMRY. MOELLER BROS never said, “No, we can’t do that.” We had full belief our car was in the best hands in the East Bay at the MOELLER BROS BODY SHOP. If you really need your car worked on, you really should give MOELLER BROTHERS a call!

When I had my first accident about a year ago, they were very quick and professional about getting the estimate out to me. Worst experience ever! theres no doubt everybody there was real Pleasant to deal with but I would not recommend bringing a classic car are special interest car here. I believe this place focuses on volume only not quality, I brought my new Camaro ss1le to Moeller Brothers, unfortunately someone ran an intersection and hit me in the quarter panel sad to say I wasnt at all happy with the work they did the lines werent right the paint is fine, but that wasnt the biggest problem, after having the work done they called me to pick my car up so I come to pick it up and there are two brand new dents in the hood, they parked my car next to the garbage cans where the garbage company had to lift the garbage can over my Camaro so they dropped the garbage can on my hood brand new camaro so now my car will never be the same, so my quarter-panel im not happy with and I have to drive it around with two dents in my Hood they didnt offer to fix it I had to wait for the insurance check to come in from the insurance company then they told me that they will fix my quarter panel so I brought my car in to have it corrected a week went by two weeks Im wondering wheres my car I called them up they said it was in their storage lot so I asked him if it was ready to pick up they said yeah come the next day, so I show up they didnt do nothing to my quarter panel but buff it out and I mention that I said its not fixed he said well i will call the insurance company and see if we can get them to pay to correct it but thats not what they told me when I brought it in . to this day it hasnt been repaired correctly . true .worst experience i ever had !
