My first time in beautiful Puerto Rico visiting Cartier boutique store. I want to give a huge thank you to Carolina, who is an Amazing person who was attentive and knowledgeable in her jewelry. She is a huge asset to your store. Carolina, is an outstanding person who made me feel comfortable and at ease with my purchases. I went in for one ring came out with two. I had such an awesome experience that I will definitely be revisiting Cartier in PR in the future. Kudos to Carolina for being patient with me. I spent with my family a little over 1 month ago and we were delighted! He works as a team, Allesca also assisted him and how kind they are.Lets talk about Karolina, I dont know what Cartier was thinking when they sent you to PR but how unprofessional you are and how much you lack ... but how can I forget that you said “my Doña” sorry? Bone 1 I am not yours and 2 I do not have doña, my lady either. My husband stared at you and the worst part is that you dont realize it. Please.

Because I requested a service and they sent me a $ 385.00 bill and I had already paid $ 85.00 for a battery change. I felt deceived. I do not recommend them.
