We came across this cute beautiful shop on our day out shopping for gifts to take back home. The owner who was from Hong Kong was one of the sweetest ladies. She definitely knows her Spanish. She’s been living in PR for 45 years . We bought several gifts. The prices were pretty competitive. She gave us a free bag plus free waters as it’s so hot and humid.

Beautiful, cleaned store and on top of that my experience was wonderful. The owner is attentive and helps with any questions you might have of a product which I might add are also pretty. The prices are great! 100% recommend it if you ever visit San Juan you should stop by.

We specifically came to this place because I was randomly reading reviews and thought it was worth giving a try. At first I was a bit turned off by something the owner said to me but it was my fault so I let it go.Overall, they were very helpful. They have some funny items in there. Definitely a good place to check out.We’re all about customer service and this souvenir shop has the best customer service around. You may not see it at first but they are really good people.Check it out if you’re all about supporting mom & pop shops!

Amazing place. You can find all of the beautiful souvenirs in one stop shop. Prices are great and the owner of this business is beyond amazing. I am one for customer service and she was great. The place is very organized so, its easier to find things and dont miss out on the walls displays because they do have plenty of nice pieces to bring back home. I highly suggest this place amongst the souvenir place that is down the block.

Julia and her husband were incredibly helpful today. Wed walked into at least two dozen souvenir shops in Old San Juan looking for the perfect gifts for our loved ones and encountered from mediocre to less than great customer service until we came across the Souvenir Outlet .Id spotted the ceramic Spanish address tiles in a few stores but they were all missing various letters, numbers and end pieces. SO had 21 of the 22 tiles we needed. Julias husband stepped up to save the day by quickly making a run to two separate stores Julia knew carried the same tiles. We were able to leave the shop with everything we were looking for and received a very nice discount along with a complimentary bottle of water and gift bag. Thank you again Julia!!

This is a little hidden gem! They were so sweet and accommodating- let me tell ya, I bought a lot of souvenirs- between personal and work gifts ( I was in town for a business trip), the prices are amazingly fair, the shirts are super soft and you can tell made from good quality cotton, the little Knick knacks were beautiful... I am in love with this shop.Go see them!!
