Second time at this dealership. Staff was efficient in registering my vehicle. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Waited for car which was serviced in less than two hours. Near expressway, so easy to get in and out with no real traffic. Making next day service using the computer was easy and quick.

I was assisted by Mike Patton who took the time to go through the estimate step by step and in great detail. Im not going to lie the service is pricey, but in this case you are paying for professionalism and fast turn around time. Will go in the future if I have any other issues.

I had an excellent experience at the Ford Service Center. A different shop had given me a different and more expensive diagnosis, so I took my truck to Ford for a second opinion. The diagnostic process was incredibly thorough, and the resulting diagnosis was completely different and less expensive than the first shops quote. I know I was given quality, honest service and Michael kept me informed every step of the way. Im grateful to have a trustworthy shop to bring my truck.

I take my F250 here always since new in 2018. I’ve had a few problems with the truck as I drive so many miles per day 125+. When I did have problems I’d make an appointment usually get in the next day or about depending on availability.Always got welcomed, told about certain mileage points for services my truck needed or should be having. Hey their Ford they know better than I do. So I listen. My truck runs great almost like new. Thank you Ford what a great service team.

I I have dropped off my Ford sport tract 2008 for check engine light on issue. it took almost a month to get the part ( I understood that this is parts deliverys issue, not from dealer ). Finally, Mike Patton has helped me to get my truck done a week after that. Thank you Mike. Unfortunately, after picking up my truck, driving a few hours, the check engine light goes on again...I have to bring my truck back for retesting. Im waiting to get the result.....

Took my SUV in for the 60K services. Mike Patton was my service advisor and he was awesome. When I first saw the list of services and how much it cost, I almost had a heart attack due to the extremely high cost....a little under $3K!!! Almost felt like I was being robbed to be honest since everything was so expensive! I bet for Ford to check to see if your windshield wipers are working they will charge a few hundred bucks!However, Mike took the time to explain all the little details and explained to me what each service did and we decided on doing only the must haves now. At the end, I was able to knock off a few hundred bucks off this service, however, I only delayed these services until my next visit. I honestly felt like taking my SUV to another auto shop but since it was a Ford, I trust that the mechanics working there were experts so I decided to do the maintenance service anyway. Mike was also nice enough to give me another $100 off since they had an online promo going on and he applied that discount to my bill.

I went in for some issues with my car (including oil change, Apple Car Play and issues with my sunroof and some external issues) and they were very professional and helpful. Mike Patton took great care of me when I was there and he made the experience very convenient and stress-free (which is saying a lot for a car repair!). I will be returning to Capitol Ford for any future repairs needed! I am very pleased with my experience and the service I received here. They take great care of my car!

Took my truck to have it serviced, I even bought a premium service maintenance package but this dealership has no respect for your hard earned vehicleThey scratched my interior and when I pointed it out I was told to take my vehicle and leave. I even pointed out to the service guy that they were leaning on my door brand new truck too. So if you want customer service I recommend you go elsewhere because you are not going to find it here, if you want to get your money’s worth don’t come here. You can’t trust these guys

Something new is happening at Capital Ford. You can schedule a repair online for the next day, and get out in 1.5 days- depending on what you need. I needed a recall shaft drive exchange, a fuel part, and an oil change. It was done. The agent kept me informed by text.

The Service advisor (Jose) gave me a recommendation to change Engine transmission fluid because the car had 36k miles on it. Upon reading online the best way to tell if the transmission fluid needs to be changed is the most accurate way to tell if you need to have your transmission fluid changed is by checking the dipstick and this was not done. Also, on top of that he gave another $400 worth or highly recommended services, I guess I didnt not do my due diligence and paid $330 for transmission fluid change and engine air fliter change when there was no immediate need to do so. I would suggest to take your time and do your research before accepting any services from the service center.Upon reading the reviews from few other customers, KEEP AWAY from JOSE. Not getting my car serviced here if he is my adviser.

I had to have my oil pan replaced 3 times at Morgan Hill Ford. I was told I needed to have it replaced a 4th time, so I went to Capitol Ford. So far no leak from the oil pan. Kudos to Mike Nolan and William Joey Weitz. Joey has been extremely helpful and takes time to explain what is happening with my vehicle.

I always brought my truck for servicing and never had an issue. This time Jose helped me and I was just getting an oil change. Of course it turned out the truck needed a new battery which I was fine with. Jose emailed me asking for approval for a list of items to get worked on during this appointment. I declined a few of them and the ones I excepted were the oil change and to replace the new battery. One other item that I approved was battery terminal cleaning which said $6.73. In total I had approved $315 plus tax. When I got there to pick up my truck and I got to the cashier she had told me $394 was the total and I could not figure out why so she got Jose there and after I had approved $315 of work he went in and changed the cost of battery terminal cleaning to $51.I asked him about changing the price on me after I approved another price and when I told him it’s at $6.73 he came back with no it was $60.99. I knew that was false and I still told him that whether he change the price up or down that it was not right to change the price at all after I agreed on something. Him and the service manager kept talking to me like I was crazy and that was not what I seen.Anytime you approve any items on your email please take a screenshot of the cost they gave you which is what I will do in the future at other dealerships because I will not go back to this one

I came in for an appointment, that I’ve made 2 weeks prior, with Brian and was greet warmly by the staff there. Brian brought out the vehicle that I mentioned before hand and it was ready for me to test drive. I had no intention of test driving it, because I knew what I need and was there to buy and leave. The entire process was very smooth from beginning to end. Their whole team was very helpful checking for any incentives I might qualify for and loan option. I will definitely come back to expand my fleet as my business grow!

I came in for an oil change appointment, but I got there early. They had a few cars in line but the guy (I found out his name was Mike Patton later) kept me updated on his progress on the jobs in front of me and said he would be with me very soon. He stopped by a couple of times so I knew he didnt forget about me :) I was also at the dealership to do lease end paperwork so he got us all signed in with plenty of time to go inside. He asked if we wanted a complimentary car wash and I said of course! When we were done with the paperwork inside, I went out to get the car. In some of the confusion with the paperwork, they had asked for the car to be brought up before they washed it so it wasnt done yet. They quickly remedied that and Mike took the car through the wash himself. They also promised me another wash with interior cleaning as well because of the misunderstanding -I just have to arrange it with Josh Schmidt (the one who did my lease paperwork) to get it done.

Came in to Capitol ford for a oil change and to install a remote start kit and illuminated sill plates. Was helped by Michael Patton, who went above and beyond to make sure my time there at Ford went smoothly and it did. The installation was perfect and the oil change as well. I wish I knew the name of the person who installed the parts but whoever did, did an excellent job. Michael even went an extra step and saw me waiting for my car to be picked up, so he got the keys and showed me how to use the remote start that they installed. Had my new Ranger in for its first service at Capitol Ford recently. Customer Service Rep, Mike Patton did a good job of checking my maintenance records, and in addition to performing the required service items, he also installed new wipers covered under my plan. Unfortunately, Capitol Fords car washing facility was out of service, so my new truck did not get washed or vacuumed.

Ive always had an issue whenever I come here. I thought this past time was going to be an actual success, but no. Im tired of being disappointed after spending my money here. I was here last in December and I always come BEFORE my engine oil light comes on. Its been ALMOST 2 months and my service engine oil light is coming on!? I have not traveled anywhere far and my oil is out before my return date or mileage date to bring back. I think that would make anyone wonder, was an oil change even done on my car!? The time before last in June they forgot to put the oil change sticker in my car for the oil change. I hate questioning if things were done that I paid for. I called twice yesterday to talk to the service dept., left two voicemails, and still no call back.

Im going to switch to another dealer for my Ford maintenance in the future because Im not satisfied my last experience last time at this place. Ive agreed to routine maintenance that cost more $600 but then I take a look on paperwork I had to call and cancel almost all services except oil changing. Ive found that they tried to sell me vehicle sanitizing and various inspection (belt, battery, etc) more then $500 and only $100 for engine oil replacement. Ok, price is actually is not problem although I dont believe it was fair. The major thing I didnt like - youve released my vehicle with tire pressure error. Ive explained to service person that I checked a lot of times tire pressure myself and at Americas tire - and tire pressure was good. I dont know why error show up and how to reset it. I believe it would be pleasant from your side to check tire pressure and reset error instead of try to sell sanitizing and belt inspection in almost new vehicle with 10K mileage. I need research youtube video to find how to reset it now. If it wouldnt work I need make a warranty claim to deal with it.

I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and was told it would be 1-2 hours. I arrived and was greeted by Marco, he proceeded to take down my vehicle information and my service requests, confirmed that I would be waiting and gave me the same time estimate that I was given while making my appointment. I was able to work from the lounge with the guest Wi-Fi (decent speed for guest access!). Marco checked in with me twice while passing through the waiting room and delivered the vehicle on time. I loved the drop box/leave the car option. The communication from the service department was immediate. After concluding that my extended warranty expired, they were able to determine some of the repairs were covered under a recall. My checkbook cant thank them enough. They even washed my car for me. The electronics in my 2013 Fusion went bonkers and was operating about 30 percent. The radio would not shut off, even if the key was removed. The tech found everything working the next day, and decided it could be due to a week hybrid starter battery. So new battery installed and no charge for diagnosis, I continue on my way a happy customer. Service representative Joey was very helpful.

Brought car in for a recall to replace a spring on all doors on a Sat 1/30. When we went to check if it was done at closing something they did affected the alarm sys. and they said it would be fixed on Mon. Mid way through Mon they called and said the tech to repair the alarm was off and the car would be fixed on Tues. Tues they fixed the alarm, but something else broke and they had to order the part. finally got car back o Fri. When we got it home we noticed the hood was not closing, so returned on Sat to have it fixed and returned home. A couple of days later we noticed a knocking sound when rolling down on of the windows which they fixed on Sat 2/13. There getting a 3 because they took care of things when we returned on the 2 Saturdays

I have been bringing my 2008 Ford Escape here since I purchased it. I find the service reps friendly and very communicative. Its nice that I can text them with questions or concerns.The mechanics do a nice job on any repairs that need to be done, takes care with the insides of my vehicle and even washes my Escape for me. During the Diagnosis of the the problem the service writer, Zaki kept me up to date and provided me a clear report of other recommended service so that I could make an educated decision on what to peruse. Appointment was at 1pm. I was parked in the service lane no other car either in front or in the back. At around 1:30pm I had to approach an employee to ask her when would I get checked in. She had looked at me at least three times without approaching me. Very poor customer service. I get a call from her around 3pm saying they were done but recommended get my air filter changed and adding windshield liquid well that took 1.5hrs extra of work what joke. Will be going back to Toyota for my next truck. STAY AWAY

I wish I could say my experience was 5-star but, it was not. I was told my car would be washed upon late pick up but it was never touched. I tried calling to find out why it was not cleaned but had to leave voice mail. No one returned my call. 2 days later I sent emails and no reply. 3 days later I called my service advisor and he told me sorry for not cleaning your car, its our fault. You can drive it back here and wait for it while we clean the truck. Because thats a waste of over 2 hours of my time I offered for Capitol Ford to pick up my car to spend the time driving and waiting for a car wash. They declined. I suggested they pay for a car wash closer to my home but they declined. I asked if they wanted me to post this poor customer service experience. They suggested I do it. So, here we go.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. Brought my car in for a recall repair that was supposed to be picked up same day. While repairing it they broke a separate part so they said it wouldn’t be ready for another 4 days. 4 days later and I never get a call. I call the next day and they say it will take another 2 days. Again, two days later I never get a call. I call the next day and they said it was ready yesterday and they don’t know why I was never contacted. I’m not upset about them breaking the part, I totally understand that accidents happen. I’m upset because there was absolutely no communication about my car and what was happening to it. I had to call them first every time except for the initial call to tell me they broke a part!! I was also never offered a rental even thought they had my car for over a week. They were pleasant to talk to when I did talk to someone, but I’m not planning on bringing my car back here again.

Robert was really nice and took time to show us the cars we were interested in without any pressure to buy. We did end up buying a used Fusion and we love it. What made me leave a review is I went back since my tire was shaking a bit and they took care of it with no questions asked, rather than just telling me tough luck its used he actually wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Communication and timely manner of getting the repair done was great.Would have been 5 Stars except that when you call and tell me my car is ready and it takes 30 minutes for a Porter to bring it up...not so good! Then he says, oh did you want us to run it through the car wash? Well, of course and the wait takes longer. The service was great, but communication was awful.I left my 99 Taurus late Monday afternoon for routine servicing. I was told it would easily be done in one day. Having not heard anything by 3:00 or so Tuesday, I called. My service rep was not available and was left a message to call me. Never heard from her. About 4:30 I went there to see what was going on. Found out the car was not finished. (Would have been nice to call me to tell me that, or at least return my call.) Service rep agreed and said she would give me a 10% discount on the service.Wednesday I got a call at about 10:00 that the car was ready but it was recommended that I get new windshield wiper blades. I said OK. Heard nothing more until about 2:30. I said I would like a shuttle pickup to get to the shop; heard back maybe 45 minutes later that the shuttle would be on its way. Finally got the car about 4:30; went to pay for it and found that she had not taken off the 10% so we had to round her up to get that taken care of.No problem with the service itself, just the communications.

Jay went above and beyond getting me a new set of tires for my Lincoln MKC Black Label. It take a particular size of tire (sport) but at the same time a wanted one with a softer ride. He looked all over finding some and Im very happy with them. They also did regular service and the same time and fixed several other issues I was having with the display unit. Couldnt be more happy!

( thats even if you can get a appt. when you need one now ) Their online system seems like it has changed multiple times ( not for the good ) in that time frame. You use to be able to look at your previous services but now you cant. Thats kinda frustrating when trying to select your level of service and not really knowing what was done the last time unless you look at your incredibly hard to read service record / receipt they give you. They have always been friendly when it comes to checking in your car but not very knowledgeable about past services. The work usually gets done in a timely manner. ( but has gotten worse over the past year). The frustrating part is the communication between the check in person and you when you go to pick up your car. They never go over your report on your vehicle.. As I review it I have noticed different reading from service to service in tire tread depth and brake pad measurements and recommendations for your next service. So I TRULY WONDER IF THEY ARE CHECKING EVERYTHING AS THEY SAY THEY ARE.

Ive brought my car (certified pre-owned) in for service (part change) about couple of weeks ago. Service advisor was nice. They have quite backed up schedule then so I had to left my car there for about a week. The service itself was neat. My car is now running smoothly. Despite some issue regarding the warranty, theyve managed to rectify the issue. So to sum up, Good service.

Mediocre experience: I ordered specific services when making my reservation on the phone. I had to go through this again when I checked in so the service writer could try to up-sell me fuel additives& cleaners. Very expensive—over $130 for oil change & tire rotation. Very inefficient—long line at check-in, no express lane for oil changes. Their expected time for an oil change is 2 hours. This is the model experience for why car owners don’t go to dealerships for service.

Ever since I purchased my car from Capitol Ford, I have had a consistent mechanical problem which could never be resolved because no error codes were generated on my computer monitoring system. I brought my car in for routing scheduled maintenance and asked again for this matter to be looked to. My service rep - Jay, took the effort to research my records and Fords as well. along with a discussion with the service manager, it was decided to have the lead mechanic look over all the records and determine a course of action. It looks like the matter has been resolved and I thank all of those involved in arriving at this method of attach and resolution.

We had a horrible experience at this location. Employees acted as if they did not want to be there. Management didn’t care about customer’s time or satisfaction. We had to wait 45 minutes just to get service for our 2010 Ford Escape. Another customer in front of us was upset about the long wait time and was vocal about it.When it came time to serving us, they were rude to us and did not service our car properly. We went in for a wheel alignment. They lied to us saying that our tires need rotation, when they were brand new tires they were rotated right after (we have documents to prove it). All of them DON’T know what they are doing and are incompetent. I also have reason to believe that they only serve certain type of people and will try to get rid of you if you are different. Do yourself a favor and go to the Ford service center at Stevens Creek. They actually know what they are doing and will not cut corners.

I brought my car in for an oil leak that was still under warranty turned out I had 2 oil leaks Ron helped me and answered all my questions and told me my car might be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. I got a call that same day at the end of day and he told me my car was ready. Fast great service i did not expect my car to be done the same day. Very friendly and exceptional staff with great cust Serv. Thank you .
