Im building house from ground-up and reached out to make an appt to look at some pulls. Called several times and left message to make an appt and no reply / no one ever reached out. Really sad.

Not exactly the service I expected, you need to make an appointment to walk in even if you have a simple question! Impatient salesman and rude.

W placed a very large order with Belmont Hardware. A number of months went by, and our order actually slightly changed, and we had to order another 15-20k worth of hardware and they completely resisted.The people who work there, were extremely rude, Difficult to work with, disrespectful, and distasteful.We have other projects, and will not work with them again...

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE PREJUDICE, RUDE AND DISCRIMINATE!!! LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB.I went in looking for a (vent) register and a doorknob. i needed them asap and conveyed that to CAMERON who was my salesperson. he was so rude to me and treated me like i was not worth his time. even still i tried to talk to him, ask him questions about products and the process of ordering them. he literally didnt want to help me. i was dressed in lululemon exercise clothes and had just come from the gym. it was VERY apparent that CAMERON was judging a book by its cover..... i knew if i came in dressed up, my experience would have been different. what CAMERON didnt know was that i was also shopping to outfit a 20 unit high-end building and had been referred by a place Belmont Hardware works closely with.i expressed the urgency of my purchase. the door handle was $495+ and the (vent) register was starting at $115, you would think, given the fact that he sells this stuff, that he would at least make an effort. he told me he would contact me via email with a link to see what i would like to customize and then we could go from there. i asked him a few questions and you could just see the disgust from him. it was appalling. Needless to say i never heard from him.the next day i called belmont hardware and asked to speak to the manager. a guy named bill answered the phone and was equally as rude. not only did he tell me he doesnt give away proprietary information he hung up on me. the managers name is not proprietary information anywhere and it is clear the only reason he didnt want to give me the managers name was because he was HIDING SOMETHING.in any case, i am going to take my business elsewhere, report them to the BBB and make sure that every single one of their vendors know they are THEY ARE PREJUDICE, RUDE AND DISCRIMINATE!!! furthermore, it baffles me that CAMERON AND BILL could be so rude and discriminate....have they ever considered the fact that they sell KNOBS for a living and probably could NEVER AFFORD the product they are selling? i digress...... i highly suggest you take your business elsewhere....
