Mike was very thorough in his explanation of the door inspection and membership packages. He walked me through every step of his inspection and made it very clear what needed to be changed and replaced. I have used a few companies through my 30 years in this residence and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I wish all places of business had customer service this excellent. I noticed a broken garage spring last week and decided it was time to replace both springs. I requested numerous quote using and Dsj Garage Door Services was super quick to respond and they were in my area. Agreed to quote and they showed up within 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later they were finished replacing both springs and even tuned up the door. They were very nice guys, great quote and excellent service. Mike arrived on time and got right to work. Replaced broken cable and two others that were about to go. Checked over everything. He also even programmed our cars so we can open the garage door from the car. Would highly recommend him!
