I ordered cookies for my brother in law that is in UCSF Medical center. Wyatt took my order and was very nice and helpful about my order. He even put a note and a ribbon around the box, not to mention delivered them to the hospital. I would rate Cookie Love as a 10 not a 5. Cookie Love!!!! Love, love, love it. There cookies taste like works of art. Its kinda sad when you eat the last bite of a new favorite cookie....until you go back to try another kind of cookie. I havent had one yet that I didnt like. And their staff ate friendly, happy and eager to please customers. I am a true fan of COOKIE LOVE.

Stumbled upon this gem walking back to my car from a work appointment. Loved it! Everything from the sharp logo to my hips! :) Kidding... but seriously worth the extra calories! Really cool staff/owner?! An amazing and unique variety of cookies. I was trying to be good so ordered 4 kinds: the Campfire cookie, Banana/butterscotch cookie, Peanutbutter Cup Cookie, and the Potato Chip Pecan cookie. Omgosh...absolute deliciousness!! There were so many other flavors that sounded very tasty too so I will definitely be back! I love that it is smallish, in that the space is to the point...like an upscale whole in the wall. Its a smart, fitting name, Cookie Love. It is love for sure. :) Thank you Cookie Love! You just won over another heart. ~Ami

I went in randomly and was not disappointed! The owner is super sweet and I had a dozen fresh baked cookies of all sorts. They were all so good 😍 The campfire and chocolate chip are classics, if youre around the area do yourself a favor and stop by. Thank me later 😉

The cookies are pretty good. However, Ive found its really hard to make it to the shop while its open. I havent tried the ice cream and cookie sandwich, but it looked amazing. The staff has always been very friendly, two of the times I went to the store they ran out of cookies I was hoping to try.Heres a breakdown of the cookies Ive tried:Chocolate chip cookie - its a bit dry, neither chewy nor crunchy. Somewhere in the middle which is less than ideal.Potato chip pecan - this is a really interesting cookie, but surprisingly the portion dunked in chocolate loses some of the flavor and is over powered by the chocolate.Peanut butter cup - my favorite cookie from the shop, soft cookie with great peanut butter flavor.Lavender white chocolate - holy lavender batman! I was really excited to try this cookie, and it sounded really interesting, however it felt like I was eating a lot of raw lavender.

Wow! I didnt even know about this place until I walked by and they gave me a free cookie! So incredibly delicious and everyone is remarkably nice. Going to try and not get fat now because Ill be here many more times... :-D

Cute little cookie shop that offers delicious quality cookies. They have a handful of interesting flavors and each one is moist, chewy and amazing! Always go for the original chocolate chip but try the blueberry milk chocolate and matcha green tea cookie too. They offer ice cream to make it a la mode as well.

From Florida and I love the way your cookies look in the background definitely will go there it looks homemade something most places don’t do anymore Everything is normally bought and frozen no one seems to notice you’re on my list to go .?? like my uncle says you get what you pay for and it’s not about the price it’s about the quality .. that’s why things are a bit more because of the good things you put in your food I know most people don’t ever think about it but they think about the price . This is my favourite place in SF. Beautiful decor with a friendly service and a cosy vibe. Hands down best cookies Ive ever tasted, my favourite one is the blueberry and chocolate chip but I could devour any of them.

Was heading over to a certain doughnut place and happened upon this gem. Omg, I am glad I stopped in my tracks and entered this bakery. I had the chocolate chip and campfire, both amazing, perfectly melty and chewy, buttery, sweet ok ok Ill spot but trust me worth it. Cheers
