Not sure where the bad reviews come from. I make a point to stop here whenever Im in town and always have a positive experience. I bought a shirt here and decided to have it hemmed using their in-store service. I received it in the mail back home and wasnt happy with the result. Chris (the owner) was very quick to find a solution and managed to find the scrap fabric and restore some of the length to the shirt. She accomplished this quickly and covered the shipping. Very impressive experience. Beyond that, the staff are always friendly and excited to talk about clothes, local restaurants, or life around San Francisco. Its like visiting your quirky, eccentric aunts house. Its an off-beat, welcoming energy that makes it enjoyable to shop. Give this store a try if you are interested in fashion.

Eye watering expensive, but the only real place in SF to buy mens fashion since union made went under. womens selection even better

MAC is a fantastic store, which reminds you of the necessity of brick and mortar stores. Their curation brings together minimalist and more eccentric design that allows you to creat a balanced wardrobe. Both of the owners are incredibly kind, and were very helpful in finding the right cut of jeans I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back!

The man in the shop is not civilized and extremely rude.

DO. NOT. ORDER. ONLINE.Two years ago I purchased a $75 bag from this company. I wait MONTHS and never received any information regarding my purchase. I still have yet to receive the item, a refund, or even an email back. This company is a scam, at least online it is. Overall this experience has been a waste of my time and my money.

This is where to shop if you want to find hip and one of a kind items. On my recent trips to San Francisco. I had to stop here and ended up buying 2 black dresses and a cute hat. the prices are fairly reasonable and i can wear these dresses with pride that no one else here in Honolulu would be wearing the same thing unless they went shopping here too! :)Lots of shopping fun! enjoy!

Interesting clothes but nothing that really struck my fancy. If you’re petite or really stoked on femme fashion, this is probably a good spot.

Really good selection of mens and womens pieces from designers like Dries van Noten, Comme des Garcons, and a variety of Japanese and other brands you wont find elsewhere. Chuck was super nice and knowledgeable. Recommended if you are looking for something stylish and unique.

Customer service was horrific! Embarrassing to say the least! I ordered a sweatshirt, money came out of my account the day I ordered. I was sent a confirmation email stating tracking information and time of deliver 7 to 10 business days. After 20 days I still had not got my item, I emailed customer service. They told me something went wrong with my payment, I rechecked my account and money was still gone the same day of purchased. Then they said I can either reorder or they can give me a refund. Why would I have to reorder when you have my money. haha Really?!!! Then I said sure I can reorder being that you have my money and i would have to send more money then I receive fund of my 24 day purchase can I get a discount. I still would not have mind doing business after being lied to and a debacle. I was sent a email saying I will be issued a refund, then I got a email saying my order had been cancelled. So you did receive my order and you took my money but yet you said something went wrong with my payment. I hate being lied to just like most people holding someone money for that long and not contacting them is just unprofessional. I had to contact them to even tell them i had not received the item yet. Just overall embarrassing, I deal with small clothing companies all the time first one that wasnt willing to work with a customer after they screwed up! horrible

You can see the love put into the selection of mens clothes. In addition to the great clothes, I enjoyed the time spent with everyone there.

The owners and salespeople could not be nicer or wittier, and they offer honest and enthusiastic advice on the chic and quirky clothes they sell.

Wanted to get a Commes de Garcon outfit, but the tall older blond sales staffer was standing so close to me that I couldnt stand her invading my personal space to hold the outfit to see the lines and the cut and the fit. The tiny dark haired lady and the older grey haired man are usually much more helpful!!! I canNOT recommend this store any longer when that dense blonde 70 year old woman is there. JUST get your Commes de Garcon in Tokyo!!! A shame that the owners hired such a clueless blonde...a shame...Maybe she didnt realize that I am used to Japanese level sales assistance.

Horrible I ordered online 5 months ago they took the money same day sent a confirmation email but no tracking info I am still getting the run around they refuse to give me a refund swearing they cant because my order has already been sent but do not have a tracking number to give maybe the store is fine but online is a bust

Owner Chris was very rude and inattentive.Particularly offensive because I was the only customer in the store.
