We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm on Geary. Specifically, our Sales Rep Chuck went above and beyond. Our initial purchase was a memory foam mattress that didn’t work out for us. Make sure you know how firm/soft you want your bed, we sure didn’t! After a couple months on it, we just knew it wasn’t right for us. Chuck met with us again, did the whole advising process again, helped us with paperwork again, got us setup with a different bed and took care of everything... AGAIN! Excellent customer care and Chuck is a great guy.

Great service the moment I entered the store. Manny asked a bunch of questions and then proceeded to show us some different brands they had and we tested out the adjustable beds. No pressure sales and made a decision a week later and bought the bed. Also, Mattress Firm is having a Labor Day sale. Bed will be delivered in two days after the purchase. Thats fast service.

Easy ordering process over the phone. Speedy delivery. No problems with getting rid of the old mattress and box spring. Quick installation of the new mattress. The box spring that had come with the mattress was the 9 inch one. After a couple of days I realized I needed a shorter one. I texted my local Mattress Firm. They got back to me quickly. I asked them if I could exchange my box spring for a shorter one even though a couple of days had passed since the delivery. No problem. No extra charge for the exchange. It will arrive tomorrow. Been having really bad back and shoulder issues for awhile now and decided today was the day I am getting a new bed.I dropped by on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by a gentlemen named Manny. I informed him for the reason for my visit and he explained to me the process he would like me to experience to find the right mattress.At no time did I feel I was being pressured or felt as if I was wasting Mannys time. Manny was very thorough and often insisted I take my time and try the many different beds. Manny was less of a salesmen and more of a sales consultant, helping me discover what I needed.I really did take my time trying out all the recommended beds and Manny reassured me of the return process if I was not satisfied with the bed once I received it.The whole experience was delightful and easy, I would definitely recommend future buyers to swing by and give this spot a try.

Went there 10 years ago for my mattress and was back again last week. Their staff is always very knowledgeable about the different mattress types and whats right for your sleeping positions. they are never pushy who, unlike the other mattress stores on Geary, who just start talking price on the first mattress you sit on, these guys want you to be well informed for your investment of 10+ years.

Chris was fantastic. If there is a mattress university out there, then clearly, he graduated with honors. He was incredibly honest and transparent about the entire process. Totally not pushy, as well. I went in having no idea about which bed would be right for me. He definitely cleared up some of my questions and concerns: box springs and whether I needed one, different kinds of mattresses and their pros/cons, warranties, how delivery would work, returns and exchanges, etc.I needed a queen sized mattress, since my bed at the time was turning my life into a life of pain, among other issues. When I arrived at the store, I was glad to see sanitation procedures in place. Chris was cleaning the mattresses.I was impressed by how hard Chris was willing to work to help me find something within my budget and that addressed my sleep issues. We purchased a king size mattress from here right before the city shut down! The sales person Nicole was amazing and very helpful. Mattress couldn’t be delito our new address so they offered to pay for the cost of a rental truck for us to deliver ourselves and they would reimburse us! Finally confirmed the reimbursement today and have had the mattress since March and it’s AMAZING. Great customer service, great price! Highly recommended!

I came in during the 4th of July sale to compare prices and met a fantastic salesperson Chris who exceeded my expectations! I was able to not only get the mattress I had been eyeballing (Sealy Hybrid, firm) but Chris through his diligence in making phone calls was able to get me a free through coupon adjustable frame for both the head and feet and it also came with a mas-sager! Since I have had back injuries I had been secretly asking the universe for a bed with a mas-sager. I was so excited! When it arrived it turned out to be damaged so I called Chris and he was able to find me another one exactly same! Way to go Chris! I love my new bed and sleep like a baby!
