Im very impressed with this store. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. The selection is vast and unique. I purchased many things Ive never seen anywhere else, including a wooden tea set that I know will turn into a keepsake item for my daughter as she grows up. They have a beautiful selection of hair accessories, especially for special occasions. The stuffed animal selection is absolutely wonderful - I purchased an adorable octopus for my son. I also picked up a wonderful shark puzzle for him that is beautifully illustrated. The customer service is fantastic. I bought a few hair clips that ended up not working for my daughter (they are for little girls rather than infants) and called to see if I could return them. My call was warmly greeted and the woman I spoke to said she understood and would gladly return the items, which she did. I appreciate the no-hassle response. I will absolutely be visiting them again. Its a wonderful store.
What a wonderful place to shop for infants and toddlers. Incredibly helpful staff and enormous selection. I was amazed at how quickly I was pointed to exactly the right gifts.
The most chic kids clothing store around. Not to mention they have been serving the community for decades. They always have the freshest styles, great sales with deep discounts, fun toys. Great customer service. Good for presents as well.

Terrible customer service, especially for a childrens store. Unreasonable exchange policy for a store that many people buy gifts for babies and get the wrong sizes. Require a receipt?
