Heard from my uncle avout this glass replacement shop. really nice customer service, efficiently, and reasonable prices. They even clean all the glass fragment inside my car. So what’s the reason not 5 stars. 10/10 recommend!

After our car passenger window got broken into, I was unable to find many places who had the right window for the replacement, but In & Out had a perfectly good used one and installed it quickly and for half the price as some others quoted me. I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service, especially after I asked them to vacuum the car a bit more to pick up some remaining glass shards. If the car gets broke into again (fingers crossed, not) I will call this place first!

My passenger window and front windshield were broken(In San Francisco you know the reason!!!) So I called AAA insurance company to claim. They sent me to a auto body shop which cost me $950 to fix 2 windows. Long story shortly!!! I called In & Out the prices they offer is way way way cheaper than the body shop! And their customer service, quality are all good! Hopefully not coming back again! But if anything happened this store will be my first choice! And they did cleaning!!!

We got our car window broken into and less than an hour later we called and they had our window and replaced it for cheap in 2 hours. So great and the only place we could find open on a sunday.

Someone broke the back glass of my car just last night and my insurance charged me $ 400 to repair it and it would take 10 days and here for a much more reasonable price and in 45 min it was repaired.

Would recommend In & Out over Safelite every time. After having my window smashed in last week, my insurance company sent me to Safelite to get it fixed. At 5pm the night before my appointment, I received an email from Safelite cancelling my appointment for the next morning. When I tried calling of course I got no answer. I called In & Out at 5:36, after business hours, and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. They were friendly, quick and less expensive. I 💯 recommend!!!

Urgently needed a window replaced on my work truck and they were honest, fast and amazing to work with. They were able complete the repair within one hour of calling for a quote. Best Auto Glass shop out there. Less than 1/3 the price of Safelite and faster.

My passenger window was broken for no reason(nothing was even stolen). So I called around diff glass repair places, only to be disappointed.When I called In & Out they had 2 different windows in stock & were already prepared for my visit. An hour & a half later, they were done!!! Their customer service, quality, and care supersedes all others...Yay!!!

Safelite failed us ordered the wrong window with no solution, in and out lived up to their name we were in and out with a new window they even vacuumed out the broken glass great place highly recommended in my opinion.

An amazing experience - my broken passenger-side front window was fixed in 30 minutes for $130 cheaper than the three other places I called. They also did a great job of cleaning the glass from the car.

As many others have mentioned, the price is hard to beat in this place. Called a few glass repair shops after a window got broken into ( Be careful when you parked in SF these days as of April 2021), this shop offered the most reasonable price. The staff is friendly and offered hassle-free service. It took about three hours for them to complete the job. They are busy! As a side note, nearby shops offered price match when I called.If youre unfortunately gotten your car window broken into by SF criminals, give this place a try.🚘😄

I called around 3:30pm about 2008 Ford F150 truck side window they had in stock was seen the same day and yes in and out.The price they quoted on the phone was the price out the door. The price was great . Very friendly. Will use again.

Front driver window got smashed on a Saturday morning in a city park. Super annoying. But! These guys at In & Out made the process of fixing the glass SO EASY AND AFFORDABLE! I called 3 places and I have an older car and the first 2 places said Id have to wait 1 or 2 days. They also quoted me >300 and >200. I called these guys and they said in stock and available today and just $150. They also vacuumed the glass, which wouldve been really annoying. From time I dropped off the car to pick up about 1.5-2 hours. And it works fine just like expected so 100% recommend In & Out. I do not work for, or am related to, or received a discount from them - but if this review sounds too good its just because getting the window smashed is such an annoying thing, but the process of fixing by In & Out was the opposite. Also file a police report if not for insurance purposes, at least to report the crime. At the time of my writing I filed the police report online, also easy.

Someone had smashed our window while we were visiting de Young Museum, and we had to leave on a trip the next morning. The guys at In and Out were worked quickly and efficiently. 30 broken windows. These guys are so good reasonable fast and courteous. I know after so many. There are cheaper places but these guys are open 7 days and have always had the glass on hand ( maybe not the tinted type) . Ive had 7 different vehicles . always amazing.

Cheaper place to replace car windows that I found around, and they open on Sundays, so its a huge plus. They removed all the broken glass and left everything clean. Great job!

My windshield got cracked so I called safelite and they wanted 420.00 in and out glass was great employees were helpful they did a great job and it was only 190.00

Fast easy cheap on the wallet great place replaced to windows within two weeks of each other.

Customer Service is always great. Work is excellent. Very efficient. 90% of the time they have the parts you needed. If not they will get it by next day. Last week I took my car in 3 hours before closing without an appointment and they told me all the machanics are booked up busy. After he realized I drove over 40 miles to his shop. Some how He managed to squeezed me in and even finished an hour before closing. I know, I did businesses with them over 15 years. They never let me down.

Really couldnt be better. I called 7+ shops on Saturday after a break-in and they were the only ones with the glass in stock and able to complete the job same day. I left the car with them (theyre very busy) and they called me to come pick it up a few hours later. $220 for a rear quarter glass on an old luxury SUV.

Reasonably priced. My window somehow shattered while I was driving, not sure if someone threw a rock or if it was caused by a bb gun.

Had my car broken into and some valuables stolen the night before. I tried many different auto glass repair places for an immediate repair so I can get home to Utah and these nice people were able to do the repairs same day. They had the window I needed in stock and were able to repair it with quality and a good price. They are also friendly. highly recommend them in a pinch.

They were awesome. They had my windshield, and were able to install it the same day. The other company that advertises all the time wanted me to make an appointment for 2 weeks away. And these guys had a much better price. Hope I never need them again, but if do, I know where I will go.

This place was absolutely wonderful! They fixed my window so it looked perfect with all the other windows! The window looked good and worked perfectly. They also went ABOVE AND BEYOND by cleaning out all of the glass that had been broken in the car from the previous window. Not only was the work and window phenomenal, but the PRICE WAS CHEAP! I paid $185 for the window when everywhere else I went asked for $350! 110% recommended this place!

Car window got smashed, as is all too common in SF. I originally went to Safelite as they were what was recommended by my insurance, but they said there was some issue with the screws in my door and told me to go here. I was worried I would have the same problem but they were professional, quick, and actually $60 cheaper than what Safelite had quoted me. If I ever find myself with a broken window again (and I hope I wont!), Ill come back here 100%.

This place is great!!!! I got my window busted out while on a trip to the City. I live 4 Hours out of the City and did not want to have to drive home with glass everywhere and the window down. They were able to get me right in and fixed perfect within just a few hours. I couldnt ask for any better service.

Answered the phone right away and the price was better than other places. They carefully cleaned up the smashed glass and turned a frustrating morning into a painless experience.

True to all the yelp reviews, this is a 5 Star place. Prices are the best (they use good aftermarket windows) as I compared. They even found an original used Lexus window. Totally professional as they showed me in detail, what they would do.

I brought my sprinter van here and they did very professional and excellent work!They warned me that Id need to fix some rust issues before a new windshield could be installed. I had them take off the cracked windshield, paid a deposit, did the repair work elsewhere, and returned to have the windshield very quickly installed. Parts were in stock before I even contacted them. Everything on their end went really smoothly.

Had to repost sorry.... I brought my Acura in for service due to a crack in the windshield. I was told that they had the window. It was raining so i had to wait 2 days after the replacement to check the window and peel the protective blue tape off. When i pulled the tape off I noticed that I windsheild was not aligned correctly and it scared me because i have children. I spoke to them and waited... then i was on the freeway and a piece of the windowing lining fell off. I went back to see if they can replace the window, reinstall the lining or provide a refund. They told me that the window has a defect and some after market windows do... they also said that they didnt have a person inspect my window because they was dealing with too many cars on that day i was told i couldnt get a refund unless they put a crack in my window because they dont feel [trust] i will get it replaced. I requested them to fix the window and they said their boss said he cannot replace the window. Remind you... they have a 30 day policy and they didnt even replace the molding on the window. They used the old molding. I will never recommend anyone to them that truly care for their car or families safety on the freeway. It was a complete headache(migraine). They wanted me to spend an arm and leg on a window they didnt install. I dont feel that all of their window techs are certified to fit,install, and or replace. Bad business and customer service

Called and they got me in at a moments notice. The gave me a price that was accurate including labor. Fast and affordable. They have a lounge and WiFi but no coffee. Id use them again but Ill remember to bring my own coffee.

Amazingly, they were open on a Sunday morning, had the correct glass in stock, and replaced it while I waited. There wasn’t any other glass shop in the area that could have done it the same day. The tech meticulously vacuumed all the shattered glass from inside the car before replacing. Excellent service!

Called ahead to make sure they had the right glass, but walk in, easy, charged the same price I was quoted on the phone. Installation was faster than expected and so far my windshield is doing great!Bring a book, a friend with a car, or call a Lyft, you might be waiting a couple hours and theres not too much near there besides a cafe and a burger king.

Ive had to visit In & Out twice in the last year. They are SUPER fast! They work with AAA insurance well. They do excellent work. Best part? Theyre so nice, they make a very irritating and inconvenient situation painless!

Above and beyond. They are very clear with their expectations and fast. In and Out was able to find a used rare piece of glass for my Volvo without charging me a fortune for it. Very affordable, friendly, and fast. The installer even went out of his way by an extra 20 minutes or so to save a piece of trim from my old window so the used one installed did not look unattractive. Thanks for the great service!

Got broken into my quarter window at 3 AM - called promptly at 8 AM opening time and phone was immediately answered. Had the cheapest price out of all 10 services I called. Took less than 50 minutes for them to fix the window. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!! Really turned my bad experience into a good one quickly.

This place is awesome!! I was replacing the passenger window on my car and everything was going smoothly except that the plastic mounting anchor came unglued from the new window glass. I just needed to get fresh glue and glue it back on. I went to an autoparts store and they didnt have any, then I went to a body shop and they didnt have any either but they told me to try to In & Out glass which was nearby. In & Out glass had this glue already loaded in a huge caulk gun because theyre a glass place so they use massive amounts of it and they gave me some fresh glue so that I could finish replacing my window and didnt charge me a thing.

I didnt realize when I called Id used these guys before. When I drove up to the building I was glad to be reminded I was in good hands. I called them to check if they had a window, confirmed theyd have time and was thrilled to hear they told me they could get to it same day. Less than 3hrs total from discovering my busted window (junky break-in) to fully repaired and on the road again. The work was done quickly, clean, and professionally, and faster than I had any reason to expect, plus the price was quite fair. Obviously I hope I wont need to be back anytime soon, but theyre doing my windows if that time comes again.

Do one thing and do it well.It can be that simple.This place was lower priced than all of the other places I called, and Im not sure there is much difference in auto glass, so I headed over to get some broken glass replaced.Dropped of the car, walked over to the sketchy BK next door. They got the job done in the time promised, with no hassle. Easy in, easy out.Bonus 1 had my glass in stock. Bonus 2 their waiting room.Just go here and get it done when you need it.
