Great experience. Rolando was extremely easy to work with when I needed a window replaced on my Honda CR-V. He helped me save money by finding a part on ebay when the vendor would have charged almost 5x as much. He was quick and the price was right.

We were on our road trip back to Phoenix and stopped in San Francisco for the day. We parked our car in the parking lot across from Pier 35. BIG MISTAKE. at 4:30 we discovered our car had been broken into. Our insurance company couldn’t find their regular go to company open to fix it before we headed out. They finally found someone local and they had the window in stock. These guys stayed open late for us to replace a broken window. They saved our trip. After about a 30 minute drive and 30 minutes replacing the window, we were back on the road.

It is worth the driving down the narrow street to get to the location..they cleaned all the glass out of my truck and it it air tight.I.would refer them to anyone needing a door glass or windshield/ replaced.

I love this place, hidden gem! These people are kind and compassionate people,my car window was broken and my uncle was going to teach me how to install my own window, so I called over six places around the SF area and this place had the best pricing, you literally cannot beat it. The guy was kinds enough to let me use their vacuum and after hearing that I was going to learn how to do it, he wined up showing me and teaching me......😭. So compassionate.... This was my second window break and I really needed to save money....I would totally recommend these guys!

I was recommended this place by a friend who has grown up here in San Francisco, so hes highly credible. He told me this place was the most affordable in the entire city, and they do quality work too. I went there today after waking up to the sad reality that some jerk broke my front passenger window, for no reason apparently. Im living out of my car right now thanks to the housing crisis, so this was an exceptionally bad thing to wake up to. But these guys were really kind and did a wonderful job on the repair. I called around the city to compare prices and they were in fact the best deal. They even cleaned all the broken glass inside my car! I wasnt expecting that! Very nice people doing high quality work at the lowest rates in the city! Cant beat that!

I brought in 2 side windows that I picked up from the dealership and had them installed here. Service was fast, friendly and affordable. It took a few days for our schedules to line up and communication was clear the entire time. I highly recommend A-1’s service.

I found them by accident, but I have used them 6 times! They are the bomb! Fast, friendly, affordable! If you live in SF you will eventually need them.

This guy put the wrong tint on my car and than when I tried to come back he wanted to charge me $100 to fix it. Where does he come off thinking its okay to charge someone for his own mistake? One tint was a completely different color then the other one! I now have spent almost $400 on tinting. I should have gone to someone more professional.

By far the best price and nicest guy for this work. Rolando was awesome, did quick work on a window regulator install, and made recommendations for my other door. I tipped him extra because his price was so great and he was very cool. Highly recommend!
