Incredible service!Marina Auto Body and Johnson did an amazing job on my car. There were other minor scratches and issues that were not covered by insurance but they took care of it. It saved me a bundle of money and made the car look super. My entire car was washed and polished when I picked it up.

This body shop was beyond what I expected PLUS what nice people I encountered there.I had a bad accident with my Prius and expected it to cost more then I could afford but when the costs were configured it was very reasonable. The car came back perfect and so pristine it felt like I had a brand new car! The work was beyond fantastic.One more thing that made me think I would never go to another body shop again was that while it was being repaired (and they finished way early!) I had surgery.Johnson Chen, the owner, actually insisted he would drop it off at my house, due to my being immobile . Wow this place rocks!!

The best tow I ever got. Usually it takes a while to get my lowered car on a flatbed, but thanks to the drivers skill and truck, I was able to drive right up. A super painless experience. Driver was outstanding. Super quick and easy.

I found Marina Auto Body, and in particular Johnson, to provide extremely excellent repair work while being kind and considerate during stressful times. In addition, they helped with the insurance paperwork and made sure that I had everything I needed to process my claim. I highly recommend them to anyone needing autobody work.

This is by far the best auto body shop I have ever done any business with. Marina was super professional, kind and went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone who works here is also super kind. I brought my car in a bad shape. He worked with both my insurance and I and made sure I was happy with the results. She made sure my vehicle was safe and drivable by the time it was returned to me. You will always be satisfied with the work this man and his shop do!

First, I never write reviews BUT because of Marinas outstanding work I was compelled to write one. Vince was AMAZING from start to finish. He was honest and forthcoming about the procedure and the wait times. He gave his opinions on what needed to be fixed and what I should reconsider, which is rare when the shop could have made more money. They were patient with me as I called many times and asked a ton of questions. Fair pricing is an understatement. Marina is BEYOND fair. All I can say is look no further if you need repair work on ANY car model. They made my Mercedes look brand new and I am so thankful. PLEASE take your car to Marina if you need any repair work done. I am confident you will not regret it. Thank you guys soooo much again!! Casper and I are rolling again!

Do not get your car towed to here after accident. They try to scam by delaying the time you can remove your car from their garage so that you have to pay higher storage fees. Avoid at all cost.

Ive had one cars bumper repaired and the headlights restored on another car. Buddys a nice guy and his prices are very competitive. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best body shop Ive been to by far. Not only did the staff communicate with me every step along my insurance claim process, but they also completed all the body work in a timely fashion. The body work is very good, and you cant even tell my car had been in an accident. I was also very pleased to find that they put extra touches on my car-detailed inside and out. Its like I drove off the car lot for a second time in the same car. If I could give this shop more than a rating of 3, I definitely would. I recommend Marina Auto Body to anyone who needs body work done to their car, and wants excellent quality.

Best Auto Body Repair shop in San Francisco! =) I got into an accident back in January and I was very happy and satisfied with their work and services. They helped me follow up with my claim and I also got my windows tinted. I had a great experience with the team! Even thought I was upset that I got into an accident but after knowing Marina Auto Body I do not have worry about it anymore. They are the best =)

Awesome customer service... The girl Jessie hooked me up pretty fat.. I brought in my 350z and they took care of it and did more than I asked for. Not only did they fixed my dent but they also re-aligned my front bumper and buffed my headlights so it looks crystal clear. I am very satisfied with this shop :)

Hands down the best auto body shop in SF. I went there for the first time following a minor collision which damaged my rear bumper. I wanted to pay out of pocket to avoid my insurance rates going up. Vincent Tom was more than fair and it was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place!

My mother left her lights on and her battery went dead. Called AAA. They sent updated text and a link to see how long it took for them to come out and where they were coming from. When he got there he asked if he wanted him to test the battery or just jump it? I asked him to just jump it. Had it done in minutes and we were in our way!

Timing not good, I didnt see the car finish on time as we talked, cost me more money in rent a car, I still waiting one week more... I will keep you post it when it is finished ...btw, very very expensive with not Ensurerance not recommendedUp date..after almost a year the repair is good
