I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if possible. I had to do a minor body repair. Right from the first enquiry call I made, they were very professional. Went above and beyond to help me even before I had confirmed that I would take my car there for the actual service and also helped me navigate insurance. I could pick up my car earlier than the time they had committed because they sensed my urgency and worked faster without me even asking for it! They even changed my car remote battery for free ( which was the second service they did for free). Would highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and friendly services.

People who work here are honest and they know their job very well, had my bumper fixed here, now it looks like brand new, would reccomend them to anyone who needs to fix their car. Five stars!

While I was driving on the freeway, something hit my bumper, headlight, hood and windshield and it left marks and cracks. Via car insurance, I took my car to their shop and Uin was the one who helped and greeted me with warmth. Other workers there (Denny, I believe one of guy’s name was) were also very nice and professional and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands right away. Uin had exceptional customer service - he kept me up to date with how the car repair was going, and really did everything he could, above and beyond, to get my car in top notch shape. I also expressed about a little dent on the drivers side door that wasn’t relevant to the insurance claim, and he even contacted an outside man to repair that little damage to save me money. Amazing guy!!! Everything went smoothly there (from my perspective), and my car was clean and shiny inside and out when it was done. The paint job on the bumper was outstanding - smooth, clean finish. Headlight was brand new and they even cleaned the other headlight to make them both look the same as much as possible and it showed. The small dent not relevant to insurance claim was also fixed very nicely. He gave me a discount and apologized that it wasn’t done perfectly, which I would’ve never known unless he mentioned it because there was no trace of the dent that I could see with my eyes! Really, the guys at Sunny Auto Body (Fix Auto Potrero) are humble, honest and friendly. I’d definitely take my car here again if ever I need auto body service!!!

Very bad service & misleading!! I talk to a lady to get a estimate and made an appointment and when I get there this other guy tells me we don’t do estimate unless you leave your car here for repair. I mean hello what is the cost first?? I never heard of such a auto body shop like this. You must leave your car here for repair to get an estimate! Go to Europenan Collision Auto Body, the people their are more customer friendly! Customers should get a rough estimate before repairs. I would definitely skip this place and tell my friends to avoid this place too!!

This was my second time coming to this body shop, my first time was okay but the most recent visit for some small front damaged I felt lied to, long story short they replaced my front head light with out telling me and when I picked up my car and they told me I asked for the old head light back because the minor accident didnt even get to the head light and one guy said that it was thrown in the trash the day before so I spoke with the manager/owner Danny and he told me he will give it to me the next day when I pick up the car after they fix the bubbles left on the paint so for that delay they offer me a free rental car from Hertz and I took it, when I came back the next day they told me that they didnt have the old headlight and they couldnt explain to me why so that makes me wonder if they even replaced it or they just got pay $1,200 for a headlight that was never replaced. 1 month after I get a transaction from Hertz $108.75 I called sunny more then 5 times and they said they will call me back and they never did, yesterday I called again and a guy tells me to call Hertz and find out why they charged me, I asked him if they paid Hertz for my rental and he said he didnt know. why should I be the one calling everyone after the insured me that I wouldnt get charge for that rental because they didnt do a good paint job? this people treat you nice when you bring your money to pay them but after you leave they dont care.

Sunny Auto Body was an excellent recommendation by AAA. The staff, especially Mr. Yuen were friendly and professional. They had my rental car ready when I dropped off my Acura RDX, when I came back, all the paperwork was done in less than 5 minutes and was greeted with my ultra clean vehicle. Great body work done. Sunny Auto Body is First Class.

We recently needed to have some extensive body work done on our SUV . It was considered a total loss. There were several complications with the DMV. Not only did Sunnys do a great job on the vehicle, at a good price, but they were very helpful getting everything straightened out with the DMV, Danny was especially helpful in this regard. We recommend them highly.

The guys at Sunny Auto absolutely crush it. Theyre responsive, friendly, and their work is superb. I was rear-ended and had to have most of the rear redone; I had some cosmetic damage in the front from a separate incident and they cut me an awesome deal to get it done at the same time. Theyre a AAA partner and have Hertz rentals on-site, so everything is a no-brainer.

They were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond what I had asked of them.

Summary: these guys dont know what they are doing. They charge for work that wasnt done and generally waste your time.My car was in a minor collision. It took 3 weeks in the shop initially. I got the car back. The shop charged for fixing the fender, fender was not fixed. Also AC was not working (AC work was on the bill). The replaced hood was not aligning properly.Brought the car back to fix fender, hood alignment, AC. Also Ive brought a headlamp lens to replace. The guy who took the keys told me that:- I told them to not fix the fender (not true, and it was on the bill)- They cant replace the headlamp lens (dont know why.)Eventually they did replace it, but see below:Ive picked up the car and the replaced headlight is not working.I checked the lightbulbs, and saw that the reflector inside the headlamp is not attached properly - someone took out the bolts holding it in. Some nuts were missing too. Finally, the whole headlight assembly was not attached properly, and the connector on the harness was broken. No wonder it didnt work.I removed it and saw that one missing bolt was dropped down into the bumper. Final touch: the _other_ headlights connectors were messed up. Im guessing they tried to figure out how to connect the new headlight and failed to even reconnect things properly. Had to fix it elsewhere since theres no way Id let them touch my car again.

Sunny did some work after I supposedly bumped my friends car.It looked great afterwards and the price was good too.I am still not convinced I did bang it, btw. But I do confess to scraping the wheels on the Mini though. Sorry Jen.
