Now that the Flax on Market is no more, Arch is my new favorite art store. Great selection of paint and mediums, canvases, etc., as well as drawing and craft stuff. Can order ahead on their website for curbside pickup, and the staff was very helpful.

Real nice place. They got a lot of art supplies. Good variety. Good stop for art class supplies if your a local student or teacher. One of the few local art businesses of SF with a wide selection. Love coming to this place. There is parking available to customers. If I need art stuff I always come here.

Prices were a little steep and the youth paint options were limited but the customer service was awesome. I didnt know exactly what I wanted but was warmly and knowledgeably guided to a wonderful purchase.

SO MANY SUPPLIES. Great selection of high quality art supplies, I was able to quickly get everything I need. During quarantine they have a walk up window, you tell the staff what you want, and then they bring a selection of options for you. Great shopping experience!

Arch is a great place . staff are very helpful there. parking is plentiful . only downfall is everything is under construction in the area . other than that it is great place to go for resources

Had to go there to get supplies for a summer are program for my daughter, of course we were instantly overwhelmed with all the stuff they had. The super friendly staff had no problems getting our list complete and were able to order the 3 items they didnt have on hand.Extremely reasonable prices and parking!!

We were on our way to a local chain art supply, but parking was hopeless and we had seen this sign on 7th for art supplies this way. Parking was super easy, staff friendly, layout nice and easy and not at all crowded. Yep...that was the place to go!

Love the beautiful wherehouse space. So much space, so little merchandise! They had oodles of things at the previous location with less than half the square footage. What gives?

Open later than other art supply store in that party of town with competitive prices on some items, like paint brush sets and acrylics. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Arch is a stop when I want unusual one of a kind notebooks or novelty items. I knew them from their old location in North Beach. They have drawing classes and they serve the local art schools in the Design District of San Francisco. Very much worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood.

Being a California College of the Arts student, I find the value and location perfect. The goods can get a bit pricey so dont get carried away with all the pretty supplies. But if you want quality art supplies and quality assistance on products, Arch is amazing. Its also a great place to get gifts, you cant go wrong!

My favorite place to go. PLUS: they have parking lot here. A variety of supplies for art majors such as interior design, art craft, and painting, etc.. Affordable price, helpful service. However, they often ran out of supplies that I need.

ARCH is awesome. There are so few resources like this in the city and they are a great one. Lots of cool and unique stuff. glad they found a new location. Just as cold/drafty as the old one ..

I like the selection of supplies here. I picked up LePen Technical Drawing pens, Hunt 102 nibs, and Copic SP replacement nibs. Pretty cool location! They were also very nice.

After four recent trips to Blick on Market Street (where each time they were out-of-stock on items I required), I was lucky to discover ARCH Art Supplies just a few miles away. Located in a spacious warehouse, with knowledgable staff (and visiting artists who demo), my $20 budget turned into a $200 purchase because they know how to treat a customer.

Nice local art store that I find handy when in need of crafty, gifts and stationary ideas! Awesome customer service and super nice folks.

So impressed to the selection of items here. They dont carry products by like every manufacturer, like from Rembrandt to ShinHan to Grumbacher like Blick, but they carry great quality and affordable necessities like Winsor & Newton and Daniel Smith, which are what exactly artists need. Im happy to finally find empty watercolor pans and metal boxes and 4ml tiny Koi water brushes which I had a hard time finding in SF.

It was not worth the visit. I found it very distant and the access a little complicated. Prices equivalent to other stores in downtown San Francisco and did not have various watercolor materials I was looking for, so its not worth the distance.

Most art supplies are available. It is large and easy to see, and the shop is very kind.
