Mindy did a great job today being super patient with us and helping us find the kitchen and bath faucets we wanted with all the random features and in the finish we wanted plus all the accessories to go with them. It was so much easier to do this in person and with her helping us than online which wed been doing for months. Highly recommend going here if youre looking to remodel any bathroom or kitchen stuff. 👍

I bought a washer dryer from Ferguson and since the first moment it is working with a load noise. The day that their technicians came to my home to install the washer dryer they made damages on the hardwood floor and Ferguson have never came to fix them or did not take any responsibility about that. When I buy an expensive product and from a store like Ferguson, with 5 years of warranty, I expect to have better service not way worst than others.

I did two orders with Ferguson. Keoki helped me with all my orders and it is a real pleasure to work with him. Great advice, helped me select the right items and proactively checked with me once he learned that one of the item would take a while to deliver. I highly recommend to work with him.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful

Tried calling several times and left a voicemail. Once a receptionist answered and transferred the call to a salesperson who never picked up the call. Its impossible to reach them by phone. They never followed up on my voicemail either.

Nice selection of bathtubs. Our daughter loved playing with all the sample faucets.

Rosa spent over 2 hours with me. She was helpful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I love there products and range of prices.

Somethings feel low quality. I try to avoid all that. But they do have a couple of good things in there. With a little imagination you can make something possible.

Really nice that there is a dedicated parking lot for customers. Katie was fantastic and took a lot of time helping us with appliance and plumbing selections. She was very knowledgeable about products and pros and cons. Best selection in one place that we have seen so far. As an Architect, I will definitely recommend to my clients.

When I called to ask if they had examples of a configuration of kitchen sink to look at, I was told they did. It was clearly just meant to suck us in to the place, as they have a pretty pathetic little selection of kitchen sinks and nothing like what I was looking for. I really despise that kind of misleading treatment. I have no idea how they are on consulting for redos, etc., but based on the deception I cannot recommend them.

Going through the design of our bathroom remodel and Ferguson was a very helpful spot with many ideas and specific materials that you can use for your bathroom or kitchen remodel. Prices seem to be competitive and the best is the location being right on Valencia street. This is just step one so I cant wait to see how they perform delivering our products and being reliable.

Jenn Air cook tops suffer from poor quality control. The glass component seriously degrades in a very short period of time. The problem is in the glass itself. No amount of buffing or cleaning will remedy the problem. Jenn Air will not cover the problem under warranty. As result, I would look elsewhere for a cook top.

Lots of plumbing seen.

A few of their ranges seemed very nice but I had a terrible experience here. Several of the sales people were rude to me and my wife.

This review is not about the show room or purchase, it is about the subcontractors they use. We have purchased 3 units of Miele appliances and Ferguson’s were the chosen outfitter for the installation. Unprofessional, argumentative, almost hostile. It feels almost like a predatory practice, looking for something for which to charge you extra. The dishwasher and the oven went in without a big fuss, but then there was a microwave! For some reason, Miele didn’t order a trim kit to make it to 36”, so we had to reschedule. When they installed it, it was uneven, parts were rocking, not what a $2500 appliance should look like. I complained, of course, and asked to have someone else sent to fix the terrible installation. They didn’t. They sent the same people, who seemed to always be in a rush and didn’t want to deal with any unforeseen issues. When problems were encountered they would offer to deal with them, but only for exorbitant additional amounts. These installers reflect poorly on both Ferguson and Miele: not exactly “concierge white glove installation” for which we paid $180 per appliance.

Decent selection of bath and kitchen stuff including a limited selection of high end kitchen appliances. Went looking for a particular sink material recommended by our designer and was able to view a sample.
