Aerify technician was fast and professional - even though he had to go up into an attic to reach the heater, the technician was prepared and performed his inspection/maintenance work quickly. I will happily use Verify again for either heater or HVAC maintenance/repair.

Aerify was able to accommodate my request for a rush service repair and was able to repair my broken a/c unit for my tenants during the heat wave. They provided a detailed explanation of what was repaired along with future maintenance concerns they had. I was satisfied with the experience and will recommend them to others.

Ryan, the Aerify tech, came in to fix a noise and leak in the A/C ceiling system in my home. He was professional and troubleshot the problem quickly. Aerify called me the same day I requested service through my home warranty even though it was a Saturday evening. The next day, I had a service appointment booked within 3 days. The technician arrived in the middle of the time slot and I was notified via text they were on their way. Ismael was courteous and careful to keep distance (COVID-19) and wore a mask. He resolved our AC unit issue within a few minutes. I highly recommend Aerify!

Our heater was not kicking on and we were freezing! We reached out to our home warranty company and they said Aerify would be in contact shortly. They called next day and were at our house the next day by 2pm. The thermostat was bad so Israel swapped it out in no time, tested it and we were up and running just like that! So grateful for the quick turn around and the ease of getting our heater fixed!

Aerify is a lifesaver! I decided to finally turn my furnace on only to come to the realization that it wasn’t heating. I called and they were able to fit me in and come to my house even with this crazy storm. The technicians were very polite and so was the office representative. These guys are the best! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Also affordable. I moved here 4 years ago. Every summer I have intermittent AC. Im always embarrassed because Im the only unit with fans in the windows. I invite family and out of town guests and no AC. My old home warranty always sent AC techs that didnt know what the heck they were doing. They either changed the thermostat or said there is no problem. I contacted Aerify Heating and Air Conditioning because my tenant was having trouble with their HVAC. They could hear the system turn out, but neither the heater nor the air conditioner would blow out any air. The technician came out and had the system up and running in a short amount of time. As it turns out, a capacitor has blown out and needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend Aerify for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. The technician sent was unable to read an electrical diagram and refused to look at the manuals supplied by the manufacture of the air conditioner. Still have a malfunctioning unit. He did not reassemble the covers of the unit correctly. He failed to leave any paperwork regarding the visit. Tried to call the company and got an answering machine, so I left a message. No response... Avoid at all costs.Update 9/20/17: It has been 3 working days (5 in total) since their service call and they still have not returned my call. They could not be bothered to see what was reassemble incorrectly and if I was able to correct it myself (no worries I was able to). I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called the technical service support line of the manufacture. After giving them the make, model, and serial number of my unit they confirmed that my unit does in fact have the 2 sensors shown in the electrical diagram and that the symptoms my unit is experiencing is explained by a bad or failing sensor (one or both). These are the two sensors that the Aerify service technician said my unit does not have and that I had no idea what I was talking about. What really made me angry was when the manufacture told me that testing these two sensors was simple and only required a multimeter and unplugging a single connector. The manufacturer was able to give me the name of a qualified service provider here in San Diego and even offered to contact them for me. Now that is service! What Aerify fails to realize is that I just wanted my AC fixed. I do not care about the home warrantee (if it covered the repair cost I saw that as a bonus) and was willing to pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed if needed. In the end it looks like they were more interested in servicing the insurance instead of me.Update 10/24/17: Well it looks like Aerify has sunk to a new low. I just got a bill for $75. So much for their comment to my review of not being charged for their service call.

This unscrupulous, shady-business practices company has been creeping around our neighborhood trespassing on peoples private property to put their tacky company stickers on numerous A/C units to trick people into calling the company when they have A/C problems. As for me, I desire to conduct business with upstanding companies that earn peoples trust through legal advertisement, hard work and referrals, not unscrupulous behavior and trickery. If theyve trespassed on your property to install their tacky stickers, you should require they remove it and touch up the paint if removing the sticker disturbs the paint (this happened with a neighbor of mine). Ill be doing business elsewhere.

Aaron showed up after having another First American HVAC contractor do some work that was faulty.I had 4 different contractors service my HVAC in the 14 years I have own the house. I have been under the house as well.He claimed ducts where blocking the access, he went right instead of Left,..left is no ducts, Its abandoned from a old system. The job is a dirty one, fact remains he just did not want to do it because Frst American doesnt pay well. Zero integrity. I know factually both ways have access. I explained this to him, .. he got a bad attitude right away, lots of attitude. Could hardly get his name out of him.Stay away.
