Ive spent my last straw!! Moving on to another place. Everytime I get a prescription of my daughters meds, they mess it up. Enough is enough.

If I could give 0/5 I would. The pharmacy has the rudest staff. I would not recommend coming here unless you really have to…

We had a prescription sent here and spoke with one of the pharmacists who told us it would be ready in an hour. I called back an hour later to confirm and was told it would be another hour until it’s ready. Ok, no problem. Fast forward 3 hours to when we get the call it’s ready. We go to pick it up and we’re told they don’t even have that medication available at this location, but they could have it in sometime next week. We spoke to two pharmacists who knew they didn’t carry that med and no one thought to tell us they wouldn’t actually be filling the script and instead strung us along all day until closing time. No other pharmacies were open and they didn’t seem to care about how they messed up or inclined to fix it. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

I’m convinced that they don’t like black people. I was asked by one of the workers while checking out “If I had anything in my pocket”. Every time I shop there I just get followed and harassed. I recommend everyone to shop at down the street at CVS. At least there they treat you with some respect.

I had to refill a prescription while on vacation in San Diego. The pharmacy filled it promptly and I was able to pick it up in the drive-thru a few hours later. The staff was perfectly courteous. No issues!

Did the job at drive through. Always a little on the slow side.

The pharmacy is very unacceptable. The store staff is great and helpful but the pharmacy staff is very bad.

BUSTED: Rolled up at 8 PM to pick up my mothers prescription. Two cars ahead of me. Took 20 minutes to make it to the window and when I got there I saw why. The pharmacist was engaged in a long texting exchange. Another gent came to the window and speedily helped me. I then had to call my mother to check on the prescription milligrams, and when I pressed the call button to reengage, I got no response until I honked. This texting pharmacist then came to the window and I called her on texting on the job. She replied she was looking things up on the Internet. When you have a computer right in front of you? You can see straight through the window it was a long text exchange. Anyway, it’s her boss’s problem now. Unreal.

This is for the pharmacy. Just because you guys are dispensing meds does not mean you can loose your compassion on your chosen career. You are still part of the healthcare industry and compassion is part of your job. Us customers are not inferior human beings. So please next time you tell me how to take my meds. Make sure you show alittle interest on talking to us. Also if i was asking for your professional help for an over the counter meds i could possibly take. Dont tell me to GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. You finished pharmacy school so im assuming your smary enough to figure out that i cam from my doctor thats why im picking up a medication

I love the store but I wish it had 24/7 SERVICES in store.

I ordered invitations online and placed my order at this walgreens. The invitations were done in less than half an hour and they came out looking great! This place doesnt have the best reviews but I think the photo center is great and the quality is good. I would recommend.

This is a 24 hour Walgreens with a drive through pharmacy. Ive never ran into a long line while I was there. They fill your prescriptions in a timely manner if you call their automated refill line. You can also buy some basic groceries here, like eggs, dairy, snacks, etc.

Customer service is kind of rude. Meh.

I stopped by to get a vaccine Monday evening, and was told to wait in the room beside the pharmacy. The countertop has bloodstains, and when I asked the pharmacist to clean it up she apologized, said she’d talk to her staff about cleanliness (although I thought only pharmacists should be doing injections), and spot cleaned with an alcohol pad.The last time I was here for a vaccination, a pharmacist in training administered the injection and I expressed concern and wanted the pharmacist to administer it. The pharmacist said it was fine, asked the pharmacist in training to proceed, and then after we were done she told me that I can always request that an intern not administer an injection. However, I did and she ignored the request.These practices are not safe and put the patient’s safety at risk.

Walgreens is what it is. If you are looking for cheap prices, move on. But, it fills a spot I assume is needed.The store itself is clean and well lit.

This review is for the cosmetics section only. My favorite drug store brand is Milani and they sell it here... good selection and customer service.

By far worse Walgreens in their Network. Every single time I go there, products on sale are gone (or hidden)...one time I complained to a manager and products magically appeared.. Every coupon I use gets rejected for stupid reasons, although accepted at other locations. Staff (old Filipino lady who works morning in particular) super rude and will NOT help you. This is last time I go here after years of abuse from these guys. Wouldnt take my coupon for nicotine gum this morning, so I bought a pack of cigarettes instead. All about the money, not the customer. I hope to see this building vacant soon.

I dont know if its a single person issue, or training issue. There is this principle called Customer Service...and in the spirit of that, I dont care HOW busy you are, you should always at least for courtesy sake ask Can you please hold? when picking up the phone. I dont need to call and speak to a pharmacist all that often - but when I have needed to this always happens. Just today - I called, it rang several times, then I could hear the phone pickup and heard background noise for a split second and then slammed on hold...after 1-2 minutes it appears the hold times out and it rings again..and again the same thing happened. Finally they answered. If you dont have the ability to be able to multi-task in such a fashion that you speak to the person before putting them on hold then you have no business in a customer facing environment.

This was a two star but moved up to 4 stars. Better staff and manager

Get my medication here...poor customer service. Asians dont understand english! Was told to come back to pick my medication on the day I was to run out. Didnt explain that it was a manufacture /distributor problem.

Came in late after having abdominal surgery, to fill a pain medication prescription. Handed him my prescription and he stated it would be 15 minutes I could go sit down or come back. I informed him that it hurt to sit and stand so Id just lean on a bar that was about 10 feet from the pharmacy. He then came out and instructed me I could not stand there because he didnt like people looking at him while he works... later asked and there is no policy regarding this, guy was just being an ass. Just had surgery that day, and this man insisted I had to leave the view of the pharmacy area...

This review its about pharmacy, I have a prescription from Puerto Rico, after I received a txt message to pick-up, I went to the pharmacy only to notice that they not only dont have it, they said we couldnt understand the indications of my prescription. I ask what part they dont understand, and after I talked with 2 employees (they dont want to give any help) and after I said to them Im calling to PR they said the instruccions in system by Walgreen PR are in Spanish and the prescription fron the Dr. they dont understand, I call to Walgreens PR and ask for translation, and was the end of this problem. The next day go to pick-up at 1:12 pm, and guess what?! All the pharmacy were at lunch break!, next time Ill go to CVS..

Went in to print out pictures on my lunch break, after I uploaded and submitted my photos it said to come back in 30 minutes. Came back in 45 min, took awhile to get help in the photo area. Then was told they werent started yet because no one paid them any attention and that they would be printed now so wait another 10 min. Waited another 15 and again had trouble getting help to give me the photos. Very bad customer service, never going back.

Terrible customer services ever! We were told that they are in the group with our insurance last time so we changed our pharmacy this time from CVS. However when we are picking up the prescribed madication this time they said we are unable to put it with our insurance. In order to do so we need another one hour to transfer it back to CVS. Well its too troublesm so we decided to just pick it here without any insurance coverage in the end. So anyway the lady in the pharmacy acted like we owe her money or what. Ive never seen this bad attitude before! A patient should never be treated like this!

Ive been using this pharmacy for two years. The employees throughout the whole store are really friendly and helpful when I come in.

This is the pharmacy for you if you want to be disrespected and threatened by the head manager Thiem Nguyen. I wouldnt step foot in this place if it was the last pharmacy on earth.

Went in to get some medicine and was told I couldnt get anything because they are waxing the floors? No point in it being open 24 hrs if the associates tell you that you cant buy anything and let someone buy ice cream that came in right behind you. Seriously, this is too ridiculous.

Fast and efficient

Very complete pharmacy, the recipe service is a bit slow but the staff is friendly and helpful, a good variety of vitamins and also have some basic necessities mini market type. Good parking
