I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Wall to wall sewing machines, although most were embroidery machine. They had a few large format machines that could embroider a king size comforter. They didnt have industrial overlock needles that I came for in stock. I didnt get any prices on the equipment they were selling and my fear is are all very expensive.

In July, I purchased a commercial Techsew, zigzag for my wetsuit manufacturing company, which I use to sew zippers into my suits from 3mm to 6.5mm thick. It works beautifully. Has a bit of difficulty with velcro, but I do have another machine I can use for that. I couldnt be more pleased. I recently looked at their site and noticed that they also sell fabrics. I am a quilter and will soon look over their stock of such. Thank you for everything!!

This is the best company! I looked for weeks to find a machine and eventually ended up calling this store in San Diego. I ordered a machine on line. Covid made me do it. The machine was not what I wanted/needed. It took me forever to return it. They did not return calls never sent the mailing label, etc. I offered to take it back to the store but SewingMachines Plus wanted it in their warehouse and I sent it there. I received my refund promptly and it was $90 less then I had paid. It was NEVER explained that the free shipping TO my house would be withdrawn and I would be responsible for roundtrip shipping plus a restocking fee. There was amble opportunity in the four phone calls that I actually spoke with the staff.I would have driven it to the store. I do understand that the process is not FREE but to charge me almost $90 without advising me is NOT good business. It will be a while before I darken their door.

I am giving 5 stars because of a very good customer service Sylvia has shown us. We were first time buyers and have never sewed at all. She was very patient and understanding and even went through each machines so we can determine which best suits us. Her recommendation is very helpful. We ended up buying a Baby Lock Accord. We are excited!

Ordered a sewing machine from SewingMachinePlus.com. Website said it was stocked but when I talked to the team they explained that it had sold out. They offered a well priced alternative. I opted to go another route and they issued a refund for the full purchase price the same day. I appreciate the effort during these difficult times. Highly recommend doing business with this company.

Everyone here is really friendly. Really like an associate by the name of Denise. Knowledgeable staff helped me get the machine that works best for me. Service for machines is also amazing. Great selection. Perfect!

Their inventory control system doesnt match their web site. I ordered a sewing machine during the mask-making rush of the spring of 2020. There was no indication on the site that the machine was not in stock, nor did I ever receive an order status communication from the company. When I checked their web site, my order number had been changed to a much higher number and the status was simply order received. It was only by looking at their Facebook page that I learned that they had taken many, many orders for which there was no stock. The people who were complaining loudly on Facebook were asked to send their customer service a private message. This was their method of updating order status, rather than methodically going through the orders received and notifying customers of order status.To sum up, they advertise heavily, but thats not a sign that they can actually deliver. Maybe they should spend a little less on advertising and a little more on a better inventory control system that coordinates with their web site.

Consider the lockdown turn out was was reasonable. Service personnel were friendly. Recommended.

I ordered a $600 sewing machine that never arrived and when I called the phone number - no one answered and I was on hold for over 10 minutes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Its been a month.One month later on May 29th, I canceled the order as they wanted me to PayPal them, Im assuming they werent allowed to be at work (non-essential) and charged my card on the 30th!!! HOW UNETHICAL!!! OMG - FAIL

I have not been in this store and not very inspired to go after the phone experience. Their automated system is looong! And when you finally get to a press button for____ choice, its not the department you want. The knowledge of the person I spoke to was questionable. She didnt know if the service department worked on Necchi machines and didnt sound like she ever heard of that brand. (The service department was closed). Then, after I gave them my number to call me back I immediately started getting junk text messages on my phone. Do they sell every number they get?

This place is huge! I walked in just to check it out and I was impress. They have a lot of choice of sewing, serger and embroidery machines. Nice quilting fabrics, notions, accessories for machines. They also have a huge classroom with TV screen so you can follow the class even if you are at the back.They have a repair service too. The staff is nice and helpful. The only drawback is the parking lot which is small but you can park in the street.

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful clerk. They have a fairly good selection of fabric in an ombre of colors and designs. There were a variety of threads available from machine embroidery too long arm quilting threads. They had a large selection of sewing machines, embroidery machines, scan cutters etc. It could use a larger selection of embroidery designs in some other brands besides Anita Goodesign. They had a small selection of roller sewing machine bags.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and havent received the order. There site says you can track the order but it doesnt work. It says you can tell them online. called. on hold 20 minutes. No notifications on the orderpoor service Id never order from them again.

I place a order of a item in stock and when i pay they system was showing in back order i have to wait 2 months to receive the machine and they never answer e-mails, bad costumer service
