OUTSTANDING. Pacific apparel has been my go-to spot for personalized gifts. I got two jean jackets embroidered as a bridal shower present for two brides-to-be. They are incredible and have always gone above and beyond in both their work and customer service. Every time I go in, Alex and the staff make the experience so seamless and great. I made a huge error and misspelled the name I was getting embroidered (big whoops) and I thought the (very expensive) jacket was ruined forever. Alex took the jacket and handled it for me, got the name corrected, and didnt even charge me for the removal. I was shocked they were able to do it, and they just really went above and beyond to correct my error.

I had a good e-mail experience with Alex but when I went to pickup the item it did not go well. It was a sweater with a logo for an organization I am affiliated with; a representative from the organization recommended Pacific Apparel. I disclosed this during the multiple emails and even showed Alex an email from the representative that he was familiar with but his inquiry and insinuation that I may be purchasing the item for less than legitimate purposes continued. The item seems of good quality and the logo is fine but I will never use Pacific Apparel again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

I have been buying my embroidered shirts from Pacific Apparel since 2006 when I opened my own company. Their quality is EXCELLENT, the SERVICE is EXCELLENT...and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Everyone is so friendly too. Great customer service.I was in a few days ago. I wanted long sleeve embroidered shirts that did not need ironing. Alex, the Owner, patiently walked me through my options and I ordered. The shirts, ready, in four day. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Apparel.

They WEREa great place to go, but right now all they have are uneducated staff with horrible assumptions and unprofessional skills. If you plan on coming here to do a letter replacement, please DO NOT TRUST their word in we will do a matching fonts, and take care of you I came here to do a letter replacement for my graduation stole, and I kindly ask the staff if they want to see the original picture, they said they know their stuff, and refused to see the original work. They are fast, and I got a call the next day saying it was ready, but the result does not look good at all. I understand because they have to remove the previous letter out and resole it with a new letter so it was never going to look perfect, and Im fine with that. What I cant stand is that, its not even in a matching font!!!(didnt they say they know their stuff and refused to see the picture of the original stole?) The guy in their started to arugue with me saying letter replacement is a favor, few shop will do it(why didnt you tell me this before I paid the 50 dollars for this, a favor??), and saying I should be thankful because I dont know it take them 5 hours to do this and I dont know the process. so this is the best they can do, and yea so this is it. 50 dollars for a letter replacement with a different font that you dont need no expert to tell the difference, that everyone will see at your graduation along with your parents and friends.Price: highSkills: lowSpeed: fastStaff: condescendingly retarded.
