Specifically went with priority based on lead time for our project. Process was painful. Weren’t kept in the loop when times changed. Only found out since we had to follow up to find out what was happening and only then did we get informed that the timeline has doubled. Several weeks after the order. Quote was wrong initially lacking key options. Overall would not recommend or use again.

This is a glowing 5-star review of Mark Landers @ Priority Doors and Windows. Mark is the most genuine and honest sales person Ive come across. Go see him for your next exterior door project! I had a unique situation relating to the location of my home. Mark could have sold many different/similar manufacturer doors he had available in his vast showroom. It was going to be a $25K project. Instead, after extensive consult, he recommended competitors brand because his contract did not allow him to sell the exact doors that I needed for my situation. He also recommended a trusted/vetted/licensed contractor for my install that I will be using for my job.

I called for a quote on 3 windows and one double door to be done triple glaze because I have a noise problem from a nearby freeway.The first person I was referred to was too busy with another customer to deal with me. So, O.K. he did assign the case to another representative.I was sent an e-mail directing me to the other sales representative. Despite an e-mail outlining my requirements and several calls I could never make contact or get a response..Because I am looking for installed replacement windows I now advised that this firm does not do installations. Hence a week wasted, fortunately the project is not time critical.

Great Office. They are very business oriented people who can get you the best deal you want. They also have a very vast collection of doors and windows and a wide variety of brands to choose from.

Ive been working with priority since I first became a contractor 18 years ago. I always come here first because the service and selection is unbeatable and their beautiful showroom really helps my customers decide. I do often shop around for price and on some of my recent jobs Robert and Jason have worked with me to even beat Discount Warehouse stores! And when theyre not the cheapest theyre definitely the best value.

We have used this company for a remodel of the door leading to our back patio. We previously had double doors and converted to sliding door. They were great at coordination services for construction and have been advocating for us with Milgard (Milgard is terrible) regarding numerous customer service issues and quality flaws with the door itself. Just dont choose a Milgard door and youll be good to go!

After working with another window and door provider, I decided to do business with PDWP. The owner, Mike Schott, contacted me a few years ago to present his business as an alternative to large retail construction material providers. And, he said PDWP pricing would be competitive to others.So, I worked with Robert to order two custom Milgard aluminum windows for my bathroom remodel project. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented.When the windows arrived, the nail flanges on both windows were damaged. The corners were dog-eared and some flange areas were bent. However, PDWP immediately contacted Milgard to discuss the issue. To rectify the situation, Milgard allowed me to repair the damage without voiding my warranty. Also, if I wasnt satisfied with the outcome, I could return the windows and get new ones.Without question, this matter was handled swiftly and professionally by PDWP demonstrating to me that they truly strive for customer satisfaction and prompt service. And, when I discovered a screw was missing from one of the window brackets, they offered to provide one.Overall, my experience with PDWP was very positive and underscored the business practices espoused by Mike Schott -- quality products, great service and customer support and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend PDWP to those looking for door and window products.

This review replaces a 2-star review written earlier. The deficiencies with the Fleetwood door sold to us by Priority are remedied and its appearance is within acceptable parameters. The process took seven months from the time we selected and paid for the door to the day it was finally completed.
