When my husband (then-fiancee) introduced me to Ariel to pick out a ring, it was not a mere transaction. Ariel looked us in the eye and rooted out our personalities. I am glad he did, because now 3 years later I am still excited about my ring. Looking at it, you could get lost in the maze of the center diamond because of its clarity, you don’t know where it starts and ends. Not only does he have a great personality and fun to work with, but he does not pressure you and wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with his service. I was searching for a jeweler to help design my engagement ring and a friend introduced me to Ariel at Brilliant Diamond. I loved working with Ariel. He was so responsive, easy to work with, and not high pressure. Most of all, I got a beautiful diamond engagement ring at a fair price. The experience was so fun that I think I want to design a few other pieces!I also appreciate the quality of the diamonds he offered. I looked at some of the stones online and at the chain stores and Brilliant Diamonds stones and pricing were SO much better. When I visited the chain stores, the stones I looked at (oval) were H color but appeared so much darker than the H color diamond I got at BD. I could also see more of a bow tie which indicated that the cut was not that great. There is virtually no visible bow tie in my stone even though all ovals have them. And he stayed in my budget. Bottom line, I got 1 carat more, in a brighter stone with more fire for less than at the chain store. I recommend talking with Ariel to see what he can do for you.

I went to Brilliant Diamonds as a referral from a friend who also got engaged, they said the customer service was great and were willing to work with me on the budget I had. My friend was right! Great service, friendly, and my fiance is ecstatic about her ring.  Ariel was great! He was patient (over multiple visits!) and willing to come back with a different variety of diamonds until we found the right one. Once you buy the ring from them they offer free cleanings and resizing for life! My fiance lost a little weight so she took it back and it was resized, cleaned and polished like brand new in an hour. He was simply there to help us on this journey to ensure we arrived at the destination (ring) we would be most happy with.Now, even several months after the engagement, my fiancee still tells me how much she loves her ring.So of course, we had to go back for our wedding bands as well. That process, just like the first, was super easy and helpful. Very impressed by my entire experience! I was referred to Ariel by a friend. I needed a stone replaced on a ring that had fallen out and wanted a custom mothers ring made.To start, replacing the stone on my ring that popped out wasnt the issue. It was having the stone cut to match the existing stones in the ring. I was told by a couple other jewelers it would be extremely difficult to do the cut. Not only did Ariel say it would be no problem, when he called me to give me the quote as to how much it would be to replace the stone and fix the ring, I almost fell off my chair!! It was so much less then what I would of thought! I cant even tell which stone was replaced and he reinforced the other stones so I wouldnt have to worry about it.Last, Ariel helped me with the process of having a custom mothers ring made for my daughter. He gave his honest opinion, didnt try to up sell me, and his pricing was on point with what I had researched for the current pricing of gold and diamonds. He engraved the inside of the ring for me too. I took his opinions and I couldnt be more in love with the ring he made! Its gorgeous!Ariel got everything done at an epic price and fast! Everything was completed in less than a week! I will definitely use him for any jewelry needs in the future!

It would be an understatement to say that the entire ring buying process was amazing here. I went around to a few places first and at each one I felt they werent listening to what I really wanted and were just interested in sales. I finally came to Ariel on a friends recommendation and I am SO happy I did.The entire process was tailored around exactly what i wanted and Ariel was more than I could have hoped for. When I first visited his shop we took a look at a few rings so that he could try to get a better idea of what I wanted. We found one ring that was similar, but not quite what I wanted. He spent a week coming up with a rendering, which was good but not quite what I wanted. I asked for a revision, then sent back a quick sketch for another revision. Ariel was super communicative through the whole process and was intent on getting me exactly what I wanted.After the third rendering we proceeded with getting a molding done (see the red looking ring). It was a great way to get a general idea of exactly how the ring would look. After the molding we proceeded with getting the ring done... it turned out just as perfectly as I thought it would, and I have Ariel to thank for that.My fiance is over the moon with it, too. She LOVES it.Like I said in the beginning I cant express how happy I am I went to Ariel. Im sending all of my friends his way in the future.

Ariel is fantastic! I went to five or six different jewelers in the building and had by far the best experience with Ariel. Stopped by their shop on Saturday to just look at some options for upgrading the diamond in my Tacori ring. It was really important for me to keep the same ring and just switch out the center stone for something a bit bigger and better quality. Ariel did not disappoint. He had an amazing collection, great prices and took his time to show us different options. We looked at some beautiful options and never once felt pressured to replace the ring or to go outside of our budget. He is knowledgeable, nice and gave us a lot of time and attention. He showed us a great variety of engagement rings and explained us the details. I did a ton of research before shopping for an engagement ring. I looked online for a few months, shopped at all the mall jewelers, looked on the Navy base, and even went to Costco. Nobody had the selection or quality for the price I wanted to pay until I met Ariel at Brilliant Diamonds. His diamonds were GIA certified and lower in price than all the places I shopped at. I even went to some of the stores inside the same jewelers building but they didnt compare to his level of expertise and service. Ariel made the process of buying an engagement ring very comfortable. I didn’t have the slightest idea about engagement rings. A friend referred me to him. I immediately felt comfortable because he wasn’t trying to steer me toward his most expensive rings. In fact he asked my budget and made sure I stuck close to that. He wasn’t trying to show me rings that were way too expensive. This is how I felt when I would go to your Jared’s or Zales etc. He wouldn’t bug me to buy, or rush me into something I wasn’t comfortable purchasing. He left it all up to me to choose. Asked what style she liked and brought out ones he thought would look good. Then I got to choose from a bunch. He made it very welcoming to come into his store, and I left confident I made the right choice. She loves the ring. He does Cleaning whenever it is needed (so she can go in whenever she wants to get it cleaned). Any of the diamond that might fall if they will replace. If it needs to be adjusted they take care of it. He has an insurance company he uses right there when you purchase. $200 for the year and anything happens they replace the ring. Stolen, lost, or whatever and you don’t pay anything. It gets replaced. And he gets amazing deals on the diamonds. I’ll just leave it at that. The price I paid for what it was appraised for was close to a 4K dollar difference. Excellent price!! Thank you very much Ariel. I needed to size down my ring, all other other julewry stores asked ridicules amount of money and unreasonable amount of time to do it . I have been to several Tacori dealers, but none of them have the selection that Brilliant Diamonds has. They have so many Tacori styles and even have the matching wedding bands. Their turnaround time is also faster than other jewelry stores, too. The selection of quality diamonds was impressive. Most stores dont have triple excellent cut GIA diamonds, but Ariel had exactly what I was looking for and the price was lower than any online or big box jewelry store that I have been to. I was on a time crunch and he was still able to accommodate last minute. My fiancée loves her ring and gets so many compliments daily.
