Anastasia is the best!! I needed 8 beach towels, engraved embossed or embroidered somehow, rather quickly, so I could have them shipped out in time for a family trip. I didnt have a big order. I just wanted 2 shirts with some personal photos on them, but they gave me the same personal attention that they would give a huge order.The owner and staff were so helpful and patient in explaining what colors of shirts would work and why. Even though I would tend to go back to the same color.....they would explain again why that wouldnt work. They took the time to do test prints in order to achieve the best results.I needed something fast for Comic Con and they had it ready the next day! I will be going back for more. I think personalized shirts will make great gifts.

The customer service was excellent! I believe the name of the employee I worked with was Tyler. He sat down with me to help design a T-shirt and worked with a low-resolution photo make it look better. He also gave me advice on several other projects I was working on last minute. The shirt came out great. Also I should mention a female employee also working while I was there was willing to go to the back of the shop and look for a 50/50 material T-shirt for me so the project could get started right away. A lot of businesses I have been to in the past would have turned me away without a shirt or a clear idea of what my design should look like, but here it was the opposite. You guys came through in the clutch for me and I really appreciate it. Also, pricing is reasonable.

I rushed in just before closing, quickly picked out several tees, and emailed a picture of the graphics I wanted. They told me that I could get my order by 1:00 following day. Probably one of the most easiest and friendly shopping experience Ive ever had. I went in to get just 2 custom shirts made from a design i had on a thumb drive. They made everything easy from the shirt selection to giving me prices before i committed to buying (at very reasonable/affordable prices I should add) all the while not trying to up-sell me. They then spent around 20 minutes with me on adding additional text to the design to make it look even better at no additional cost. Friendly people and the turn around time for my order was only 2 days (i wasnt in a rush to receive my order but if needed they do have a quicker turn around time available). The employee (cannot remember his name) worked very hard and calmly to get the graphics just right for my husbands shirts for deployment. You all also were able to have the three shirts done within a few hours, that was a big deal for us because my husband was leaving the next morning for deployment. We really appreciate all the hard work that was put into creating his shirts. One of the shirts had some extra black ink around the logos, that was the only downfall. The Quality of T Shirt was excellent as was the selection of various levels of quality and styles to select from. The help I received in selecting the t-shirt style/quality based on my needs (including getting samples first.) was amazing. I had a difficult material, that was very stretchy and I had several bad experiences with screen printing as the print would fall off or crack and look terrible. The garments are about $140ea so when there is a mistake, it is expensive. I brought it to Big Frog hoping for a shop that did better than the previous shop had with screen printing. However, instead of just taking the job they educated me on why I was having issues and that screen printing wouldnt be the best option. I had to sacrifice a some of the small effects of the logo (which they helped me with) but what I would get would be a product built to last. Happy I went there.
