Ive had a PO box with College postal plus going on 9 months now and I love it. I’ve received nothing but great service while I am there. Something that really stood out to me is, I was on my way to their store at closing and I was going to be about five minutes late so I called I asked the older gentleman (I think he also owns the store) if he could give me just a few minutes more because I really needed what was in my mailbox. He didn’t hesitate he waited for me and was really polite about it. That level of customer service stands out to me it really makes a difference in my choice of businesses who receive my patronage.thanks College Postal Plus for being awesome,Kelsey & Cesar

There is this guy in the store, I dont know which one but it was the old one, he messed up with my documents while they were binding the papers together and they didnt even try to apologize. just dont go there guys, the service is not good, there are better alternatives with the same price range. any postal office would be better than this one.

Been going there for years making copies for my business, 1000 fliers at a time, for 6 cents a copy. Today I did the same and was charged $20 dollars more. I asked why the increase and the lady said because they pushed the copy button, it was not considered self service. She said the owner charges 2 cents more if they push the button and 6 cents if I push the button.

Being the mask gestapo is one thing. Making us wait in line while one guy slowly works the queue, only to discover they dont even have a notary on weekends... inexcusable.

My experience at College Postal Plus has been fantastic. Ive been a regular customer of Mirs at his other store in Point Loma and Im pleased that he has brought the same level of professionalism and commitment to excellence to this store as well.An example of his commitment to excellence is that his and his staff will go above and beyond to figure out why packages haven’t arrived at their scheduled destination even if it means dialing up corporate customer service at FedEx or UPS and giving providing customers with an update.Another example is that if a customer walks in right at closing, theyll make sure to help out the customer even if it means closing the store later than usual.Additionally, during the Covid pandemic, the folks at College Postal Plus have done everything possible to keep customers comfortable. Things like airing out the store, wearing masks, having limited number of people in the store at any time, readily available hand sanitizer etc are staples of their care and sensitivity during his trying times.If you havent been to College Postal Plus for your mail and shipping needs, I highly recommend it.

An employee treated me very rudely because I refuse to wear a mask. He did not have to be rude. I boycott any business that takes on the role of mask gestapo over a hyped up pandemic.

The saleswoman was nice enough. I brought a large usps flat rate priority box for shipping. As they provide services for the usps I thought little of it until I went to the usps with another package. College Postal Plus charged 34.00 for the package to be shipped and USPS charged 21.10. That is a huge difference more than 33% higher than taking it straight away to the post office. It would be great if this shop would tell customers that they will be paying more than a third more for them to send it in the flat rate box rather than the USPS. Will not be going back any time soon, USPS will get my 21.10 rather than 34.00 at this shop.

Incredibly nice. Efficient. One stop shop for supplies, shipping and notary. Cannot do scan item returns other than that pure excellence!

I been with them since 2013. I moved out of state and my daughter took over. I had a package shipped there, so I wouldnt forget it at home. I was having something done there and College postal mixed my package up with another box. They kept telling me they called the other box and they would bring it. It never happened. Called later and the next day and was told they box owner would bring it. Called back because I was leaving later that night and was told now the owner was out of town. The owner asked me what I wanted him to do. File an insurance claim is what we agreed on. $50 was the max he told me and to give him my address and he would file. Its been over a week now and the owner is rude. I filed a complaint to BBB because he told his employee to tell me he will not accept any of my calls. Now that there is a complaint he will not respond to the BBB and is canceling my daughters mailbox rental in retaliation. He took ownership of their incompetence. I paid for a rental plus gas to come over 300 miles to get something done and was not able to because they mixed the mailbox numbers up and they look nothing alike. Very disappointed with their service and his professionalism.

ALL of the employees are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They are very knowledgable and are so helpful with finding the best way to send any type of package. I am terrible with names (so I apologize to the employees!!) But I have never met a single person employed here who was not consistently kind and helpfu!! Thank you for being a business with integrity and maintaining great consistency of being extremely dependable!

I was there on Tues 12/11/18 to make copies only. A woman there helped me and ask me do you want it on both side and I said can you do that and she said yes. I wasnt even thinking about printing both sides on a single piece of paper. Very pleasant. Ive been there before and I always had a positive experience.

A couple of weeks ago I came into the College Postal Plus to mail off some items to Hawaii from San Diego. The store was very busy and there were several people in line being helped by Postal Plus Representatives. Rarely have I seen the efficiency and kindness of people working at a busy store as I witnessed at this location. They very politely helped each person in line, sometimes more than one customer so that each could complete their task and be on their way. Recently, I needed to check on a couple of packages that had been sent and wanted to find out when Postal Plus had shipped them. I spoke with Vanessa and she took the time to make sure that I had all the information I needed. She even checked my package details online and sent me a copy of the receipt via email. The email was acting slow so she offered to take a photo with her phone and text it to me. The completeness and follow through is truly exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this location for your shipping, packing and mailing needs.

Horrible Customer Service! I rented a mailbox from College Postal Plus for close to 6 years for business purposes. During that time I was never thrilled with their customer service as they often made you wait around (for no apparent reason) before they would retrieve your package. Further, they leave their mailbox customer packages sitting out around the store, completely unsecured so that anyone could walk away with them and I believe that is what happened to me. Last month I had a package sent from Amazon and confirmed with both Amazon and USPS that the package had been left at College Postal Plus However, none of the employees or owner at the store could locate the package. Instead they told me to go to the post office and claimed they never got it. I drove to the post office, just to have the post office confirm they had indeed left the package at College Postal Plus. . . A few days later, when the package still hadnt shown up I asked one of the employees to see if the owner would reimburse me for the cost of the lost package (a whooping $28.00) and let her know that if he was not willing to do this I would close my account. I was informed that the owner (Mir Ali) felt he wasnt responsible for the lost or stolen package and he would preferred that I close my account. Needless to say I ended up closing my account and found that the USPS is actually a lot less for a larger mailbox. Please dont waist your money or risk loosing your items at this place.

Outstanding service is what you need to know about this place. The staff is very open and friendly and engaging on a personal level; which so much better than a mindless drone performing a task. The best time to go is in on a Wednesday you walk right in and you are helped. The average time spent here is 5 mins, but if you chat with the staff it could take longer.

The ONLY place I go to ship anything! The customer service is impeccable, the pricing is affordable and the hours are life saving. I would highly recommend this postal service store to anyone, but especially college students in the area of SDSU. Ive never had a bad experience and look forward to continuing my business at College Postal Plus.

Great place with the same stuff as a fedex, but cheaper.

Took in a set of documents with all personal information listed i.e. SSN, DOB, Address,etc.After the information was scanned to me, it was kept on the store computer then forwarded to a different customer later that day. Thankfully the customer to which the information was forwarded erroneously, called me using the information on the sheets and informed me College Postal was forwarding the information out. After submitting requests to the owners, which fell on deaf ears, to compensate with at least some type of credit monitoring for me; they offered nothing, not so much as an apology. After hearing nothing, I went in and was finally able to catch the owner on site to which he stated we are not doing anythin for you.If you need your private documents, personal information, or packages negligently handled by an incompetent business. This is the place for you.

Ok. I went here because it was closer then office depot. I go in and there was no wait. The lady Jessica takes my papers asks how many Im going to fax. Starts faxing then tells me its going to be 14 dollars ! I had 14 pages... do the math. So then Im waiting over 40 minutes for it to send I have three littles with me so finally I asked If they can call me when it sends and due to the information on the paper work I want to make sure to get it back. So fast forward to about two hours they called and said they split it in half and it worked . So I can pick up my paperwork and come back for it whenever. I show up ask for my paper work and the man charges me another sixteen dollars!!!! because we added cover sheets and had to send twice !? ridiculous I will never come back .

Do not use this place. Over priced and the upper management is lacking in any cares whatsoever. Manager screws up and charges my card 3 times, taking money to be used for other needs out, claims he makes this mistake many, many times but offers no real solution to his many many levels of sheer incompetence.*Edit* And I was informed he didnt even tell my wife he had done it. No mention of him charging her (my card) two seperate times before the final and third charge. He was just nice and sent her about her day. I was alerted by my card of three charges.I see nice and friendly reviews...nice and friendly doesnt cover shady and incompetent.

At 4:29 pm We were just in there and there was one other person there. We stood there in front of the desk for someone to come up and assist us or to tell us how long until we can be helped. The woman in the computer ignored us and we asked her “So for live scan should we ask you or wait for him” She said with a annoyed tone “I am busy I’ll do it later” as she kept typing. The guy also said in an annoyed tone, “We will help you in a minute Sir!” So we left because of the condescending way they were responding, we wouldn’t have mind waiting but these people seemed so stressed and unhappy that they couldn’t even do basic customer service.

Extremely helpful! Michael helped us ship the top of our wedding cake and was very careful and mindful of shipping costs.

I ship here all the time and I recommend it. Plus the girls that work here are always very helpful and friendly!

These guys are great. Theyre always packed yet handle customers with care. They have so many services its easy to forget about livescan and fingerprinting which is what I use
