We bought a gift for our nephew to send home with our relatives that were visiting. We got home and took it out of the bag and the letters were peeling off. Poor quality! Do not buy their clothing. I certainly hope you will honor a refund for this poor quality clothing that you charge $10

Their prices compared to the other tourist stores are much better when you buy more of the selected item; EXAMPLE: 2 adult t-shirts for $21.99 vs 1 t-shirt for 18.99..They have a large selection of items to choose from.I shop there every time Im in San Diego.I would suggest they put more items on their website and offer shipping...

About two weeks ago I bought some items and was over charged $17, so before I left I brought my stuff to the counter and asked if I can get my money back and the girl at the counter apologized and said it was her fault and called another lady over (I think she was the hiring manager cause she was talking to someone about what to bring into work) and she also apologized but ended up spending over half an hour trying to figure out how the first Lady messed up instead of refunding me (which she said they definitely overcharged me and she was just “curious” why, even though I expressed I had to be at the airport). I then asked if she could just give me cash back or if it’s gonna take much longer to just keep the $17 because I had to leave but she said there’s was no way she could possibly do that and to just have patience! She ended up deciding after all of that to refund me the $57 and charge me again for what the price should have been. Well low and behold I NEVER GOT REFUNDED THE $57! And this is two weeks later!! NOT EVEN TO MENTION THAT I MISSED MY FLIGHT! I should have just left and let them pocket the $17 they overcharged me in the first place. This business almost costed me more money than the damn trip! My dad has coworkers that own a few places around mission beach and they would NEVER let their employees scam me the way they did. I also still have both receipts with the time and date.

Was visiting from out of town and my daughter requested a very specific hoodie she wanted while I was in town. Google did not disappoint. I called the store and spoke with Rose, the manager. She found exactly what I was looking for and pulled it aside for me. She asked what color bracelet I would want to go with the hoodie. When I got to the store, walked right up to the counter and got it. Great customer service and very much appreciated!

Nice place to buy San Diego gear for children and adults. Prices are reasonable with good customer service. Will shop there again when in Pacific Beach.

Great place to get clothes

Horrible management. Makes the place look like trash. You can get anything this shop sales at Belmont which is more kid friendly and polite. The manager has something wrong with him don’t know if it’s drugs or he is not all there but definitely shouldn’t be at that store with mother’s and children walking around. Very bad language. This store is a mess compared to other stores around mission beach. I’ve lived in San Diego for 55 years and haven’t seen the store this bad I think ever. Spend your time and money elsewhere. Keep your kids safe and don’t let them shop there especially alone.

I purchased this and the item is awesome. I had questions about others ones and the sales clerk didn’t seem interested in helping me. So we purchased what we had and we went down the road to buy other things we wanted. Customer service is important.

DESPICABLE SERVICE AND DISTURBING LACK OF HUMAN EXPERIENCE!The buzz cut guy that works there got irritated with my kids standing looking at the necklaces because they were in his way of getting behind the counter. Loudly scoffed when were were the ONLY people in line to check out and he walked past my kids and I 3 times before he came to the register. Never said ONE WORD other than the total, didnt even look DOWN from his platform. Put everything in a huge oversized bag 4 times bigger than we needed for the $150 purchase I made, wadded up all the shirts and put the bag on the counter. Only to snatch it open one last time to put my receipt inside. My 15 year old was consoling me on the way out. I was humiliating disgraced.What a horrible reputation this place is being given because of this employee. I told dozens of people not to come here, and that was just as I was walk out the door.NEVER COMING BACK!

They are NOT enforcing CA required masks in their store. Only about 20% of shoppers had on a face covering and the store didnt care even when it was pointed out to them.

Don’t let the convenient location and “cheap” prices fool you. Wings is here to take advantage of you, rip you off, and belittle you if you dare to ask to exchange a defective product. Ask for Winston if you really want to be treated like garbage. He specializes in making himself look like an arrogant buffoon, instigating altercations to avoid legitimate product complaints. You can go elsewhere and pay once for something, or you can go to Wings and deal with the clowns and pay for everything twice (3 times when you account for the pain of dealing with their “customer service.”)

Bought a pair of Oakleys from them. The product is fine, they are Oakleys, how can those be wrong. The customer service and policies are absolutely trash. They do not do returns, even the same day, they do not give cash back or returns. I tried to call corprate and get the pair of Oakleys I wanted, which have a very minute difference from the ones I wanted, Radar EV vs Radar EV path, and didnt notice until out of the store. No returns, cannot order the product I want in for exchange, and the other ones I thought about getting are substantially cheaper, so i have to waste my money on other items i wouldnt need in order to fulfill meeting the original total. The supervisor from headquarters was also very inpersonable and was not timely or up to what she said on calling me back, nor offered any help. One Male manager of the store brushed me off while insider for 15 minutes just to tell me he could not do the return. All in all, products are good and the 20 percent discount is enticing, but the customer service and policies certainly account for it. Bottom line, buy the same product elsewhere.

Jazmine (who claims to be assistant manager) seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else than working behind the counter. Was rude and unpleasant and when I asked if they had other sizes or colors of a shirt I liked she said “I don’t know” but yet they make their shirts right there in store. On a previous visit they made a shirt for me after I picked the logo. Then when she was ringing us up she was frustrated that our towel didn’t have a price tag on it and ordered us to go back and find one that did but that was the last and only towel so she rolled her eyes and spit out a random number then threw our change at us after we paid with cash didn’t count back our change or anything. Horrible and rude and she should be fired. How is this the representation you choose for your store?

The overseer of this store has a really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Read on!I was in this store today and bought a few things for my 2 grandson. I bought 2 swim shorts, 2 water shoes (not a great selection and they are dusty-been hanging for awhile) and a sunscreen. Came to find out after we left the store and put on my grandkids the shorts are too big. I bought a large and medium but I guess what I need is medium and small. So I went back to the store to exchange it to smaller sizes but then I saw size 7 which my daughter told me before that my other grandkids is size 7. so I grab that but the prize is $16 dollars instead of $17. So when I went to the check -out counter, the cashier who was helping me called for authorization assistance and the lady that came which I dont know her name is such a difficult person to deal with. As she said, that I need to buy something for a dollar more I asked her if they have anything for a dollar and she said no but they have 1.99 keychain which I dont want to charge it for just .99 cents only then she told me to go back to where I got the shorts and look for the same prize in demanding way. I asked her if she can get it for me instead because Im in a hurry. I have 2 companies that they need to leave by noon or 12:30 the latest to go to work but her reply is no I cant do that bcuz we are busy so I said wow, what a bad customer service. then she replied we dont deserve to be treated like a slave. I dont know what is she thinking when she said that. First of all, her job as a retailer is to assist her customer whenever they asked for assistance and not to just collect the money. We are in this store at 11 A.M. All I asked her is since she knows her product more than I do, she knows exactly where everything else that means she can get it faster than I do but what she did instead is to retag the tags that I pulled off from the shorts that I am exchanging. I told her that I am in a hurry and she can take care of that later and her answer is she need to do that because she needs to put them back. This lady is not doing anything to solve the matter but what she is doing is she is irritating me more. I told her that she is getting paid to help the customer and not to argue with customer. I felt sorry for the owner because this employee is just driving the customer away. And who knows maybe she is the owner but if she is the owner good luck to her. Well see how long her business is going to last. When I told her that I will never go back to this store ever again her reply is do whatever you have to do. This lady doesnt have a leadership skill or people skill at all. The problem is very simple, all she have to do is go get the size I needed but she doesnt like to do that, she just want to stay there to argue and say things to get me more upset and she had the nerve to tell me to calm down, how can I calm down if she is like bullying and defiant. Luckily, there is another employee there who had a common sense. She walked up and listen to what was going on then there she went to get the size I needed... problem solve, right?I spend $75 and some change in this store, I shouldve spend it somewhere else where they are more appreciative.My plan before we get to the beach is to stop by at Target but since we are in a hurry bcuz of the 2 companies I have that need to leave by 12:30 I decided to just purchase it here at the boardwalk instead to save time even though I know that it is going to be a little bit pricey but I guess that is a big mistake. I wasted my time and money instead in this store.So folks and for all the tourist buy everything you need where you can do return/refund or exchange hassle free when you change your mind before you get to mission beach. This stores policy that you can do exchange only is they just want you to spend more money.The one star that I rate for this store is for the lady that went out of her way to get the size I need otherwise this store doesnt deserve a star at all.
