I prefer 5.11 for my jeans because they have real pockets and I never have to worry about ruining them. During this visit, I found out that my favorite style was discontinued and its replacement is on the way out as well.The employee was fantastic in recommending some options for me however. She had worn all the styles we spoke about and was able to give great information on how they fit and feel compared to each other.

Been shopping here a couple of years,the staff has the best customer service out of any store Ive ever been to. Alot of other businesses could learn alot from these great people, never a weak link

Clothing is great. (Expensive but great, best to wait for a good sale). We go stock up every couple of months.The parking sucks, they share a lot with a gym and a pot dispensary and trying to park is crazy. But, we still go!

If your looking for tac-ta-cool stuff I really recommend 5.11. I love their tac lite pants and shorts. This store is following current COVID rules with masks and limited people in side but has a great selection of stuff. Staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to help and find and if need be ship them down from other stores. I recently bought their hex grid system for my truck to keep my emergency gear sorted. It been working well and the store has alowed me to bring in my stuff so I can see if my gear will all fit. Thank again for all the help.

I just can’t believe I was just about to spend 400 to 500 dollars at this overpriced store for the gear I’m looking for and this young lady was helpful at First but then she totally neglected me. It was not busy folks, she knew what I was looking for and they had it, she just didn’t seem like she had any interest in helping me get what I needed. Shame. Thanks for not helping me though I found my gear online at a much better price.

Great product top of the line and durable clothing. Travel must daily wear brain and eWater protection system. It’s great fabric is a key. The staff was super friendly and would take the time to check up on you. You can tell they work as a team as one person would be tossing shirts to another fold and stock at the appropriate place, like a well oiled gear. The atmosphere was quite inviting.Two staff members took the time to figure out my need and requirements, and they would get to work pointing you to the exact product you came looking for.While the parking situation kind of sucks (theres a gym in that plaza, need I say more), visiting the store and being able to try everything was worth it.Definitely give this place a call or visit.

Expensive. Very. But nice gear. Some is very nice. I use their stuff for my uniform and nothing I have bought has failed yet. Their equipment seems to be as sturdy as the day I bought it over a year ago. (Pens, pants, boots, sunglasses)

Knowledgeable, friendly, like-minded staff. Clean and well curated store.I went in looking for a backpack that is large, expandable and high-quality. For $225 I was able to find just that. After about 10-15 minutes of employee River showing me every large pack and all its features, we arrived at the RUSH72 backpack.River was VERY knowledgeable about ALL of the merchandise. There are MANY bags and packs and molle expansions available. He knew each one, its intended purpose and all the multi-functions of each piece of kit. It is solely his availability to the customer (me) and his knowledge that resulted in my purchases.Upon check-out a patch i had purchased slipped out of my hands (my fault, not theirs) and fell under some electronics on the counter. Jessica and River spotted the patch, recognized it as mine and contacted me to come retrieve my Black Cat Jungle Expert patch. A nice surprise in todays retail society of apathetic people who give no Fs about service or product information. FULL MARKS to this business and its well maintained staffing. THANK YOU.

Fairly expensive but when it comes to commercial and private gear you have to pay to play. Bought my first pair of pants from them and absolutely love them. Just a tip for new shoppers though, if your a 32-34 waist don’t get a medium belt, it’s heatedly enough to reach the buckle, get the next size. I will be exchanging my belt for the size up so it’s easier to adjust throughout the day. 30 day return policy in good condition is perfectly reasonable. Will most definitely be shopping again soon.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and very thoughtful staff. Needed supplies for my Dad after he received a heart pump. Their tactical shirts, belts etc. will do the trick to hold the batteries + controller to keep my manly Dad comfortable. Thank you for the personal touches :)

Had a GREAT experience in this store!!! The staff were so nice and they were always willing to help all customers. They were suppose to be closed at 8pm, but when I found l left my car key in the store and called them at 8:36pm and 8:43pm asked for their help, they were still friendly helped me looked over for three times. And waited me outside the store even they were already off for almost an hour! I really appreciate their help! Highly recommend this store! We bought a pair of cool shoes and other accessories!

Took back some pants and a jacket after Xmas. I knew the correct size pants and the associate got them for me! Their point of sale system made the exchange transaction super easy with just a few mouse clicks. Restrooms were clean with no goofy code to use.

I am a big fan of 5.11 clothing and gear. Im an even bigger fan now that they have retail stores all over the US.The stores are clean and the staff is great about helping you. More important they use the items and testify to their applicable use.I have owned a pair of tac-lite pants for almost 5 years. They are the best outdoor/fishing pants I have ever owned. I wear them year round.

A lot of great Tactical Everything. I went in when they were about to close. Helpful and Nice. Prices were a little bit above avg. but then again i could spend hours in there.

I liked this store because it is dedicated to the 5.11 brand. Im a 5.11 fan. The brand is not cheap no matter where you buy it. This particular store has a nice selection and if youre into it like I am, Id recommend stopping by. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The dressing room can make large echoes. Avoid knocking things over or falling on the floor due to poor balance when trying on high-speed-tactical-operator-gear-and-apparel. Speaking from experience. Also to note: the store associates really like it when you mention Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

My step-son is in law-enforcement... and I was looking for a professional looking pair of pants w cargo-pockets so he recommended this place. I recommend the Stryker pants. Less wrinkle. But the service is great. They know their stuff.

Never received my shoes they said they would send me. San Diego Store was suppose to tell the warehouse to send them to me since they didn’t have my shoes in stock. This was suppose to happen in 10 days! When calling the San Diego Store three weeks later they said yes they have them and if I didn’t call they would NOT have mailed them to me. He did admit it was their mistake. POOR customer service only after that dollar! By the way I am 7 hours away from the store, was visiting daughter in San Diego. I will never go to the 5.11 again! If your looking for tactical gear or just high quality durable clothing this is the place, I personally have 5.11 shirts that are over six years old and they still look new and feel great.

Expensive, but high quality. Benchmade and Hogue knives, plus their own Taiwan/China made 5.11 branded knives which seemed of good quality. Got a little flashlight for my son at 30% off. Some limited survival gear as well. Lots of high quality backpacks and bags, staff was friendly and helpful too. Be aware they’re much more about apparel and bags than gadgets and tools.

Had called earlier to hold a Lima messenger bag in a specific color; the employee who helped me was courteous and processed my transaction without any issues. Parking seems to be a hit or miss now since a dispensary replaced the old piano store.
