I have ordered prints twice. Both designed by myself. But wow. The quality and turn around time is insane. Like. I literally got my prints in 1-3 days both time, and this last time was 1 day! Not only is the quality amazing - the staff is so friendly. I love going in to pick up my prints. I try to recommend all my clients and friends to come here for their needs. ALSO! In case you didnt know, they have a TON of products that they can actually print for you.Even if I moved out of SD I would still go through Ego ID Media.

I used these guys a couple years ago, no problems, so I returned. I went back a few weeks ago and was treated very rudely. Two of their workers were extremely condescending. I guess we know where the Ego in their name came from. They charged me to see a color proof, which is crazy. The colors were off. Quality was poor, and they wanted to charge me an hourly rate to adjust THEIR mistake. Took my job to Pixel2Editions, and they hooked it up. Color proof was free, colors were spot on first try, AND they were less expensive and faster.Maybe all they do is print tchotchkes, I dont know. But if you need real graphics printed professionally, go somewhere else.

When you walk in youll notice Ego ID is also an art gallery for Jim Yuran, local artist. He works here as well as hangs up some pretty impressive pieces on the walls. Ego does full print services from office swag (cups, keychains, tradeshow stuff) to digital printing of any size. Great service and a cool shop.
