I got an Instant Pot as a gift and finally started used it after over a month. We used it twice and it stopped working in the middle of the cooking. Came here to return it and they did not want to accept the product. They even said that it wasnt in their system anymore. She called the manager for us and he didnt even want to hear it, he just said that the product wasnt online anymore.Went to another Best Buy (much nicer staff, by the way) for another product and they said that they did have the product in their system. Interesting, huh?We also asked the lady that was awaiting us in the first store to print the receipt for us so that we can go through the manufacturer. She took a while and finally printed it, but it was ilegible. She claimed that it was the printer but that you could still read the order number. Really, lady?!Definitely a bad customer service. BRANDON was really helpful, though, and friendlier.

I applaud Best Buy for hiring so many people. I find it odd that many of them move about in herds or flocks if you prefer.It is nearly impossible to separate an individual from his/her pack. When you are successful in doing so the reminder of the group will watch from a distance as their pack member deflects questions or stares blindly at the predator (I mean customer).

Friendly staff and quick customer service. They know their gadgets and are always happy to help. Been to a few stores where they just look at you looking for help but here you won’t be left stranded in a room full of technology. Check out queue can be a bit long during peak hours but that because it’s the best Best Buy in the city.

Would definitely advise shopping online and then using store pickup. Went in for a smart watch, the options with cards on the shelf were no longer available. I went to my car and ordered one from the website and I was able to receive it within the hour. In store inventory definitely needs to be reviewed

The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. There is very little wait time to receive customer service. The store is well maintained in and out and is not so large that you feel lost in it. A great shopping experience.

Stores refuse to take phone calls. A generic operator attempts to help. Want to reserve an item? Too freaking bad!! You absolutely may NOT speak with an actual store employee. ALL calls are bumped to generic operators. This is fantastic customer service Best Buy. I will NOT be doing business with your franchise anymore. I am not driving an hour just to find out you sold your last item. Bullish** Worst buy.

Well, I thought I had already rated this BEST BUY however if I did not I will reiterate by saying it was a very pleasant trip to the store on a very normal afternoon with no problems finding the location right off of the freeway exit and parking was a snap. The staff was very professional courteous and and as I walked around I was asked several times if I needed any help which I did not however I obliged after the third time. Anyhow I found exactly what I needed plus a couple other small items that I realized I should probably grab while I was there thankfully they had everything. Check out was fast and easy and I did have to remember to update my account with new information which they were happy to do at the register. Anyhow everybody here was great and thank you Best buy for your help on my visit!~JR~

Went in for a laptop and had a $600 budget. After a good warranty that would have meant a so/so computer that will probably be limping in a few years, but money is tight. I explained what I need in a computer (mostly running my small business and occasional light gaming) and Griffin took me through all the options and info, showed me the difference in quality and durability, explained why different things meant different performance and lifespan in simple, easy to chew terms. He gave me his best recommendation for a computer on sale and got me signed up for the 12 month interest free financing. For a grand I have a computer that will last me years without performance decline, the full 3 year warranty, a year of geek squad and antivirus, and I can pay it off at around $80 a month. Fantastic salesman, no pressure, I left happy with a much higher quality product than I would have gotten on my own.

Super super super great service here. There is a lot of employees around always ready to help. It’s not like other stores where you can tell they get annoyed when you ask for help. A few days ago I came in looking to buy a computer and the guy Andrew was so patient with me telling me the differences and benefits of the computers that I liked. He was so informative and helped me make a desk ion to buy my computer. I’ll definitely go back to get other technology needs from here on out

I always get great customer service here. Just yesterday I bought a new sound bar for my TV. Ordered it online for pick-up and it was ready in about 5 minutes. When I picked it up I mentioned to the employee that it was good that I was parked so close and he immediately asked if I needed help getting it to my car. 🙂 I told him I was fine but really appreciated his offer of help.

Best Buy says they will price match things on Amazon. Be careful that they will not price match item that are Day Deals. I tried to price match a modem that I had bought from Best Buy and they did not accept to price match with Amazon. I just returned the item and saved a lot more money buying it on Amazon.

I am a Best Buy Elite Plus member and I received TERRIBLE service from GeekSquad. I brought in my PC to check for issues. The Geek Squad member present struggled from the start. I asked her if she wanted my power cord to plug in the tower, she said it was not necessary. After 5 minutes she came back to me stating she actually did in fact needed the power cord to turn it on..... She struggled to get access to the computer because she couldnt properly type in my password. After spending over a half hour waiting for a basic diagnostic analysis. The Geek Squad member refused to do any service/diagnostic to my computer without me either paying $100 for a diagnostic (no repair just a basic scan) or paying $200 for their rip off Total Tech Support. I am appalled by the poor service provided by this location and would not recommend anyone use this location.

The front entrance staffs were very friendly. The stars are for them.The geek squad team, not sure if they try to stay the nerdy type of cool or what, absolutely not even decent customer service.On a weekday afternoon, me and other people with appointments stood in line for 10+ mins, several staffs walked past by, no one even acknowledged us or offered to help or check in the back. Finally someone showed up, then told us they can only take 1 customer at a time as they only have 1 laptop. Not to mention I was told come back in 2hrs which I did, the repair was not completed yet, because they had another phone for the same repair as well (how is this related?!). Def not going back there.

Went and purchased a TV while on vacation. Was told that delivery to my state of residence would not be an issue. I had a scheduled delivery on the 8th and I still have no TV. I cannot get a hold of the physical store. I was told multiple times my case was a priority and I would receive a callback with updates, each time I would have to reach out.Customer service is of no help, I keep being told to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to be able to edit my status. When asked to speak to a manager they refused to escalate my case. Nobody tell me where my TV is, the departments do not communicate with one another. One representative is telling me it is still in California, while the installer in Arizona is trying to install my delivered TV. It has been a complete nightmare. For something that is worth 3,000 dollars you would think they would handle this situation better.

I asked for help to find cameras for car, I got no help. I was directed to a guy, who directed me to another guy, who directed me to an aisle. When I asked him if he can find someone to help me; he said he would, and no one came to help. Im giving a two because I had several issues. One star for the geek squad that was very helpful for that issue. The 2nd star for the very nice lady who helped me in the computer section about routers. Those two departments deserve the stars. Im still need help on my car camera, which I left without help!

This place us huge as all Best buy stores, but the HP Rep Nicole Ivy is the greatest!!!Helped me on other section if the store, and also purchasing the HP Printer that is going to save me a ton of money on ink!! Its a great store, you can find those office gadgets you cant find on Office depot, I found a usb externar casing, which I couldnt find at Office depot stores, found wireless camera I was looking for as well. Youll love this place!

This is the second time I get wrong advice on products. First I asked for tablets compatible with OpenTable and one of their staff members recommended Samsung tablets. It turns out they are not compatible at all they are just view only. So the app doesn’t work fully on them. 3 words: DONT TRUST THEM!Short version and attached long version in photos…My table ~$300, + protection plan, had a cracked screen and I turned it in to be repaired. Was told in person it would be about 10-14 day turn around.Tablet shipped to Kentucky and was “under repair” for 1.5 weeks. I called (hard to find, long wait too), it wasn’t under repair IT WAS SALVAGED?!?!(It was fully functional with a cracked screen) the phone Rep confirmed (x3 times) I would get my data transferred at the store. Next day I go in and told “THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE!”No one can do that. They turn in a data retrieval request. Don’t hear back for another week, my travel plans delayed, landlord and work hade to be negotiated. Finally gave up and left. Then I get emails and calls saying…I need to pay $50 + $200 up $1500!!!WARNINGWARNINGWARNING DONT trust what the say. DONT think they care. DONT sign the “possible replacement” form.They want me to pay x2-x5 to get my photos back that they never told me they were going to junk.Pack of LAZY CHEAP LIARS

Just wondering if people that work there are tethered to a specific location. Like those invisible dog fences. Go outside their area they get a slight electric shock.When you ask where something is located they point to the rest of the store. The idea that they would actually take you to the product, even if they actually knew where it was, is beyond their comprehension.On that rare occasion when they take you to the aisle where its suppose to be, you know the aisle youve spent the last 15 minutes in search of a product, then the Team Member who is seeing the aisle for the first time, does the same thing.As far as I can tell Team Members training consists of pointing, never make eye contact, saying its not their department, and recommending the wrong item.

Impossible to talk to anyone by phone to get questions answered.I have a question about car alarm reprogramming, and wanted to book an appointment after getting my questions answered. I started through the online booking service on the stores website to discover it didnt have the service I needed. So next to the booking form is a phone number that says do you have questions about booking this service? Call this #. So I called the 1-800 number on the booking page. Turns out its some national automated number that has no connection to booking or car service at all.So I found the local # for the store, and called the number, asked to be transferred to the department that does the car alarm installation, was transferred and waited on hold for 30 MINUTES for someone to answer the phone!So I finally hung up when I realized I could have driven to the store, asked my questions, booked the appointment, and driven home in that time.So I called the store back to try again, and received an automated message saying were sorry, this store is not taking calls at this time. Tried twice. Same message. At 3:50pm.Totally inexcusable and NOT the way to do business. Best Buy should be ashamed to provide this kind of service to their customers.From now on Ill DRIVE TO THE STORE to get a question answered instead of trying to deal with a phone system thats a complete waste of time.NOT happy.

Much time was wasted at this store whose person cheated a consumer out of laptop computers because of Covid 19 and good old fashioned stupid sales persons.Who sold dropped, returned and unreported, refurbished and undeclared or and broken mistagged laptops.Each system product/commodity is way over priced for the service floor persons offer.I purchased a MSI Gamers Laptop and returned the instrument within a few days because of a operating system malfunction. Xbox app would launch and laptop battery failed to stay charged.Bombs away.The laptop was sold by walk-on Street professors who denied partaking in a personal Quarantine campaign againsta consumer/client.The laptop was almost identical in color to a USB memory chip that was stolen in Jonesboro Arkansas a few months before the client attempted to buy the MSI gaming laptop computer/console.The failure is classified as a strike or hit against the client who has been and is still a target of September 911 investigations/investigators.The client still has 2 additional USB chips, a solid state external module and a case intended for the missing technology.

Came in looking for a mini usb drive, they told me I was looking for a micro. No, I want a mini drive not a micro, they told me what I THOUGHT was a mini was actually a c. Four employees said this. Told me minis are cs with rounded edges that will not fit an andriod. F.Y.I. Best Buy empolyees, standard, mini, micro, and c are not the same things. I bought two MINIS here a couple years ago. After this visit, after being corrected, after being told I dont know what I am talking about, I will never visit this store again. Stupid employees who wrongly correct customers.

Went in to enquire about my first camera purchase. One of the employees Elizabeth spent so much time answering all my questions about lenses, cameras, tripods, cell phone apps etc,. Geek Squad FAIL. Within a two week period Best Buy botched a delivery and performed even worse at pick up. Item delivered to wrong address. Geek Squad blames me. I told the driver I would meet him because I had parking for them. Never showed. Delivered item to different address, refused to retrieve said item. Too bad. Its already been delivered. TWICE in this past week, scheduled pickup of heavy furniture by Geek Squad. No pickup. Not even a phone call. Im going to have to get a truck, some help, and return the furniture myself. I thought that maybe a 100 percent disabled veteran and his cancer-stricken wife, decades as Best Buy customers, could count on the support of Geek Squad during this pandemic. Every time I call, Thank you for being a Core Customer. If this is how you treat Core Customers you have lost a lot of customers. Just like Best Buy just lost ME.

Plus the cell phone sales manager tries to steal my replacement phone by rerouting the shipping address to their own blocks away from store & also changed the phone carrier to their own after I left store.
