Plenty of books to read. Clerk needs a bit of training on customer service. Complained that my mask was too low on my face. I dont care what the covidian says, masks do not work and I refuse to wear them to placate a snowflake. Just saying

I love coming to this B&N and spending hours in browsing around. One of my go-to place when I just want to chill, as weird as that sounds. The staff there is very friendly as well.

Customer service are there are there when there when you ask for it. However you have to ask for it though they are kind when you ask. And the food is amazing. The only downside is once you walk out you feel a draft from the Bay Area even in the summer time but otherwise this place is great two floors and great customer service. First five stars for me and its worth it.

Used to go here a lot and Starbucks on my days off from work and read tons of books, magazines, drink coffee, listen to Metallica mp3s on my phone, and just deflate from the stress of my job back then. Ironically, I now live in another state and they have a Barnes & Noble 😂. It can get cold in there by the comic book section at the back because of the roof air conditioner, so bring a jacket . Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. Glad its still open. Sucked Borders Bookstore closed down at the Stonestown Mall and by Union Square. Good memories perusing, buying, reading, and drinking coffee at those places as well.

Great selection and well kept in a nice area. I have just gotten into more reading so this place was close to my airport job and a good find for my spare time!

More than just books these days. Came to get a boardgame thats completely sold out elsewhere, and they had two copies on the shelf! Really enjoyed browsing the shelves and discovering books I wouldnt normally

It was my first time in this Barnes and Nobles and I had a horrible experience. They treated me like I was in there stealing. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Not only did I purchase something but I was also there to do a little bit of research for a project Im working on. Not sure if Ill ever go back in there. 🤦🙄😔

I was trying to charge my phone and they was like nah we dont let nobody use our outlets but since you already plugged into it Im going to just let you charge your phone for a cool 15 minutes before 15 minutes is up Im going to have to ask you to leave. I was like super well this type of environment and even chill like that so I might have to dip in like 10 minutes if yall really want me to stay that extra 5 Im going to have to start charging you AND my phone. (Get it??? cuz time is money! and phones charge! and five charges! I mean 5.0 hands out charges!🤫) Theres that water from the Barbary. When they bury me behind bars itll be water under the bridge. Spook Deezy has Spoken be eazy still soakin my h20 is so potent. But no matter what the weather looking like in All seasons 24/7 keep a precise thermostat making sure that water Frozen like it is in the ocean.

Plenty of great books, but it seemed a bit smaller then the usual Barnes and noble, or maybe it just felt that way to me. The Starbucks is open and fully functional. Nothing more and nothing less than your typical Barnes and nobles.

There are plenty of low content books, like coloring books, activity books, gift books, as well as a large childrens section downstairs with educational supplement books, puzzles, games and toys galore! There is also a vinyl record and cd section with limited choices.Plenty of convenient mall parking, handicap accessible.

When I first walked in the merchandise alarm sounded off. They have a wide selection of books along with childrens books at the bottom floor that are way overpriced. Try going to a used bookstore or Salvation Army to find any childrens books you may desire.

This is one of the last big bookstores, other than smaller Mom & Pop stores. We are very fortunate to have it still around, so lets support our local stores and keep them open. Nothing like the feel of a real book in your hands and its great to wile away the hours perusing the 1000s of books, Theres something for everyone... toys, music dvds & albums, wedding planners, puzzles & games. And they have a couple of big bargain sections as well. The choices are limitless... and theres a Barnes & Noble cafe with Starbucks coffee choices, cheesecake, huge cookies, and so many other drink & food options. Very friendly and helpful staff! I dont order books from Amazon, because Id rather put my money here and help keep them around! Lots of parking because they are at a mall too!

Store is still restocking so little bare but is getting better. Still would prefer this store to going on line. At times I find books by browsing that I would never have discovered otherwise.

This particular location is always clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Of course one of the best parts about Barnes and Noble is being able to grab a coffee or tea and read a good book in peace.

Nice cool place to look for a book or just to browse the store. They have PLENTY of everything. And something for everyones liking! There is a cafe Starbucks indoors with plenty of table seating. Not too much seating out in the book area though. Bottom floor has a whole world with the toddler kept in mind, from story telling to a play area, books and fun things to do to keep them busy!! Very very nice and reasonably priced.

There are so few bookstores nowadays compared to 10 20 years ago so Im glad B&N is still here. It has a huge toy and even movie section (reminds me of old Border, RIP) compared to before but Im not complaining.

So quiet and friendly very easy to find my favorite author also they’re willing to order my books and get it delivered there so it makes the process even easier and while I was browsing through a new section I fell in love with a new author I’ve always loved Barnes & Noble‘s hands down.

The man that is in charge of the Childrens Books is a great guy! We exchanged a book that supposed to have mini figurines in it, because someone stole them. He helped us out and found the same exact book with the toys in it. He was a life saver, because our daughter who has Autism was very upset the book she selected on our outing didnt have the toys. She was ecstatic when we we surprised her with a complete book with three mini figurines.

I found most of the books I was looking for, however I was painfully reminded of why Amazon has become the way so many people prefer to shop for books. It took an insanely long time for them to realize the last book on my list had been returned to the distributor... Anyway, they were very nice and kind, but the book shopping experience has changed to never return to its former hayday.

I love this place. Its big plenty of room and lots of books to choose from. Parking is always easy since its in the mall. They have a cafe just like all the other locations. If you want a book to read to kill time or take home with you this is your spot.

Axkjed front Desk the book i was looking for. I was sent to social studies. NO BOOK. I searched for a good 15 mins NOTHING. Went back up to lookfor CS, thstperson wasnt to be found. So i left......The agentcoukd have told me the store was out, instead oif wasting mytime....

Pretty good selection in manga and they have a Starbucks! Nice place to chill and catch up with friends.

Its the last of the major bookstore. I like coming in here at my leisure and enjoy finding books that I might even care to look at. The booksellers are readily available. The store is fairly maintained.

Love this place it really does have a lot of books that are based in politics, fantasy, and science I do wish they had certain areas with a larger selection. But still a great place overall.

A little small for a Barnes and Nobles didnt have much too much selection for reading but they have a lovely Starbucks inside that makes the whole place smell like cinnamon buns. Wouldnt go out of my way to get here but worth going to if its on your way.

Anyone who loves manga will love this store. You get to look and read to see if you like the manga to. The childrens book section is also very warm and conferring. Supporting any book store thats not Amazon sounds like an amazing bet!

Good bookstore with surprisingly large and high quality toy section. They have a Starbucks which is nice. Before Christmas they had a free holiday packing station, which was helpful for last minute gifts.
