In May, I dropped off an instrument for repair with Beto O. Elorreaga. He stated it would take a few months to repair the instrument. He then, asked me to sign for the claim ticket, for reference.The claim check/ticket states in fine print at the bottom, No merchandise delivered without this check. Not responsible for goods left over 30 days nor for loss by fire or theft.In the first thirty days, I left dozens of messages on his voice mail, and visited the shop, which was always closed, even though the store hours were posted as being open on the door.My instrument was worth more than a $1K. I went online to search for a replacement, and saw the exact instrument I asked Beto to repair listed on e-bay. It wasnt even repaired, and it was being sold as-is.My advice, dont do business with anyone that uses a legal disclaimer to avoid serving a customer after 30 days. As well, dont leave an instrument or do business with anyone, that can then claim a customers property to be stolen, and therefore, unrecoverable without needing any evidence.

Great service from Beto Elorreaga. My son got a beautiful trumpet from Beto and the service was exceptional! Thank you kindly. You are #1 in our book!
