The staff was very attentive and courteous. One of the clerks is from California I cant remember her name but shes awesome great personality and cute too. Would definitely go back for any tobacco products or specialty needs.

Rude staff who have little knowledge of the products they sell. When I needed to speak with the manager because the sales associate didnt understand the question I was asking, he/she refused to come out. Very disappointed in this location, I recommend going to the other locations.

The selection was very limited and definitely over priced a bit. There was only one staff member who was really friendly and answered our questions everyone else was standoffish and had an attitude.

Only one employee in five was wearing a mask. One customer pulled his makeshift mask on when I walked in, once he realized that I was a civilian, he took it off again. Most other customers didnt even bother pretending.I cant believe that I even stayed in that place. I normally dont pay much attention to other people, so it took me a while of standing in an extremely slow-moving line to realize that basically nobody was wearing a mask. All I could picture was all of the aerosol droplets in the air. Its a small, low-ceilinged building. I just kept thinking that the line would move. In hindsight, I should have just left.They should maybe consider getting a second cash register or using it if they have one. Its very frustrating to see employees just having a maskless chat when theres a line of customers waiting.

Todays visit to planet K was awesome. Seems like all employees were attentive and polite. The young lady who assisted my daughter and I, was very knowledgable and due to positive attitudes and atmosphere I stayed and shopped. Store clean. I felt safe. Found what I needed and found groovy glasses and a forget about corona dress and felt at the beach in my backyard. Ah, felt 25 again. Thanks planet K.Your still rocking

So I was trying to get a light for a cig at this bar close by no would help me out. So I went to buy one at this place and homeboy lols at me and says happy birthday and gives me a lighter I know it’s not a big deal but made my night. Obviously good peeps working here go check it out!

Good prices. Waited for like 10 minutes for someone to greet me though. I was standing there infront of the counter while these two guys ignored me. I felt weird. Occasionally I will shop at this location. I was very impressed when Doris assisted me with my shopping items. Doris is polite, professional, kind, informative, patient and a real cool person. Thank you Doris for being REAL! This particular location is most convenient for us bcus it has a huge wide selection of alot of merchandise. Kudos to Doris!

I went with the intentions of dropping some money on a good rig piece because i love that planet k has a good selection of glass pieces but the customer service is getting worse and worse. I used to love this location but when they look at you like they dont even want you there nor do they want to help you its like not even worth spending my money on. Id rather go to hazel sky. Because there i know they truly care about customer service. Very disappointed with this place.

Great customer service right when I walked in they engaged with great service found the exact piece I was looking for. And told me which pipe is better. Im a regular customer that goes in most of the week and I would highly recommend checking planet k out one day.

Bought a lime green grinder friday as a gift and told the guy exactly which one I wanted, but yesterday when i was at the birthday party the gift was opened it was a totally different grinder this one was a silver plastic top grinder this was my first and last time I will ever come here. The guy I told which one I wanted looked at it saw the number and pulled a box from behind the counter opened it and looked at it but never showed me or anything. I shouldve checked it right after I bought or asked him to see it, but never thought this would happen. And I told the person I gave it to it was the wrong one but as loving as they are they still accepted it.

Place to go for all your smoking needs

Be careful of what you buy at this place. I was mislead on a product. Had the wrong barcode label. Spent $50 + on a product that was not what I wanted. The barcode was placed on the wrong product. Staff did not know what they were selling. Should be more knowledgeable on expensive products. Sent a message to management but did not get any response because they had my money already. They dont care the product is mislabeled. Will not buy at this store again.

Planet k has had issues in the past with customer service and prices it seems that they have fixed both of those issues at least at this location. The prices are reasonable and the staff seemed knowledgeable on just about anything I threw at them bottom line is wether. Your looking for you fav. Vape juice,Mods,glass pipes, or even silicone ones they have it or even if your looking for a flavorful gift card they got ya covered.
